LOVING AGAIN [ a nanny for Mia]

Emma heard the sound of her alarm clock and frowned .

oh goodness who ever created that thing, should be banned or maybe locked in some dungeon she thought as she felt something wet slide on her face .

She let out a laugh as she woke up and picked up her puppy blue .

"got you little guy "she said as she smiled at it and it gave her another loud lick.

"Good morning to you too blue "she said and dropped him on the sofa and went into the bathroom for a shower.

She wore her uniform for roses dinner where she worked . The restaurant was a thirty minutes drive from here and it belongs to Erik's dad.

Well erik Was Emma's boyfriend, they met at college and he was currently working as a model.

She glanced at her wall clock and her eyes went wide in shock.

"oh no blue I'm late " she muttered under her breath and quickly wore her white long socks and red shoes match her outfit.

picked up her sling bag and blue ran after her as they went down stairs.

She heard the laughter of her family immediately she walked down stairs.

"not again Emma, baby you're late' her mom said touching her hair lovingly.

"she's always late sarah "her dad said and took a sip of his morning coffee.

"hahaha you failed Brandon you're paying 20 bucks she woke up late "her grandmother said while grinning.

" don't tell me they put a bet on me again. " She asked herself as she watched her kid brother wesley laugh whilst Brandon tried to win an argument with their grandmother .

Emma was from a middle class family.

Her dad owns a car shop where her older brother Brandon worked whilst her mom sarah owns a little bakery called "cakes and baked" .

Her eldest brother finn a software engineer with a fiancee sharon.

Whilst her younger brother Wesley was still in highschool and her favorite grandmother mama Loretta .

Who was cool and really outgoing.

" hey emma don't tell me you spaced out again"Brandon teased and everyone laughed.

She had the wrong habit of spacing out . you don't wanna how much trouble that had caused her along the way .

"see she did it again "Wesley said smiling.

"annoying siblings"she said as she picked an apple from the breakfast table and dashed out of the house.

She arrived at roses dinner 30 mins late .

"I guess I'll be fired soon " she said to herself as she strolled in just to meet the manager mr waver glaring daggers at her .

"Good morning boss waver "she said with a big smile on her face .

God why did she feel like she wasb auditioning for a tooth Paste advert ? She wondered .

Her smile vanished immediately she noticed he was not returning her smile .

Mr waver sure remind her of the Prince's father in the disney cartoon Cinderella.

"Emma "he screamed and she snapped out of her thoughts.

"sorry mr waver " she said while starring at his pot belly , trying to notice if it grew bigger during the weekend.

"its weaver not waver silly girl"he said rubbing his mustache.

"sorry boss "she muttered and he rolled his eyes .

" go serve coffee for table 15 "he ordered and walked away.

"that man's anger is sure bigger than his pregnancy" she said to herself while thinking about his belly.

"good morning em darling her bestie said as she kissed her cheeks.

Well Mildred her bestie since preschool days , her partner in crime.

"Good morning mimi "she said and took the coffee then walked out of the kitchen .

" emma be quick make sure you attend to table 20"boss waver said and she forced a smile at him.

" this man surely knows how to irritate someone and ouch....." She stopped talking and screamed when she bumped into a wall .

" wait this is not a wall " she thought when she felt an intense stare burn into her head.

" oh no" she looked up and met with a devilishly handsome face .

His eyes like melting chocolate 😍 .

Her eyes grew wider as she shamelessly checked him out. he was in an expensive three piece suit , white dress shirt which now had a patch of coffee stain.

He was just so handsome with well built physic . everything about him screamed classy rich and sophisticated.

"what the hell. can't you watch where your going miss " he screamed angrily while starring at his stained shirt.

"I'm so sorry.....sir I'm so "she said pannicking , As She tried wiping of the stain with an hankerchief he flinched .

She tried going close and that's when she noticed the three men dressed in expensive suits watches and shoes. they gave Her looks like She was disgusting. the only lady amongst them gave Her a loving look .

"Emma !!!!! She heard the voice of her pot belly boss and froze .

" I told you to make a reservation for this meeting and this is the only restaurant you could think of ? He asked his personal assistant and she panicked straightaway.

"sor.......ry sir everything happened so quickly, But Rose dinner has good reviews so I actually thought"she began her long explanation but one glare from me caught her off .

" Pray I like this poor escuse of a restaurant miss nina " he said and turned only to bump into fresh hot coffee .

"shit "he hissed as it burn into his flesh staining his white dress shirt.

"what the hell miss can't you watch where your going" he thundered as he felt hisbanger grow by the minute.

He noticed they had started grabbing attention. His clients glared at her in anger for her stupid and silly mistake.

"I'm sorry ...sir I'm so "she tried touching him with her handkerchief but she

flinched. is she trying to infect him with germs ? He wondered .

"Emma " they heard a middle aged man call.

" I'm sorry Mr waver it was an accident"she spoke softly.

"accident ? you literally roasted me woman " Alexander hissed as he unbottoned the first few buttons of his shirt whilst glaring at the crazy girl.

"I'm so sorry Mr North, Emma here suffers from craziness"her boss said and Emma stared At him in shock

" waver that's not true" she said angrily.

" you better agree Emma because you are crazy got it Crazy " he yelled.

Alexander ignored them, as he walked away his assistant kept apologising, whilst the clients tried asking for another chance but his day was ruined, and he had no intentions of going back to that hell.

" Mr waver I know I'm a little bit clumsy, okay scratch that I know I'm clumsy but please don't fire me " she pleaded .

" I like you Emma you're a good kid dear ,but I care about my business okay and your the worse employee we've ever had " he said sadly.

way to rub the truth on ones face , she thought with a frown .

" I'm so sorry but your fired " he said and she could see her colleagues giving her sad looks.

Even her bestfriend Mildred looked shocked.

" fine sir " she said and walked away.

" what is it em why are you getting fired ? is it because of the lateness ? Mildred asked immediately.

" no it's because of Mr stuck up " she said remembering the arrogant customer a while back .

" I don't understand a word u just said" she said giving her a confused look.

" so I guess I'm back to square one jobless" she said to herself .

" Oh my God "her mom said in suprise.

" see why I always warned you about your clumsiness ?" Her dad said with his I told you look.

" is he hot ? Her grandma asked all ready to fan girl over him like a teenager .

"mom" dad and mom said in unison .

" what ? she asked smiling.

" Brandon has a point sweetie as he said earlier it's time you find a new job I don't like you working for Erik's father anyway " her dad said with a frown obviously hating on Erik.

" guys Erik is a good guy trust me" she said and they rolled their eyes.

" mama ingrid , mama Ingrid" Loli one of the maids screamed as she dashed into the room of the head cleaner in Alexander's mansion .

" what is it Loli " she asked with a frown.

" well Mia's new nanny just submitted a letter of resignation" she said in horror .

" oh God not again she's the sixth in two months" Mama Ingrid complained.

" you're counting two months ? that 4 years old is a disaster I tell you" loli said.

" hey shhhhh if you love your job. now c'mon I need to tell phillipe " she said as they walked out together .

They walked into the kitchen just to see my her husband phillipe having coffee , and the cook Lola obviously telling him the latest .

Mia Alexander north was the four years old daughter of their boss and his late wife Diana .

she's cute and way too smart for her age , the girl was controlling and very demanding but her dad alex loved her a lot and would do anything for her.

" what do now papa phillipe ? mama Ingrid I can't handle that girl for two mins I'll grow old " Lola said panicking.

" the last experience I had wasn't nice either, she drains all our energy " Lola complained.

" don't worry I'll talk to Alex . he'll look for a solution " phillipe promised.

They all have a nod hoping he did something real quick and find a solution whatever it maybe.
