Science in my DNA

It was still dark early that morning as I rose off my bed I heard my name ring loud like an alarm in my hear drums .Walking towards the door I furiously slammed the door behind me as I yelled in anger ‘YES !!! I will be right out .A thought flew past my mind ‘why would she be yelling my name this early ?’ .

Oh she ? Yes my mom who just moved in my house .Mrs clade Gilberto a nice gentle woman whom I heard adopted me when I was still five years old .I felt a pain in my legs as I walked down the stairs remembering the little accident I had the previous day in the lab .I frowned in pain hopping through a small stool at my walk way .On seeing her light oblong face I smilled and murmured ‘buenas dias mama ' , she smiled back and gave me a warm hug,‘ ¿como Estas ?' She asked Walking through the dusty and stuffy living room as she made her way to the kitchen, ‘muy bien mama' I said with a loud voice . We are a small family that lives in the coast of Spain ,it just me,my mom and my and a few siblings ,although I heard rumors that my actual parents were Nigerians but she never told me and I never cared to ask .I staggered with my injured foot as I walked through to the kitchen and sat on a wooden chair in my dinning table ,dipping my hands in a bowl of guacamole mama yelled ‘ Come on on don't use your filth hands on my freshly made guacamole ' .Ignoring her I stood up and said ‘Mom what about your work ' ,well she worked as a clerk in a large organization ,she has been doing that since I knew her ,hmm just imagine how long ,promotions? She gets raise in her salary every two years so she quite okay with it . ‘ Work Is good ' her usual slang ,‘ ‘ Okay so why are you not at work by now ' I said curiously .‘ We have a little holiday for a while ' she said back looking straight into what she was preparing . Dipping my hands into her guacamole again I ran out of the kitchen liking my unkept fingers . She wanted to talk more about her job ,‘OHH work ’ I screamed remembering the science project defend against some gray headed professors back at the University ,Oh school ? ,Yes the University of Valencia in Valencia my home town a beautiful city oy Spain . I dashed into the bathroom freshen up ,got my science books and stuffs and dashed out of the apartment into my old volks wagon ,engine Jay as I like to call it ,it was my dad's and now it mine . I started the car and zoomed off without letting mama notice .Well my name is Carlos Gilberto ,I'm 21 years old with a dark skin and a small stature .Well I have a small stature which I don't like but my mom tells me all geniuses have small stature . My friends call me magnifico because I'm a science all brains and I smile a lot .Actually I'm a little science boy or to say Man who had always dreamed to be an astrophysicist . I took that from my idol the great "Albert Einstein "I would say , and this i s the story of my world mixed with Science.
