Creepy dolls dismembered with a chainsaw, a blood-cloaked vengeful spirit wreaking havoc at the airport, a hundred ghosts capturing souls on a street spanning ten miles, the resurrected dead dancing in a crematorium, and a deserted hospital where corpses gyrate in chaos... The aforementioned are not my personal experiences but rather descriptions of my creations. My name is Yang Ning, a descendant of the Spirit Gate, a professional Deity Descender. I specialize in selling spirit-summoning dolls, the kind that truly manifests supernatural abilities. Adorned with numerous malevolent spirits and over a hundred crimson-clad entities, I return from the depths of hell to unleash an eerie spectacle upon the mortal realm.

Chapter 1 Someone wants to kill me.

"Hello, this is the 110 Emergency Service Center. May I inquire about the difficulties you are currently facing?"

"Officer, I've experienced a romantic setback. Would you please offer me some consolation?"

"I apologize, but matters of the heart, such as a romantic setback, fall outside our purview. We can connect you to a psychological counseling hotline. Would you like us to do that?"

...

"Hello, this is 110..."

"Hello, I'm feeling a bit of a headache..."

"I'm sorry, but we are unable to address a headache situation. We can connect you to the 120 Emergency Medical Service hotline. Would you like us to do that?"

...

"Hello, this is 110..."

"Officer, someone, someone wants to harm me!"

"I'm sorry, but in the case of potential harm, we are unable to—what did you say?!"

"Someone wants to harm me!"

"Who wants to harm you?!"

In the Caiyun Province's Cang'er City 110 Police Service Center, several operators turned their heads in unison to look at the new operator, Huang Liting, in the corner.

The previously somewhat noisy police service center instantly quieted down.

Huang Liting, in a flurry, held the landline receiver, her voice urgent and noticeably tense: "Please be more detailed. Where are you now, and what is the specific situation?"

Listening to the hurried breathing on the other end of the line, she wanted to offer a few words of comfort but was afraid it might cause the caller to miss the timing of reporting the emergency.

"Officer, you must save me! I—I don't want to die... I don't want to die! Uh, uh, uh..."

"I'm here, I'm here..."

On the other end of the phone was the voice of a middle-aged man. He desperately suppressed the volume of his voice, seemingly afraid of causing too much commotion. At the same time, his voice carried an obvious sobbing tone, indicating intense fear.

"I'm here, I'm here..."

"I'm here..."

After repeating his previous words once again, the man's voice suddenly disappeared from the receiver after this last sentence!

"Hello, hello? Sir, are you still there?"

Huang Liting inquired urgently, yet there was no response from the other end of the phone. As time passed, she noticed an abnormal stillness within the phone receiver.

There was not only an absence of spoken words but also the familiar hum of electricity she had grown accustomed to was absent.

She hastily checked the network situation and found everything to be in order.

Just as Huang Liting was unsure of what to do, the voice from the receiver resounded again!

A blood-curdling scream nearly made Huang Liting drop the receiver from her hand!

"Ah!"

"He, he found me! Discovered me! Ah, ah, ah, ah!"

"Police, save me, save my life—"

"Save me!"

"Buzz!"

Suddenly, a jarring mechanical sound abruptly halted the man's cry for help!

At that moment, Huang Liting heard something being cut on the other side of the phone. There came the sound of liquid splattering and the steady drip-drip of droplets!

The mechanical operation sound was piercing, and Huang Liting could vaguely hear intermittent, light breathing from the other side of the phone!

This kind of breathing brought a slight sense of calm to the young new operator. "Sir, are you still there?"

The "buzz" sound on the other end continued, but the breathing had disappeared.

Huang Liting's scalp tingled.

She tried calling out several times, but there was still no response from the other end.

Just as Huang Liting was preparing to hang up the phone to report the situation to her superiors, the voice of the man who had just disappeared from the line reappeared!

"I'm in B021, Dream East Villa, Tiannan District, Cang'er City."

This time, the man's tone was not as extremely terrified as before.

It was calm, emotionally stable, giving off an unsettling sense of tranquility.

A tranquility that seemed almost like that of a dead person!

"All right! Please wait; I will arrange for an officer to come over—"

"Yang Yang!"

Smack!

Uttering two inexplicable words, just as Huang Liting's words were not yet complete on this end, the call was abruptly terminated from the other side.

Listening to the busy tone on the receiver, Huang Liting's heart pounded until a colleague's gentle tap made her startle abruptly from her seat.

Without bothering to explain to her colleague, Huang Liting immediately followed the protocol to issue an alert to the law enforcement agency at the district level in Tiannan.

The alert issued, the security station broadcasted, the on-duty security officer received the call, and the police were dispatched.

A series of procedures took only a few minutes. Two police cars roared out of the Tiannan District Security Station in Cang'er City!

A murder case!

The first encountered by the Tiannan Security Station in nearly three years!

Not to mention just one Tiannan Security Station, even the number of homicide cases in Cang'er City in recent years was minimal!

Belonging to the same area, the drive from Tiannan Security Station to Dream East Villa took only a few minutes. When several officers arrived at the scene, it had been less than ten minutes since the emergency call was made.

In front of B021, Zhang Donglei led several officers, their faces solemn, disembarking from the vehicles.

Glancing at the villa before him, Zhang Donglei hoped that this emergency call was just a farce.

In his nearly thirty years of policing, the last time he handled a murder case was five years ago.

However, the strong scent of blood seeping through the slightly ajar gate of B021 made Zhang Donglei's heart sink. He put on shoe covers, saying, "No matter what you see inside, stay calm!"

"If you feel like vomiting, find a place on your own. Don't disturb the crime scene!"

"It's still unclear if the killer has left. Everyone, be careful!"

"Yes!"

He signaled two male officers to approach the villa from both sides of the yard. Zhang Donglei himself, accompanied by a male and a female officer, cautiously entered through the partially open gate.

The smell of blood inside the villa became even more intense, causing the two young officers following Zhang Donglei to wrinkle their noses and cover them. Unfazed, Zhang Donglei, with one hand on his waist holster, carefully surveyed the interior.

The three cautiously walked through the villa's lobby, finding nothing unusual on the ground floor.

Tick-tock, tick-tock!

Suddenly, the female police officer heard the sound of dripping water. She turned to look, and her face turned pale.

"Captain Zhang, the stairs, the stairs!"

Zhang Donglei and the male officer quickly stepped aside. They saw bright red blood dripping down from the second-floor stairs, forming a palm-sized bloodstain on the first floor.

"To the second floor!"

Avoiding the bloodstains on the stairs, they went up to the second floor, following the slowly flowing blood to a bedroom door—

"Ugh!"

Before seeing the scene inside the bedroom, the female officer couldn't bear the increasingly strong smell of blood. She ran out of the villa, vomiting into the flowerbed outside.

On the second floor, Zhang Donglei and the remaining male officer, looking into the bedroom, both turned incredibly pale.

The male officer, covering his mouth, said with great discomfort, "Captain Zhang, my, my legs feel weak, ugh—"

...

The ways to prepare chicken are diverse, and one method is called "white cut." A skilled chef uses precise knife skills to cut a marinated and steamed whole chicken into thin slices, then sprinkles sauce over it. The thinner the slices, the more flavorful the meat becomes...

At this moment, appearing before Zhang Donglei and the others was a "white cut person."

To be precise, it wasn't a white cut, but a raw cut.

A middle-aged man, around fifty, sat on the ground leaning against the bed. His eyes were lifeless, pupils dark and devoid of light. From head to toe, his body had been sawed horizontally into piece after piece, seemingly not completely severed, so the pieces of flesh and blood still held together, maintaining a human form.

With the fresh red blood flowing continuously, he resembled a raw-cut "person" doused in spicy red sauce.

The continually dripping blood pooled beneath the man, forming a bloodstain. A small humanoid ghost-faced doll sat quietly in it, next to a circular saw stained with blood.

...

Thousands of miles away, at Zhongzhou Airport.

A plane from Caiyun Province landed smoothly, and passengers disembarked in an orderly manner.

In the crowd, a boy with a handsome face, gold-rimmed glasses perched on his nose, exuding a scholarly aura.

He wore a white silk retro short shirt on top, white linen trousers below, and a white single-shoulder handbag hanging from his shoulder, with a string of wind chimes tied to the strap.

The whole person looked clean, cultured, and delicate.

Ding-ling—

As a gentle breeze passed by, the wind chimes on the boy's bag produced a pleasant and melodious sound. Standing in place, he smiled, "Yo yo yo, little ghost, you've worked hard..."

At the same time, at the murder scene in Cang'er City, next to the raw-cut "person," the humanoid ghost-faced doll sitting quietly in the blood puddle, its dark eyes flickered with a faint light.
