Gold’s Pov

Feeling the breeze on my skin as I walk around the beach, nothing could beat this feeling I said smiling to myself taking a deep breath just then my beautiful moment of peace was ruin by nobody else but Elsa, as she pulled my hair bringing me back to reality.

“What is wrong with you Elsa??? That hurts!!! "I screamed.

" Don't be such a baby, It was just a little pull stop being dramatic" she said as she took the sun cream from my hands and started applying it to her smooth baby skin.

I wouldn't say I was jealous of how soft and smooth her skin was even though she was much younger than me but sometimes I wished my skin were that way.

"Stop applying that, you're too young for such harsh products" I said hurriedly collecting it giving her my best angry look. For a seven year old who has been pampered a lot by me and also my parents, she didn't care about the angry look on my face and still did it anyway.

“Oh come on, I'm 7 for God's sake. What age do you think I should start taking of my body, when I am 18. I have to start now and since I have you, I can easily do those things” she complained.

“Exactly my point you're way too young, but wait you haven't celebrated your 7th birthday yet so logically you aren't” I tried to remind her that she was still too young.

“Whatever, mom and dad said we should prepare to head home it's getting cold” she informed me tossing the cream back at me after she was done.

‘Why didn't you say that earlier’ I whined as she ran back after passing the information, I wanted staying a bit longer but it was indeed getting chilly. I quickly gathered my stuffs around as I ran towards the jeep.

“So much for a bit of relaxation at the beach” I thought to myself getting into the car.

A little bit of introduction about my family.

My name is Gold Cooper I just celebrated my 16th birthday few days back and you've met my baby sister Elsa, yeah she's spoiled I made sure of that. My family is one of the Richest in the city so I've never had a hard time getting anything, My dad and my mom are just five years apart in age but that doesn't change the fact that they are still madly in love with each other.

They had me at a pretty young age yet I feel I was unplanned and my little sister was the only one who was planned.

My family is quite special not like other families, my parents have always been current in all the trends, I mean they act like they were ten years younger and in their prime. In promise of my little sister we have a culture of going to the beach every Sunday just like today to relax a bit. Elsa would call it ‘Away from life’ because she made sure she had all the fun time she could at the beach.

Secrets are not a thing in my family but of course there are rules that we must avoid to.

For a 16 year old teenager, I don't adhere to rules. That's just a flaw that I have, I feel there's so much I can do, like going out to parties with my friends but I am not allowed to until I am 18.

I can't wait to be 18, my friends make fun of me every single day calling me Cinderella.

Well I am going to change my fate as I make it to my first party ever. I have been thinking about it all week and I couldn't be more happier for the day to end.

“Gold darling, it's windy. Close the windows already or you might catch a cold plus we don't have time for your daydreaming. You have been staring out for a while with a smile on your face. Is there anything you want to tell us” Cooper asked.

“Nothing really Dad” I replied pushing up the window, I can't have them suspecting me about what I would be doing in the night.

“She's probably thinking about boys” Elsa sprouted out making me mad.

“Shut up your F**king mouth Elsa!!” I yelled at her in a rage, sometimes I just wished she would be quiet and not try to ruin things for me.

“Mom” she cried out to my mother for help.

“Gold what did I say about the F-word?? I'll be keeping your laptop for a week” Mary replied.

"No mom, you can't!! I'm sorry." I pleaded with her but she wouldn't listen to me.

“Uh oh looks like someone got herself in trouble” Elsa giggled.

I wished I could rip her head off for what she had just caused instead I turned giving her a very mad look as she covered her face with a book immediately, I then turned to my dad with a pleading look.

"Don't give me that look child, you brought this upon yourself. I am not risking my play station for you I just got it back, you’re alone this time" he said to me.

What the hell have I gotten myself into, of course he won't help me. My mom was like the authority in the house, she made the decisions while we all adhere to it.

You know what?, I take everything I've said so far back, My family is the worst, who cares about that stupid laptop anyway I should be thinking about the dress I would be wearing for the party.

I had to make sure I looked my best, I have heard stories of how girls were humiliated and mocked because of what they wore. I don't want to be one of those girls.

We got home late enough for dinner, lucky our chef had the food heated for us, after dinner I helped Elsa with her Assignments, Dad went to the study to finish up some paper work while Mom made sure everything is in place for school tomorrow.

Few hours had passed and I was getting impatient waiting for dad to leave the study, I needed everybody to be asleep before 11pm. Just as I was pacing up and down in my room, I heard the study door close and then footsteps approaching my room. I didn't need to be told it was my dad’s.

I immediately jumped on my bed covering the duvet all the way to my face. The door to my room opened and he peeped in,

“Sleeping baby girl?” he asked.

Answering him was a complete no for me so I kept quiet waiting for him to leave. He put off the lights and then walked back to his room.

I could hear my parents whispering to each other and I was disgusted by it.

Springing up from my bed, I went straight to my close where I picked up a red dress I had gotten from a boutique about a month ago. I have had my eyes on that dress ever since I saw it and made it my life work to buy it.

Placing it on the bed, I admired it for a bit, the v-shaped neck and the split in the front.

I knew my curved elukd reveal in it and I was intrigued to wear it already.

Changing into the dress, the only thing that were covered was my nipple and a bit of my butt, looking in the mirror I praised myself.

It was my first party so I had to make the best impression. I took a coat to cover myself until I got there, wouldn't want to steal attention from weird men thinking I was a whore.

Tiptoeing out of the house, I made sure no one noticed me, I had placed a pillow on my bed to make anyone think I was still sleeping in my room.

Scaling through the gates, I took out my phone to call my friend when a car honked from a distance.

My friends were already waiting for me which was unexpected cause none of us knew how to drive. Getting closer I could see some boys inside.

One of them whistled at me,

“Dont tell me this is what you are wearing” Bennie my friend complained. We had this whole plan of looking our very best.

“Ofcourse not” I took off the coat to show her the dress and her jaw dropped.

“This is beautiful”

“Get in angel” the boy in the front hollered at me.They were for sure older than us but I just ignored it and quickly got in.

“We are going to kill it in this party” she yelled loudly.
