PROLOGUE "UHHM B-BROTHER W-WHAT A-ARE YOU G-GOING TO D-DO?" I stammered as he entered my room. "UHHM NOTHING," he coldly replied. "H-HOW DID Y-YOU GET IN HERE?" I stammered again. "YOUR DOOR IS OPEN," he raised an eyebrow in response. "W-WHAT WILL Y-YOU DO? D-DON'T COME CLOSER," I said, trembling. "Why?" he asked. "I WON'T GIVE IN TO YOU AS MY GODPARENT," I threatened him.

Chapter 1 Part 1

"Let's go to sleep," she said with a sigh.

"Sure," I handed her Ace, and we lay down.

"Can't we have another one?" I asked.

"Who's Ace? Zack, if you'll be the one giving birth, I'll agree even if we do it every month," she playfully remarked.

"Your womb is mine," I teased.

"Good morning! I can now start preparing breakfast; I left them, father and son, sleeping.

"Good morning, Mom!" I greeted cheerfully as Mom sipped her coffee.

"Well, you woke up in a good mood," Mom remarked while sipping her coffee.

"Of course! I missed cooking breakfast for my husband," I said as I grabbed hotdogs, eggs, and bacon from the fridge.

"Do you have any plans to have another child after Ace?" Mom raised an eyebrow.

"Mom, not for now. Ace is still a child," I replied while cooking.

"So when will you have another one, when Ace is older?" Mom asked teasingly.

"Mom!" I said in annoyance. "I mean, he's still too young. I don't want to have another one yet, but Zack does."

"Why not follow Ace with another child?" Mom inquired, changing the topic.

"For now, let's focus on Ace's baptism instead," I said.

"When is Ace's baptism?" Mom asked.

"Maybe this Thursday, Mom. I'm still arranging it," I replied.

"Who will be the godparents?" Mom asked again.

"Of course, my friends, Mom," I said.

"I'm going upstairs now, Mom," I excused myself, not paying attention to her continued questioning. I went straight to our room; they were still asleep.

"Honey," I woke Zack up and ran my fingers through his hair.

"Ahmm," he groaned.

"Wake up; you still have work," I told him and kissed him.

"I don't want to go," he extended his hand.

"Why?" I asked in surprise.

"I just want to give you more time," he said sweetly.

"But..." Before I could finish, he pulled me and kissed me.

"If you don't want to go to work, join Ace and me at my company," he suggested, raising an eyebrow.

"Are you sure?" I asked, our faces close.

"Absolutely, I'll just take a quick shower," he said, getting up.

"Okay, I'll dress Ace too," I said and went to Ace's side.

"Wake up, honey, we're going with Daddy," I said affectionately to our son.

I dressed Ace, changed his diaper, and gave him milk. Once Zack finished getting ready, we left for my car.

"Do you want a gender swap too?" I covered my mouth to stifle a laugh; she can be quite witty.

"Good night," she said with a pout.

"Good night," I silenced her with a kiss.

I extended my arm to embrace Ace; she was lying next to Mae. Mae and I were the ones side by side.

After the journey, we arrived at Zack's company, named ZNM. I was puzzled because his name is Zack, so why the extra 'N'?

"Good morning, sir," the employees greeted Zack.

"Is that his wife?"

"Oh my gosh, does he have a child?!"

Whispers and murmurs surrounded us, but I ignored them. Zack held me by the waist, and we took the elevator before heading to his office.

"Wow, a lot has changed," I marveled as we entered. He opened the door for me.

"Sit down, honey," he pointed to the sofa.

"Love, get me the small pillow from the bag," I instructed. Zack sat in a swivel chair.

"Oh," he responded. I placed a pillow near Ace, who was asleep. I approached Zack.

"Are you not done yet?" I asked, grabbing a paper for him to sign.

"Yeah," he replied, signing the paper.

"Why didn't you finish yesterday? Didn't you work late?"

"You sent me home," he briefly looked at me before focusing on the paper.

"I thought you were done."

"Come on, both of you are more important to me. I'd lose everything, but not you," he affectionately said.

"Excuse me?" a woman entered Zack's office. I just noticed her, and she had an attractive figure and short hair.

"What is your problem?" she asked authoritatively.

"Nothing. Hey hon, here's the paper you wanted," the woman said, making me glare at Zack. He shrugged.

"Hey stupid," I called her.

"You are stupid too," she retorted.

"Who are you, b*tch?" I asked with crossed arms.

"I'm Zack Meller's secretary, and—" I didn't let her finish.

"Oh, you're just a secretary," I sneered.

"Ugh, you?!" she exclaimed.

"Wife. Yes, I'm the one and only wife of Zack Meller," I boasted.

"How do you know?" she asked with a hint of jealousy.

"Because I used my mouth, duh," I replied stubbornly.

"Where's the proof?" she raised an eyebrow.

I pouted and pointed to Ace lying on the sofa.

"Oh, baby, I like babies," she flirtatiously said.

"And my baby doesn't like you," I retorted, getting closer to Ace.

"Can I—" I didn't let her finish.

"No," I emphasized.

"Please," she pleaded with puppy eyes.

"I said no! You even have a virus," I bluntly stated.

"Virus? What kind of virus?" she inquired.

"Flirt virus," I said directly, clearly annoyed.

"We're not done yet!" she insisted and left. I looked at Zack, who was laughing.

"What are you laughing at, stupid?" I mimicked his earlier comment.

"What? Stupid? Who?" he asked in succession.

"You," I pointed with my nose. He pulled me onto his lap.

"Stupid if stupid. I want you, you know," he huskily said.

"Zack..." I called, not wanting Ace to witness.

"No questions," he said straightforwardly, sealing it with a kiss.
