Romance

The Punishment -Synopsis Skylar Cooper is a nerdy seventeen year old who just got into the last year of Highschool. Show me the library and I'll tell you where Sky is. She lives with her dad and has amazing friends that she can count on. Add the loving boyfriend who cheated on her with the one person she despises the most to that list of friends and we're set to go. Senior year is the last chance to get it right in Highschool and set things straight for College and all Sky wants this year is to focus solely on her books so she can win all those competitions and get that scholarship but the reality is that most things never happen as we've planned them or do they? The last thing that Skylar wants this year is to get tangled back in a mess with her ex but it's Highschool, with it comes teenage drama and the introduction of a new senior, Milo Waylon. Milo's a whole mood on his own. He's got that "I don't care" attitude in him and he's never afraid to show it. If Skylar thought that her ex was dangerous then she hasn't seen danger. Milo's your High School bad boy but he comes with a touch of mystery and danger, also he basically wants nothing to do with Highschool because it's just not for him. Having to cross paths with the mystery guy doesn't even have a line in Skylar's books but maybe fate has other plans for her, just when she's having the worst time and believes that things can't get any worse, they do because now she's got to take Milo under her wings and tutor him. If poor grades could kill, Milo's would have wiped the entire school with his and Sky wouldn't hesitate to be the first man down because tutoring him feels like tutore already. A lot awaits Skylar Cooper this year and it's going to be a roller coaster of emotions dealing with her own issues and having to learn about Milo's past as well and boy was it a bad one. It's going to be bumpy on the road to overcoming past traumas, having hope for the future and finally letting go. Skylar didn't plan for half of what she's about to experience this year or the role that she's about to play in Milo's life and it all started with the punishment. If she could go back to that afternoon and stop that fight then maybe, just maybe she could have prevented all the mess that awaited her in the future but deep down she knows the truth, she wouldn't change a thing if she went back to that afternoon because if she did, she wouldn't have met the one. So maybe, just maybe all the trouble that she's about to face might all be worth it in the end.
