Everyone has heard of the Godfathers the definitive representation of what it is to be an Italian Mafioso, from the dusty mountainside of Sicily to the posh New York avenues. Some choose to leave the fatherland for greener pastures; some turn the dust into gold dust. Lombardi and Romano family are the prime example of this. They did not do anything to be proud of; they started off from small-time smuggling and proceeded to assassinations and drug deals. Name any illegal activity in Italy and some or the other way you can trace its initiation to these two. This might lead to a bitter rivalry between the two, right? Wrong! Instead of being at each other's throat, the two families decided to work together and increase the profits. They have been friends for decades and do not let any other group break their monopoly over the European underworld. Will this friendship persist in the near future or some dark unknown and supremely powerful entity, way above their reach tears it to pieces? Let's find out together.......
Chapter 1 Character sketch
Aurora Lombardi:
She is the youngest child of the Lombardi, hence very sheltered and protected. Sweet, kind-hearted, good at computers, especially hacking. A trained fighter, good at kung-fu and karate. She is introverted and doesn't like socializing much, basically a multi-faceted nerd, who really loves reading. When she was a kid, her mother died and she hates her father for that because she feels he had the power to save her life. Hence she lives in London with her cousin only
Adriano Lombardi:
Elder brother to Aurora, eldest child of Lombardi family. Since his mother's death, he matured quickly to take over the reins of the mafia business and also be a protective figure for his baby sister. He is only a caring person for his family and for outside world he is a reincarnation of devil, you cross him once, he won't give you an opportunity to double cross him.
Callisto Lombardi:
He is the patriarch of the Lombardi family. He is a ruthless mafia leader but at the same time he is also a very caring and loving father. The perfect juxtaposition of the two worlds. All his life he managed to keep them separate, but somehow they crossed paths and his beloved wife was gone forever. He is still mourning for his dead wife.
Emilia Esposito:
Aurora's best friend and daughter of Callisto's right hand man. that's why she is very close to Lombardi family. Has a secret crush on Leonardo but she knows that he is off limits.
Giovanni Romano:
Youngest member of the Romano family. He leads a carefree and lavish life. Although he is a good kid, mixing with the wrong crowd has led him astray. He has a raging drug addiction, to one of the most lethal and addictive drugs known to mankind.
Lorenzo Romano:
Eldest of all three brothers, twin to Leornado.He is very mature and responsible, helping his father to run the family criminal syndicate successfully.
Leonardo Romano:
Younger of the twins, he is a party and animal and playboy. Women swoon over him and he is always seen with bevy of beauties all over town and is life of some of the greatest parties. People mistake this behavior for recklessness making him the perfect secret weapon. He is far from the naïve nightlife addict.
Dante Romano:
Patriarch of the Romano family. A perfect gentleman and a loving family man, ruthless and efficient in his business, ruling with an iron fist.
He might love his sons a lot; allowing them to lead lavish lifestyles still keeps a tab on their expenses and decisions. Very humble and totally attached to his meager beginnings.
Veronica Ricci:
Typical Queen bee bimbo. Chasing guys with money, popularity and looks. Her current and prime target for years, Giovanni Romano. He doesn't give a damn about her existence, yet she is always in his face, trying to get into his pants.
Sofia Romano:
Matriarch of the Romano family, mother of Leorando, Lorenzo and Giovanni, wife of Dante. She is the typical ideal mother character. Great wife and even better mother. Sweet, innocent and caring, completely aloof of the dark mafia world.
