When Love Bells Ring

The doors of a limousine was flung opened as flashlights streamed at the car, the media personnel struggled to have a glimpse of whom the being was or perhaps ask questions. At first, red heels stepped out, alongside a red flowing gown. Everyone gasped with humor as three bouncers kept pushing them backwards to create a for the being who was about to come out, and the media pressed further to have a word with her. She was gorgeous in her looks and had a sunglass on which she adjusted and tried walking towards the hallway.

She didn't answer any questions asked by these people since she was attended to by some personnel who accorded her respect and directed her to an office, the lady sat opposite an old man who held a file.

"This media of yours could you at least try calming them down" she began snapping her finger and a waitress appeared with a fruit juice

"It's their duty since you're a celebrity"

"Argh, let's get started". The old man gave her a file and grinned.

"Congratulations, you have it all! Miss Lucy" he exclaimed. She had a serious face on and thanked the director. It was like she expected to have the contract after all, who would have suit for such a scene than her.

"So when am I getting started?". She questioned, flipping the file in her hand with no emotions.

"In a week's time miss" he blasted and immediately, she walked out. Miss Lucy opened the exit door and met with Georgina. Fans often knew these two as rivals, and they never hide it from the public. Lucy pulled down her eyes and winked at her.

"Seems someone is late to brace the occasion". Lucy began while Georgina smirked at her. She looked below the stairs where the crowds were still pressing for their autograph or rather a picture with these stars and then back at Lucy.

"You never can tell what would meet you with your pride" Lucy giggled land shrugged, she cat walked closer to Georgina and whispered in her ears.

"I doubt so witchy"

"How..."

"Save your speech for the press meeting dear, I wouldn't want you to mumble with your words" Lucy mocked, blew a kiss to her and paced towards her car as Georgina glared at her and in a hast, marched to the building.

"This is getting out of hand" she stated immediately, she got in the director's office, she banged her purse on his table while he pretended like though no one was there.

"What's going on, Mr Felix? This wasn't what..."

"As you can I'm in the middle of something before you interrupted" he snapped staring at her.

"Really? What would I tell my follower out there?

"How could you just eliminate me from any role and place Lucy? She raged with anger.

"We never had an agreement, did we?" The director posed.

"And besides, Lucy is the best for this role, she would make it a hit than some..." He paused and glanced at her as she swallowed hard.

"You should never have risen my hope" she concluded and ran out. Georgina stopped by the restroom and entered. She tried suppressing the tears that had gathered in her eyes. Why was Lucy taking everything she ever walked hard for away from her?

Lucy arrived at her mansion and wore pride on her face. The chauffeur opened the car for her and a maid welcomed her. She gazed at a girl who stood by the balcony holding a teddy bear. The girl looked scared and ran back inside, away from Lucy's stare. Lucy turned her gaze to the maid opposite her, who nodded and dashed into the building towards the girl's room. The girl wrapped her arms the teddy bear and glanced at the maid.

"Does miss Lucy wants to see me?" She muttered as the maid slammed the door.

"Well dear... perhaps yes" the maid replied with uncertainty.

"I'm sure she intends to tell her farewells as usual" she thought aloud.

"Well tell her I don't want to see her!" She snapped and lied on her bed.

"Come on Julie don't act stubborn now" the maid pleaded looking stress.

"Please leave me alone, I don't want..."

"And why is that!" A voice roared from behind the maid, and Julie shuddered.

"I..." She paused and glanced at the maid who excused herself, she preferred not to be a part of her boss rage this morning.

"Go on, I'm all ears"

"That's because..." She paused again with tears gathering in her eyes, she was already frightened by miss Lucy's appearance.

"Do you have to be such a weakling? Can't you be brave...like me?" Miss Lucy beckoned with a frown.

"I'm sorry" Julie soled as tears began to stream down her eyes.

"Shh, just stop crying already... you act as though I'm the bad guy..." She paused and brought out some cash.

"Here you go, perhaps money can solve this". Julie shook her head, she didn't want anything except being alone.

"Alexandra! Come here this instance and make her quiet!" Miss Lucy ordered and Quickly, the maid rushed in and curbed Julie who rested her head on Alexandra shoulder.

"You're old enough for such things girl!" Miss Lucy commented and left them both.

"She's so scary" Julie whispered and Alexandra chuckled.

"You're scarier than her child" Alexandra commented and Julie giggled.

"So where are we going today, Mrs Alexandra?". She questioned with a bright face. It seemed like though the fear and terror had gone off.

"Wow, someone was just in tears a little while ago, and now she wants to go for a tour, right". She teased.

"Well remember... I don't want to ruin my day with our plans, right?" Julie whispered.

"Such a naughty girl...do you think your mom..? I mean, miss Lucy would let you out?"

"Yes of course, you just have to stick to the plan" Julie replied sadly and Alexandra patted her on the shoulder.
