Mae, completely drunk, falls in the arms of a handsome man, Ashton, at a party and eventually gives in to her sensual desires. They end up spending a passionate night together only for her to wake up and realize that he is her sister's fiancé! To add fuel to the fire, news of this reaches the man who had long staked his claim on Mae. She knows very well that staying away from Ashton is of utmost importance but it is harder than it looks. As time passes, the more they try to draw away, the stronger the magnetic pull between them grows. Can real love win on this battle-field of lies and misunderstandings? And when a long lost connection is revealed between Ashton and her fiancé, what will they do to stop their families from being torn apart?
Mae wakes up to the sound of an alarm unfamiliar to her and finds herself in the embrace of an extremely handsome man. Events of the previous night slowly enter her aching head, which is soothed by a soft kiss on her forehead.
"Good morning, Mae," he whispers, stroking her hair.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" he asks, his eyes softening every time he looked at her.
"I've never been more sure of anything," she responds, closing the gap between their lips.
Every thrust fills her with a feeling she never experienced before. His indecisiveness between being gentle and going all in drove her crazy. He runs his hands all over her body with his mouth following closely behind, and every touch lit her skin on fire.

She moans his name and leans in for a kiss when he suddenly jumps out of bed.
"I don't think that's a suitable nickname, or did I mishear?" he laughs uncomfortably. Mae looks utterly confused and calls out his name once more.
"I'm Ashton! I don't know what this is about. Why are you saying the wrong name?" he says, seriousness overcoming his tone.
Mae's eyes widen in horror as the reality of the situation dawns upon her.
"Oh god, no!" She jumps out of the bed covering herself. Ashton approaches in concern, trying to comfort her.
"Don't, please. This was not supposed to happen!
"No, it's alright. We're going to get married soon. Don't you remember discussing about this last night?" he responds in concern, placing his palms on her shoulders. Mae hesitantly removes them and withdraws in dismay.
"We are not getting married, Ashton," She collects her clothes and dresses up.
Ashton goes around questioning her agitatedly. "I don't understand! Did last night mean nothing to you? Or is this because of that?
"I have to go. I'm sorry, Ashton. Just forget whatever happened," whispers Mae and walks out of the room.
"Mae, wait!" He runs behind her. "Here, thanks for your services," he barks angrily, handing her a couple dollar bills. "Heck, I'll probably have to sleep with ten more like you to forget this.
Mae feels utterly humiliated by his reaction. "Good luck marrying my sister."
