Beautiful POV

I was walking by a side of the road, the place was very beautiful. Near by was a magnificent garden with beautiful flowers and trees. I saw a beautiful water fall which looks so magical. I have never seen a place so beautiful like this before. I stopped just to see the natures beauty. I was mesmerized. I closed my eyes and inhaled the natures magical perfume. Everything here seems like a fairy tale stories I've always read and heard. It was awesome magical and it's moved my heart. Maybe I would build a tent and live here, life would be so natural here.

Suddenly someone wrapped his hands around my waist. His touch was lovely... He kissed him softly on the left side of my neck which gave shivers down my spine and he whispered those three magical words

" I love you" in my ear. For a moment I forget where I was and enjoyed the kiss, his Magical touch and a deep voice. To me a deep voice from cute guys is a big turn on. But then, suddenly I wondered, who is he? Why was he saying he loved me? Why did he kiss me..

I opened my eyes and turned around to ask him who he is... But he was running away from me, which made me question no one in particular what exactly was going on. He was tall and handsome from behind, wearing a white suit. I followed him, running as fast as my leg could carry me but he was too fast. I increased my speed and I was about to get hold of his coat to turn him around and ask who he was.. But then I woke up.

I looked around expecting to see my boyfriend next to me but I didn't. Maybe he had left for work he's always as early as fuck. I picked up my phone.

"Jezz, am late for work" Hope I don't get fired today. I rushed down the stairs as fast as I could, get to the sitting room, searching for my hand bag. "Where the hell did I dropped my bag" I yelled to no one in particular. I wish the bag has mouth and a voice at least it's would just respond to me.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Beautiful, I'm 25 years old. I have a boyfriend more like a fiance. We have been dating for 3 years and engaged for like a year now. Am actually living with my boyfriend, yeah, you heard me right. Though, people don't see it as a right thing to do, I mean living with boyfriend but I have no choice. Am actually working as a cleaner in a company. That's how broke I am. Thanks to my boyfriend for letting me live with him, he's my only hope, the only friend, lover and among others, I have in this city. Enough about me now.

"Hey you, there you are lying lifelessly on the sofa, you make me late for work." I can't go anywhere without my handbag. Though, I don't have much money but I love packaging. Am broke I know of that but I musn't look broke. I picked up the voiceless bag, rushed outside to get a cab to my work aplace.

"Good morning sir" I greeted my boss with my head bow, but I didn't hear him reply. Hope he's not mad at me for coming late. If I get fired today I will burn the useless hand bag. " Good morning sir, am sorry for coming late I didn't mean to, just couldn't get a cab on time" I said, expecting him to shout on me or maybe punished me or something. Anything but he shouldn't just keep mute. I looked up expecting to see his angry face but "Holy shit" what's that look, why is he looking at me that way. Don't tell me my boss is drooling. That's impossible though, I know am not his type of girl. My thoughts are just decieving me. My boss is a married man but he's too handsome to be drooling at me. He has two kids already. " Maybe he can get me as his second wife" my thought mocked me. Second wife? Who does that this days. Beside I love my man and am okay with him but come to think of the dream I had this morning, I don't understand a thing. Who was that man? That wasn't my boyfriend not even my boss. Am damn confused. "Beauty, get to my office and tidy it up. Be fast about it". He finally replied, jerking me back to reality. Stopping me from having the useless conversation with my thoughts. He walked pass me immediately, he haven't talked about my lateness to work. I shouldn't be happy yet who knows he might get me fired before the end of the day.

I hurried to his office. This office is just too big to be another ordinary office. I arranged the files on the table, swept and cleaned the dust. There's also a very big room inside this so called office. Money is sweet. This office is 10 times bigger than where I lives but all thanks to God, at least I have a place I sleep at night. I swept and mopped everywhere, I don't want to be sacked adding laziness to lateness is something he won't be able to take in. so, I cleaned everywhere.

My boss is very rich, I'm sure he inherit this company from his father. I don't know much about him but he's a kind and jovial man. He pays his workers huge amount of money and he pays them on time.

I sat in the gray, airless room of the New York State Department of Corrections, my knuckles white as the Warden delivered the news. "Parole denied." My father, Howard Sterling, had forged new evidence of financial crimes to keep me behind bars. He walked into the room, smelling of expensive cologne, and tossed a black folder onto the steel table. It was a marriage contract for Lucas Kensington, a billionaire currently lying in a vegetative state in the ICU. "Sign it. You walk out today." I laughed at the idea of being sold to a "corpse" until Howard slid a grainy photo toward me. It showed a toddler with a crescent-moon birthmark—the son Howard told me had died in an incubator five years ago. He smiled and told me the boy's safety depended entirely on my cooperation. I was thrust into the Kensington estate, where the family treated me like a "drowned rat." They dressed me in mothball-scented rags and mocked my status, unaware that I was monitoring their every move. I watched the cousin, Julian, openly waiting for Lucas to die to inherit the empire, while the doctors prepared to sign the death certificate. I didn't understand why my father would lie about my son’s death for years, or what kind of monsters would use a child as a bargaining chip. The injustice of it burned in my chest as I realized I was just a pawn in a game of old money and blood. As the monitors began to flatline and the family started to celebrate their inheritance, I locked the door and reached into the hem of my dress. I pulled out the sharpened silver wires I’d fashioned in the prison workshop. They thought they bought a submissive convict, but they actually invited "The Saint"—the world’s most dangerous underground surgeon—into their home. "Wake up, Lucas. You owe me a life." I wasn't there to be a bride; I was there to wake the dead and burn their empire to the ground.

My stepmother sold me like a piece of inventory to a man known for breaking people just to plug the financial crater my father left behind. I was delivered to the Morton estate in the middle of a freezing storm, stripped of my phone, and told that if I didn't make myself useful, my senile grandfather would be evicted from his care facility by noon. The master of the house, Adonis Morton IV, was a monster living in a silent mausoleum, driven to the brink of madness by a sensory condition that turned every sound into a physical assault. When I was forced into his suite to serve him, he didn't see a human being; he saw a source of agony. In a fit of animalistic rage, he pinned me to the wall and nearly strangled me to death just for the sound of a shattering teacup. I only survived by using my grandfather’s secret herbal blends and pressure-point therapy to force his overactive nervous system into a drugged sleep. But saving him was my greatest mistake. Instead of letting me go, Adonis moved me into a guest suite connected to his own bedroom by a hidden door. He didn't just want me as a servant; he needed me as a human white-noise machine to drown out the demons in his head. The nightmare deepened when he took the promissory note that defined my freedom and tore it into confetti. By destroying the debt, he destroyed my exit strategy. He replaced my maid’s uniform with a silver silk dress that clung to my skin but did nothing to hide the dark, ugly bruises his fingers had left on my neck. He branded me as his "primary care associate," a title that was nothing more than a gilded cage. I felt a sickening sense of injustice as he forced me to sign a contract that banned me from contacting other men and required me to sleep wherever he slept. He looked at me with a possessive heat, calling me his "medication" rather than a woman. My family had sold my body, but Adonis Morton was intent on owning my very presence, using my grandfather’s medical bills as a leash to keep me within twenty feet of him at all times. Standing in a neglected greenhouse with mud staining my expensive silk, I realized I was no longer a victim waiting for rescue. If I was going to be his medication, I would learn how to be his cure—or his undoing. I began clearing the weeds with a cold, calculated frenzy, determined to turn this prison into my laboratory. He thinks he has trapped a helpless girl, but I am going to pry open the cracks in his stone walls until his entire world comes crashing down.
