*My Sister's Husband*

Ria a final year student at the university was rounding up with Her exams. Was rounding up with her Exams A beautiful intelligent fair skin girl curvy , dimples and average height but she still got played by a few guys she had a relationship with. She and her Elder sister (Catherine) didn't really grow up in a wealthy Family. They only managed and coped with what their Parents could offer to them. Contentment and appreciation were one of their characteristics. Things later took different turns as life kept going. Ria a very brilliant student who studied Business Management in school and had passion to establish her Own enterprise. Immediately she finishes school.

But her Elder Sister Catherine nicknamed called Cathy will always advice her saying "it is not wrong to dream big as a matter of fact it is a sign that You know where you are heading to. In as much as u want to establish a business on your own after you finish school..I will advise that you Start by working under an organization... From there the salary you get will help you begin gradually. " Cathy said. It wasn't a bad idea to Ria but the thoughts of working under Someone, been ordered around, been sent on errands and work load was what she didn't like. But Cathy made her understand that Life will always be comfortable as we want it. Their parents cautioned both. Ria wasn't really a fan of relationships although she had been in a few and her experiences were not really the best it has just been low key in that aspect of her life. She was more into studies and of course she did well, social media stuffs , little outings and others. As it is expected Ria loved her Elder sister Catherine so much, especially the efforts she puts in taking care of her needs in school and other necessities. Their Dad will always say"as you both grow, never let anything come in between your bond"

On the Other hand Catherine was A university graduate as well Catherine was a tall beautiful lady with curves. She was dark in complexion and had cuter dimples . Making things awesome she was very intelligent too. . She had left the university like 5 years ago and has been the one trying to provide for the family. She didn't really earn much but then she didn't also want to leave the job because it would be hard to find another. She bagged up excellent Certificates back in her school days but due to circumstances she now worked as a waitress at a restaurant. There are days Catherine will work but do not get paid or either salary is shortened. But still in that care she will get some stuffs like clothes for her Mom Dad and baby sister. She tried her best been the best .

While Ria was about rounding up with her University level, Catherine was busy saving some cash so as to get her sister some beautiful dress so she could feel loved and special. As the day went on , it finally arrived. Catherine gifted her sister a Purple beautiful blinky dress with a V -neck and a bit exposed back as her graduation gift. Ria was over the moon when her Elder Sister unleashed her package to her and thanked so very much.

The D-day was the following day. After all preparation made, the family headed to school to watch their daughter give a good bye to her School. Everything went on sooo well. They had Little outings and was heading back home. Still on the highway the family was involved in an accident which took away the life of their Parents instantly

The dead of their Parents was a bitter pill to swallow especially for Ria as the unfortunate event happened on her remarkable day. Emotional stress and memories were their routine. However, at least they were all grown but they couldn't be any parental replacements. Single handedly Catherine and Ria laid to rest their parents. With the average savings of Cathy... Two caskets were bought and payment made to the few men who dug the soil. A bitter experience indeed. Due to financial struggle, a good burial wasn't done to special ones who sacrificed their all for their happiness

" Am so pained 😔 and so sorry for not giving you both a good farewell (in tears) we wish we could do Better but this is the extend we could reach💔it breaks our heart to realise that you both are no longer with us. Go well sweet parents ..Go well💔😩. " Catherine said as they expressed so much pain and hurt before the graves of their parents.

"I remember your words Father. We promise to keep the bond , love each other and let nothing.... nothing come in between us. Go well..! We love you!" Said Ria. Both sisters left the grave side to their home .

*(4months later)*

(Ria talks as she is in a worried state)

Things are not longer working out well. Situations are getting worse since Our parents left us ...it hasn't really been easy Sister u can testify... We can't continue being in this Area ..of no development or change.Sis I am 😩 tired .... said Ria to Cathy.

"I understand you ... No lies in what you have said... But be a little more patient.... In the next 2weeks I will see what to do. Trusting God for my payment at the restaurant" Cathy said

Ha!! Sister it's been 4 whole month already aren't you tired of this fraustrating state,... Ur boss has refused to pay you properly ok ... Assuming I was still in school...do you think the chicken change that woman is giving you...will able to sustain my needs (Cathy gives Ria a side look)

Yes now! Is it a lie? See the way you are looking at me. Sister I am a graduate... I want to defend myself too and stop depending on you ... I...

( Cathy cuts in Before Ria could make the next statement)

Ehyyy ehyyy!! It's ok . Haba! You talk too much . I have said within 2 weeks I will see what to do .... Allow me think. Because you went to school...I won't breath freely.... Business manager...🙄🙄🙂...oya oya ... Go and heat up the food so we can eat and go to bed .

Said Catherine

( With a ☹️ frowned face, And grumbling Ria reluctantly gets up and dash into the kitchen)

Hurry please... Am hungry...save some time. Remember we have to pray ...

(*****Ria tries going in search of A job. She returns tired due to movements to and fro under a scorching ☀️ Sun)

Catherine: "Why is your faced all twisted? My Graduate 😅... How was the job search? Was it successful? .. u look tired.... Why....

(Without Letting Catherine finish...Ria cuts in)

Ria:Body movements)

Ahhhha! Haiiii! Sister the sun is too hot now .. the questions are too much . Haba!!

Your asking me questions like I went for an interview ☹️😣😣even the interviewers waited for me to answer one at a time

Catherine : (laughs) 😁 did u get a job?

Ria:😖No ...those people... They don't even know the potentials I carry... See as I package.... ( looking at herself) see how sharp I look..yet non of them employed me.... See how good my grades are(Looking at her file)

Mtchewwwww (she hiss) I tire oh.

Cathy🙂😁: don't worry it will be fine... Things been fair... It will be better. Trust me your elder sister. ( touching her cheek to make her smile)

Ria: 🙄🙄🌝U promise ohhh ... Hmmm ok . By the wayY didn't u go to work today?

Catherine: well am done for the day. Go inside your meal is covered. Eat and rest.

*2weeks Later*

Catherine: Ria.... Ria (she called) come here we something

Good to talk about. Ria....

Ria: ( Ria leaves the kitchen to meet her Sister in the room) Sister hmmm gist me ohhhh.... I can't wait ... Hmm did ur madam add up ur salary?

Catherine: (smiling 😁) Far from that..... (She took her sister's hands in her's and said) We are leaving For a better place tomorrow. 🫠😁😁. Yes we are leaving this place for good

Ria: ( she jumps in excitement 🤣🤣 Hugged her Sister) Sis I love you sooo muchhhhhh. Finally!!!! . Ria yelled.

Cathy😁: I know right. Well I pleaded for a friend to get a us a small apartment so we could stay in... while going in search for a job to better her lives. Get prepared, park your things this night. Tomorrow....off we go!!!!
