She's my Luna Chapter 1 Wrongly accused

Chapter 1

Bella and Antonio found themselves immersed in each other, their bodies moving in perfect harmony, their connection filled with an overwhelming intensity that sent electric shocks through their veins. Breathless and satiated, they lay intertwined on the bed, their eyes locked in a gaze filled with anticipation.

Antonio, running his fingers tenderly through Bella's hair, sensed that something troubled her. With concern etched on his face, he asked softly, "My love, is there something on your mind?" Bella closed her eyes, letting the waves of pleasure wash over her before opening them again.

With her bottom lip trapped between her teeth, Bella hesitated, unsure of how to broach the subject that had been weighing on her heart.

Noticing her hesitation, Antonio gently cupped her cheek and lovingly rubbed it with his palm. "You can always talk to me, my dear. What's bothering you?" he encouraged.

"When will you reveal to the pack that I am your mate?" Bella's voice quivered, a vulnerable hint tainting her words.

A mixture of warmth and affection flowed from Antonio's touch as he continued caressing her cheek. His voice filled with sincerity, he promised, "Soon, my love. I want to ensure that the timing and circumstances are perfect to unveil our bond. I will protect you, always."

A smile bloomed on Bella's face, her heart fluttering with hope for a future filled with love and security. She trusted Antonio implicitly, placing her unwavering faith in their deep connection. Little did she know that fate often hides behind a mask of loyalty, where trust can be shattered in an instant.

As they basked in the aftermath of their love, Antonio's gaze wandered over Bella's exposed body. A moment of intimate adoration and curiosity unfolded between them as his eyes traced every contour and curve. A mischievous sparkle danced on his lips, producing a blush on Bella's cheeks.

"Come on, Antonio. We just..." Bella tried to protest, but her words were met with a teasing smile.

"I can't seem to get enough of you, and you know that," he playfully retorted.

"Just one more," Bella laughed, giving in to his childlike antics. The mischievous sparkle in Antonio's eyes intensified as he leaned in, capturing her lips in a sweet and tender kiss. Time seemed to cease existing as their connection deepened, enveloping them in a world where only their love mattered.

Antonio drew closer, their lips tangling in a passionate dance. The tenderness and softness of their kiss intensified, escalating the depth of their connection with each passing second. Wrapped in each other's arms, their tongues intertwined, expressing affection with every gentle caress.

Their passionate exchange released a flood of emotions that had been building within them. Antonio tenderly teased Bella's nipple with his lips, eliciting moans of delight that escaped from her throat. Her closed eyes could not hide the pleasure she surrendered to. Eagerly, she explored his sun-kissed, well-toned physique, running her hands over his back, tracing the contours of his body. The light dusting of hair added to his athleticism, guiding her hands to stimulate him as he responded eagerly to her touch.

Driven by shared desire, Bella guided Antonio between her legs, parting them slowly. A moan of anticipation revealed her deep yearning as he entered her, intensifying their connection and flooding them both with pleasure.

Antonio adjusted his movements, seeking the perfect angle to bring Bella even more satisfaction. She eagerly welcomed him, opening her legs wider and bending her knees to grant him deeper access.

Every stroke, every inch of him, brought Antonio immense pleasure as he relished the sensation of her velvety walls enveloping him, a testament to their passionate union.

In this moment of intimate connection, Antonio felt an overwhelming love for Bella, with an unbreakable bond forming with the woman who had captured his heart.

As he moved within her, his eyes met hers, witnessing the depths of their love reflecting back at him.

The next morning, Bella awoke alone in the opulent bedroom, a faint sense of sadness engulfing her. She understood that Antonio had responsibilities to attend to, and that their time together would be limited until he officially revealed their bond to the pack. Despite this knowledge, she resolved to cherish every moment they had together, relishing in the joy it brought her.

Just as she began to piece together her thoughts, the heavy door creaked open, and a group of guards stormed into the room, their faces contorted with anger and menace.

Confusion blanketed Bella's mind as she found herself met with accusing gazes, their chilling intensity focused solely on her. Gratefully, she had managed to put on some clothes before she went to sleep.

"I...I...What is happening?" Bella stuttered, her voice trembling with uncertainty.

"Enough with your pretenses, thief!" one of the guards yelled, his eyes blazing with a mixture of anger and hatred, fixated on her.

"Pretenses? Thief? I don't understand. Please, tell me what is going on," Bella pleaded, her brow furrowed in confusion. Panic coursed through her veins, fearing that she had somehow stumbled into trouble.

"As soon as you face the Alpha, you'll know," the second guard replied callously, forcefully grabbing her by the hair and pulling her half-naked body off the bed.

"Look at her, such a slut!" another guard sneered as his eyes roamed greedily over her trembling figure.

Helplessly, Bella was dragged out of the room, attempting to cover herself with the sheet, only to be yanked away by the guard, who proceeded to kick and punch her mercilessly, his blows landing on her abdomen, causing her to cry out in pain.

Tears blurred her vision as they continued to assault her, the kicks and punches raining down as they dragged her through the hallway. Finally, they arrived at the grand throne hall, where the Alpha and his family members awaited her presence.

"How dare you, Omega?!" The Alpha's piercing roar echoed in the room as he advanced towards her. "How dare you steal from me?"

Anika gasped audibly, shock etched across her face. "I always knew she wasn't content with what she had, but I never imagined she could stoop so low as to steal the blue jade," she whispered, her voice laced with disbelief.

Frozen, Bella stood in the center of the room, disbelief and fear warring within her as she listened to the accusations being thrown at her. Accused of stealing the king's prized diamond, a jewel of immeasurable value, Bella felt panic pulsating through her veins, desperate for Antonio to step forward and vouch for her innocence.

Her eyes scanned the room, searching for his reassuring presence. But to her dismay, he averted his gaze, deliberately avoiding her pleading eyes. "Ma-" she desperately tried to call out, but before she could utter another word, her voice was silenced by a sharp command from one of the Alpha's guards.

"Shut up! How dare you speak while the Alpha is still addressing you?"

"I... I didn't do this. I swear I can prove my innocence," Bella sobbed, desperation shrouding her voice. Her eyes desperately sought Antonio, silently begging for his confirmation of her truth. "Please," she whispered, a glimmer of hope seeping through.

But Antonio's silence wounded her to the core. She turned her attention back to the Alpha, hoping to convince him. "I am innocent. I swear, I was nowhere near the room," she pleaded, her voice trembling with desperation.

Her pleas fell on deaf ears as the Alpha angrily motioned to his guards. "Take her to the cells and make sure she is dealt with."

The gravity of the situation hit Bella like a tidal wave, and she was consumed by a sense of helplessness as she was forcefully dragged away. Tears streamed down her face as she cried out, hoping against hope that somehow Antonio would find a way to prove her innocence. That he would stand up for her.

Six years ago, I was a naive girl sold by my father to the powerful Sanders estate, only to be tossed onto the streets after a brutal assault they labeled "marital infidelity." I fled the country pregnant and broken, hiding from the shadow of a husband I had never even met. Now, I’ve returned to New York with my triplets to sign the final divorce papers and disappear forever. But Archibald Sanders—the man I was told was a crippled recluse—intercepted us with the cold precision of a predator. He didn't see the woman his family destroyed; he saw a gold-digger who had shamed his name. His security team hunted us to a grimy motel, using tactical force to snatch my children away and drag me to his glass-walled empire. In his office, he loomed over me, demanding a DNA test and threatening to throw me in prison while my babies were lost to the foster system. He was convinced I’d cheated, yet he stared at my sons with a haunting confusion, unable to ignore the stormy blue eyes that were a perfect mirror of his own. I stood there, paralyzed by his scent—the sharp tang of rain and expensive leather that triggered the icy dread of my worst nightmares. How could he accuse me of betrayal when he felt exactly like the monster who had shattered my life in that dark hotel room? "I'll sign anything," I sobbed, "just give me my kids." But the game changed when my five-year-old son hacked the tower’s security, holding the skyscraper hostage to save me. In the chaos, a fragile, silent boy—Archibald’s secret son—wandered into the room and reached for me as if I were his missing soul. Archibald’s face turned to stone as he tore up the agreement and locked the doors. "Until I find out why my son is looking at you like that," he growled, "you aren't going anywhere."

I sat on the edge of the examination table, the crinkle of the sanitary paper sounding like thunder in the sterile room. The doctor didn't even look at me as he confirmed the news: the pregnancy was over. My husband, Keyon, didn't answer my call. He just sent an automated text: "In a meeting." When I returned to our cold mansion, I found his iPad glowing with a message from his "muse," Katina. He was throwing her a secret gala tonight-on our third wedding anniversary. He told her he couldn't wait to escape the "boring" and "draining" atmosphere I created at home. Keyon didn't stumble in until 3 AM, smelling of Katina's perfume with a smear of red on his collar. When I handed him the divorce papers, he laughed in my face. He called me a "glorified housekeeper" with no skills and no future, promising I'd be back in three days begging for a subway ticket. He even bet his friends ten thousand dollars that I wouldn't survive a week without his name. He had his assistant cancel my credit cards and block my gate access before I even reached the end of the driveway. He wanted me to starve. He wanted me to crawl. He sat in his office, mocking the "desperate" woman who pawned her three-million-dollar wedding ring for scrap metal just to pay for a meal. I stood on the rainy curb, watching the man I had protected for three years treat my life like trash. He didn't know about the ultrasound I just threw in the bin. He didn't know that while he was calling me "dull," I was the one secretly writing the code that kept his billion-dollar empire from collapsing. As I slid into a cheap Uber, I opened a hidden, encrypted app on my phone. The screen refreshed to a dashboard for an account Keyon didn't know existed. The balance was ten figures long-the accumulated wealth of "Solaris," the world's most elusive tech genius. Keyon thinks he just evicted a parasite, but he's about to find out he just declared war on the only person who can hit "delete" on his entire life.

I went to the City Clerk’s office for a routine copy of my marriage license to finalize a trust fund audit. I expected a simple piece of paper, but the clerk’s pitying look told me my entire life was a lie. "The license was never finalized, Ms. Oliver. In the eyes of the state, you are single." The three-hundred-guest wedding at the Plaza and the Vogue features meant nothing. My husband, Gray Cooley, had intentionally filed the documents with a "procedural defect" so he could discard me without a legal divorce. Moments later, an iCloud invite titled "Our Little Secret" popped up on my screen. It was a photo of my best friend, Brylee, holding a positive pregnancy test at our Hamptons estate. Gray’s text to her was the final blow: "Happy anniversary, babe. This baby is the best gift. Once the trust unlocks today, we’re done with the charade." I soon discovered they were even stealing my career, reassigning my architectural masterpiece to Brylee while preparing my eviction notice. Gray's mother called me a "barren mule" in a leaked recording, mocking the infertility I suffered after saving Gray’s life in a construction accident. I wasn't a wife; I was a three-year placeholder used to secure his inheritance. How could the man I bled for treat me like a disposable prop? How could my best friend carry his child while pretending to comfort me through my darkest moments? The betrayal burned until it turned into a cold, hard stone of fury. I didn't cry. Instead, I walked into the penthouse of the Barretts, the Cooleys' most powerful rivals. I signed a marriage contract with Kane Barrett, the man the tabloids called the "Beast of Wall Street." "I want a wedding," I told his father, my voice steady and lethal. "Bigger than the one I had with Gray." If they wanted me gone, they would have to watch me become the woman who owns their world.

The sterile white of the operating room blurred, then sharpened, as Skye Sterling felt the cold clawing its way up her body. The heart monitor flatlined, a steady, high-pitched whine announcing her end. Her uterus had been removed, a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, but the blood wouldn't clot. It just kept flowing, warm and sticky, pooling beneath her. Through heavy eyes, she saw a trembling nurse holding a phone on speaker. "Mr. Kensington," the nurse's voice cracked, "your wife... she's critical." A pause, then a sweet, poisonous giggle. Seraphina Miller. "Liam is in the shower," Seraphina's voice purred. "Stop calling, Skye. It's pathetic. Faking a medical emergency on our anniversary? Even for you, that's low." Then, Liam's bored voice: "If she dies, call the funeral home. I have a meeting in the morning." Click. The line went dead. A second later, so did Skye. The darkness that followed was absolute, suffocating, a black ocean crushing her lungs. She screamed into the void, a silent, agonizing wail of regret for loving a man who saw her as a nuisance, for dying without ever truly living. Until she died, she didn't understand. Why was her life so tragically wasted? Why did her husband, the man she loved, abandon her so cruelly? The injustice of it all burned hotter than the fever in her body. Then, the air rushed back in. Skye gasped, her body convulsing violently on the mattress. Her eyes flew open, wide and terrified, staring blindly into the darkness. Her trembling hand reached for her phone. May 12th. Five years ago. She was back.

Being second best is practically in my DNA. My sister got the love, the attention, the spotlight. And now, even her damn fiancé. Technically, Rhys Granger was my fiancé now-billionaire, devastatingly hot, and a walking Wall Street wet dream. My parents shoved me into the engagement after Catherine disappeared, and honestly? I didn't mind. I'd crushed on Rhys for years. This was my chance, right? My turn to be the chosen one? Wrong. One night, he slapped me. Over a mug. A stupid, chipped, ugly mug my sister gave him years ago. That's when it hit me-he didn't love me. He didn't even see me. I was just a warm-bodied placeholder for the woman he actually wanted. And apparently, I wasn't even worth as much as a glorified coffee cup. So I slapped him right back, dumped his ass, and prepared for disaster-my parents losing their minds, Rhys throwing a billionaire tantrum, his terrifying family plotting my untimely demise. Obviously, I needed alcohol. A lot of alcohol. Enter him. Tall, dangerous, unfairly hot. The kind of man who makes you want to sin just by existing. I'd met him only once before, and that night, he just happened to be at the same bar as my drunk, self-pitying self. So I did the only logical thing: I dragged him into a hotel room and ripped off his clothes. It was reckless. It was stupid. It was completely ill-advised. But it was also: Best. Sex. Of. My. Life. And, as it turned out, the best decision I'd ever made. Because my one-night stand isn't just some random guy. He's richer than Rhys, more powerful than my entire family, and definitely more dangerous than I should be playing with. And now, he's not letting me go.
