PROLOGUE

Train closed his eyes STRONGLY while talking to his mother on the phone. He was speaking so fast that the only words he could understand were 'marriage', 'Krisz' and 'soon'. even though that was all he heard in his mommy's very long speech, he already knew what she was saying.

His family wanted him to marry the heiress of Romero's chains of Hospitals. he knows that his father has long wanted him to have the Romero's Chains of Hospitals in his hands and that the Romeros also want to enter Wolkzbin Industries. And what every family wants will only happen when they marry the only child of Mr. Kalem Romero is Krisz Romero. that damn girl who followed him.

after he locked the penthouse door, he was about to walk towards the elevator when someone spoke behind him.

"I caught you too." That woman's voice.

"What do you need?" he asked while still turning away.

"I'm here to talk to you about our wedding. I want it soon-"

"Aren't you ashamed of yourself?" He faced the woman and was stunned to see her very beautiful and gentle eyes. but he did not affect the attraction he felt for the girl. He hardened his heart and released the monster that only appeared when he had a business meeting.

At the moment, as he looked at Krisz Romero's beautiful face, he's cold and heartless. he forced himself not to feel anything.

Until the elevator closed, he just looked at it.

"I hope he doesn't bother me anymore." He said to himself and waited for the elevator to open again.

Krisz's mood was filled with anger when he entered their mansion. He immediately went straight to his father's office which was just inside their house.

"Krisz, you okay, baby?" immediately his father came to him and hugged him. "What happened?"

"T-Train Wolkzbin happened." The tears that she had suppressed earlier when that man insulted her started to flow.

"I told you, don't chase him. It looks like he's not ready to get married yet. you are really young. You're only twenty one my dear."

He sniffed. "But dad, I'm doing this for the future of our Hospitals. We need the Wolkzbin if we want to enter America and Europe. We need them to grow our company."

His father smiled at him. "Thank you, my dear. But you're still young, I don't want you to be a problem with the company. Just focus on becoming a Doctor. I know that's been your dream since then."

He dried his cheeks and nodded. "It's okay, Daddy."

he walked towards the door and was about to leave when he heard his father speak.

"Can I bet you won't chase after Train Wolkzbin?" That's his father.

She nodded. "Not really. He has a bad attitude."

His father chuckled. "Good. Now, rest. You still have school tomorrow."

he nodded and left his father's office. The truth is, he still wanted to chase that heartless man for the betterment of their company. He knows how hard his father is working to grow their company that his grandfather and grandmother left behind. he knew how much he wanted the Wolkzbins to become family members to help them expand their company even further but it didn't seem like that was going to happen.

His father was right. He should focus himself on becoming a Doctor. men like Train Wolkzbin should be forgotten and pray to the Lord that Satan will take it!

ONE MONTH had passed and his mother no longer teased him about marriage. That's why he called her to ask.

"Mom, about the wedding-"

"There's no wedding my son." His mother spoke on the other line. "Mr. Romero has backed out of the wedding. So there will be no wedding." After saying that, he hung up on her.

He stared at the cell phone screen. Is the wedding off? why does he seem to regret that that girl with a beautiful face and gentle eyes will not tease him anymore?

He shook his head to clear the confusion from his brain. He should be happy. He should be happy. but even though he knows that he is happy that the wedding is off, he can still feel a slight disappointment that the wedding is off.

Why the hell am I feeling disappointed? Fuck it!

CHAPTER 1

Train sat down in the visitor's chair outside the ICU with a sad head. His father was rushed to the hospital because he had a heart attack. He told her not to work because she is quite old but she didn't listen to him, as usual.

his father wanted to widen the coverage of Wolkzbin Enterprise. That's what he's been doing since he took over. He put branches in every known country in the world and so far, the feedback in each branches is so good.

the Wolkzbin enterprise was built by his great-great-great grandfather. It all started when the liquor Vodka was discovered. Wolkzbin Enterprises was one of the first Vodka manufacturers. At first, Vodka was only released in Russia but soon, it was distributed to different countries. That's where Wolkzbin Enterprise started. That grew and grew along with the popularity of the drink.

The Wolkzbin Enterprise was passed on to every first male in the family. and in his generation, he was the only child and a boy. So the responsibility rests on his shoulders to grow it even more.

"Your Daddy will be fine too." That was the voice of his mother who was sitting next to him.

Her mother always spoke Tagalog when it was just the two of them. it wants him to be fluent in Tagalog. He already is.

"He suffered a heart attack, mom." He said in a low voice. "What will happen to him now? I can't lose Daddy. I still have a lot to learn from him. I can't lose him yet. He's not listening." he said annoyed.

"Son, your Daddy will be fine too." His mother spoke as if she was convincing herself more than him.

As he looked at his mother, he could see love in her eyes as she gazed at his father. Until now, the two are still in love with each other. a love like that is so hard to find. Not that he's planning to. Marriage is not on his mind right now.

Speaking of which, how is Krisz Romero doing now? She was the last woman who offered him marriage. It has been eight years since he last saw her. Eight years had passed. since then, he has avoided women. He is not the 'happy ever after kind of guy', he is just 'once upon a time'. He doesn't do relationships. He's too busy to bother with women. His mother sighed. "Son, your father is a Doctor. He likes what he worked for. when he does that, half of the Chains of Hospitals of the Romeros will belong to your father. That's the agreement between you and Kalem." He let out a deep breath. "This wouldn't have happened if you married Krisz Romero."

Not this again!

He stood up. "I'm just in the cafeteria, mommy." He doesn't want to argue with his mother.

When he got to the Hospital cafeteria, he ordered two cups of brewed coffee. He is planning to drink two cups of brewed coffee to wake him up. he still has to go to the office because he has a board meeting today.

While sipping coffee, he looked at his wristwatch. It's already four A.M. in the morning. That means afternoons today in the Philippines.

He took the cell phone and called Zapanta. the crazy is out of coverage. He called Lander next. A voice mail message answered him.

This is the most handsome man on earth, Lander Storm. If you hear this, it means I'm busy having sex. Chao In English, bye. The line died.

He shook his head and called Vergara. thankfully, he answered on the first ring.

"I'm bored, Wolkzbin." He answered the call.

He rolled his eyes. "What do you want, I sing to you?"

"Can you? I'll do the tune, you'll do the lyrics. Go! Tanananananan-"

"Stupid." The irritation he feels has lessened a bit. "I have a problem."

Vergara chuckled. "Like you, there are only two problems. Either it's a woman or family. Which of the two?"

He leaned back in the chair. "Both."

"You are in dire danger, my friend." Ani laughing. "What are you going to do now?"

"Suicide." He said dryly.

"You want me to give you a chain. Hang me. Your death is dramatic and thrilling." This is the answer.

He rolled his eyes. "You're useless to talk to."

"Mr. Wolkzbin, I beg to disagree. Don't you know that according to Business Magazine I am worth a billion?"

train rolled his eyes again. "And I am worth a trillion." He said in a bored voice. "Because of that magazine, it will kidnap us."

Vergara laughed. "Because of that magazine, more and more women chased me."

He shook his head. "And you took advantage?"

vergara's voice becomes somber. "Nah. I'm getting bored with women too. I just want to find that woman and settle down."

He whistled at what he said. "What did you do to real Iuhence Vergara?"

The person on the other line laughed. "Gago. Wait, what are you going to do about your problem now?"

"I need to talk to my father first. And then-"

"Train! Your father!" It was his mother's voice that made him panic.

"I got to go." He didn't wait for the person on the other line to answer. He immediately hung up.

He quickly ran to the ICU. His eyes narrowed in anger when he saw his father trying to stand up. Not only that, it removes the tubes and other things attached to its body.

"Dad! What the hell are you doing?!" He shouted and was stopped by his father.

"Fix him up!" Train shouted at the nurses then he left the ICU.

"Mr. wolkzbin is in the hospital. He had a heart attack." His father's voice was sad.

Maybe old Wolkzbin had a heart attack. Young Wolkzbin can't get sick. He is planning something. It took a long time to return to the Philippines. his news is that he has not returned to the Philippines for two years. The minute his feet touched the Philippine soil, she will seek him again. "Hey, how's it going?" He shouted as he entered the garage.

"Train!" A wide smile drew on Lander's lips when he saw her and patted her arm. "Damn, man! You didn't come home here in the Philippines for two years. how are you?"

"I'm fine and what happened while I was gone for two years?" Train smiled. "Anyway, where's my baby?"

Lander smiled and shook his head and pointed to the hooded vehicle. "There's your baby. As promised, it is well taken care of."

Train grinned. "Thanks man."

he walked to his car and accepted the cover. He whistled when he saw his beloved Cadillac. It looks good as new. "Nice. It doesn't look like it's been two years."

Lander stood next to him and looked at his car. "Car wash once a week and drive it sometimes, just around the race track."

"Thanks bud." He said.

Lander both turned around when a car stopped behind them. The door of Porsche opened and Lath Coleman steps out of the car. he said it was Lath and not his twin Lash because the young man in the sunglasses was a fan and got out of the car wearing sunglasses.

A Dodge Viper stopped just behind Lath's car and his twin Lash got out. Or was it Lath? because the man is also wearing sunglasses.

The two grinned when they saw him.

"Who's who?" He asked immediately as the two approached him.

"Holy hell, bud." He and Lath-at least he thinks it's Lath-shake hands. "How are you? By the way, I'm Lath the handsome."

Thank god, it introduced itself.

when he and Lath parted their hands, Lash shook his hand.

"Hi. How are you? I'm Lash the gorgeous." Said Lash with no emotion on his face.

"I'm good." He answered and smiled. "You? Still racing I see."

Lath shrugged. "We're bored."

"Of course." He said dryly. "You should be in your cruise ship, working."

Lath rolled his eyes. "Yeah, right. Our cruise ship can travel without us. I guess we're not holding the engine of our cruise ship."

"I don't know about you twins." He said shaking his head. "Anyway, let's catch up later. I still have somewhere to go."

"Cool, bud. Bye." The twins said together.

"Wherever you go, good luck." Lath's language. "Looks like you're going somewhere important." He pointed to his Cadillac. "Even your car is in good shape."

A teasing smile tugged at Lash's lips. "Aha! You're going to cheat, aren't you?"

Train rolled his eyes. "I'm leaving." He patted Lander on the shoulder before getting into his Cadillac and driving it to the Romeros' house.

After more than twenty minutes, he arrived at their house. he knows the house of the Romeros because he has been here once when Mr. Kalem Romero and invited him eight years ago.

The gate was opened. They are satisfied that there are no thieves because almost every corner has a security guard. the Subdivision where this house is located is really tight on security.

He took a deep breath before ringing the doorbell. After a minute, the door opened and a woman wearing a Doctor's robe and a stethoscope around her neck steps out of the house. her hazel eyes were tantalizing and beguiling. Her nose is straight and pointed. Her lips were thin, sultry and kissable. Her hair is a mixture of black and brown. She stood five seven in height and she's sexy as hell. She is Aphrodite and Helen of Troy personified. this woman possesses a dangerous beauty that renders his ability to speak.
