Narrator Pov

Aurora, came out of her room all dressed up to leave for her mini job, her grandmother was seated on the wooden chair taking a nap.

"Grandma, am leaving, please look after yourself till I get back". She said.

" Sure, try and be careful," She said and blessed her.

"Thank you, Grandma". She kissed her forehead and rushed out to where her tricycle was leaning on the big tree in front of the building she hopped on it and rode it off.

Aurora rode on the tricycle to deliver packages to people's houses every weekend and the rest days were for going to people's houses and offices for cleaning along with her teammate.

She arrived at the first house and delivered her package to her and she was given a tip.

" That's for you". She said smiling at her.

"Thank you, am grateful". Aurora said thankfully.

" You are welcome".

"I will be on my way now".

"OK, have a blessed day".

" And you too". Aurora said as she hopped on her tricycle and rode off.

Many hours later, it was getting late, Aurora was riding so fast on her tricycle, that she was overwhelmed with joy by the many tips she got from her customers day, although some were mean and flirtatious, but, she didn't let that wear her down because she was used to it already. She continued driving on the road enjoying the cool breeze, suddenly, a car light flashed in her eyes, and she lost control of her ride and there was a clash.

••AURORA POV••

I was lucky enough not to be hit by a car, whose driver in his or her right sense would drive carelessly on the road like that, I stood up and moved to where my tricycle was laying in front of the car.

"Are you blind?".

A deep muscular voice interrupted me, there was so much anger in the voice, that I raised my face to see an astonished gorgeous man In his expensive suit and it suited him so well and it doubled his handsomes. The man was tall, he had silver eyes as the light from the street reflected on him and I could take a proper view of him, his eyes were staring deadly at me, and he had a well-pointed nose and well-defined jaw that added his powerful look and his hair were brownish gold color.

" Cat got your tongue and please close your mouth".

He interrupted me again, I hurriedly went back to my senses. I didn't even know I was drooling and salivating over his cuteness and his domineering aura seemed to scream command, I wondered who he could be that his presence can make a woman wet between her legs

"Um".I manage to say as I stand up facing him while holding my tricycle.

" You scratched my car, did you drink? or has the night suddenly clouded your eyes so that you can not see". He said rudely.

"That was rude!". I blurted. " You were the one driving recklessly and you almost hit me, you should be apologizing and not shifting blame".

"I should apologize for wrecking my car, do you know who you are messing with?". He retort

I scoffed."like I care, you are being annoyed, Just because you are rich and own expensive cars doesn't mean you can speak rudely to me, I didn't wreck your car, you crush on me, and you should be apologizing". I turn to leave but he grabs my hand quickly."let go of me". I struggled.

"How dare you speak to me like that!". he yelled staring hard at me.

" Let go of me". I struggled and stumbled on his feet, he groaned in pain and freed my hand."Serve you right". I quickly hopped on my tricycle and rode off before he could get through to me again.

"I will get on this". he yelled

That was the last word I heard from him before I disappeared from his sight. Some minutes later I was home, Grandma was worried about the late arrival.

" Am sorry granny, it was a busy day".

"But I was worried, I thought something bad had happened to you". She said sadly.

"Am sorry for making you worried, I promise it won't happen again". I apologize and embrace her on the chair she sitting on."I will hurry and make us dinner,".

" I already prepared dinner".

"You did? But granny! Didn't I tell you to stop stressing yourself about touching anything in this house, what if you fall sick again?".

" But I am fine now".She said

"Please Grandma, don't, I will do it myself, I don't want you to stress yourself now that you are recovering". I said and Grandma nodded her head in agreement." Good, let me dish the food".

"Okay, how was work today?"

"Great, granny, I got a lot of tips from my customers today". I smile.

"That's good dear, keep it up".

" Thank you, Granny". I left for the kitchen to eat our dinner.

ALEXANDER POV

After my encounter with that girl last night, I couldn't help but get angry for what she did to me, how dare she talk back at me, does she know who I am? I promise I will get her on this. I came to the club to ease my anger with some drinks and some girls, I was seated in the usual VIP section with ladies dancing seductively towards me, I kept drinking as the memory of that night kept ringing in my head, I couldn't get a proper view of her figure but with her sweet angelic voice and her face, her eyes are almond-shaped and blue, with dark eyelashes, and it spark brighter like a morning star, she has a wide, round face with a pointed chin gave a better epic of beauty, her nose is short and a little turned up at the end. She has thick, naturally curly hair that hangs a little bit below her shoulders. It's dark brown with a few caramel-colored highlights. her heart-shaped pink lips were inviting. I can't help but want to hear that voice again. I was still lost in thought when someone interrupted me.

"Alexander the ladies man". The voice teased and I raised my face to see who it was, my one and only annoying best friend, Richard.

Richard and I have been best of friends since childhood, we do things together and we never hide secrets from each other, his father owns the biggest business ventures in the city, and is the first son among his three siblings, his father made him the CEO of his company, he had been doing perfectly okay with the company which made his family proud of him. But sometimes he annoys me, but what can I do, he has always been like that.

" What are you doing here Richard?".I asked after I dismissed the ladies.

"Come on bro, you are not the only one having fun " He poured himself some drink." So, what's eating you up? You look moody tonight, did someone upset you?".He asked.

"I". I pause my words as I notice a familiar face walk to where the barman was attending to some customer and she landed a kiss on his cheek as they kept smiling lovingly at each other.

" What are you staring at?".Richard asked.

I ignored him as my gaze was still on the girl I had an encounter with last night, I suddenly got a better view of her body. She was of average height with a perfectly curved body. She was wearing a bright red, knee-length summer dress, and blue canvas shoes, despite being in that outfit her beauty was out of the world, I couldn't help but suddenly felt drawn to her, "f*ck! I need to get hold of that body. Suddenly, I felt a hit on my head.

" Ouch! What the hell man!". I yelled at him and he scoffed.

"Get your head straight up and stop drooling over a girl that's not your type". He said and I rolled my eyes at him angrily.

It occurred to me that he had been observing me all this while.

" What are you talking about? You think I can't get her?".

"Not every girl you can get to their pants, you see that girl you are drooling over, she is taken and that barman happens to be her boyfriend". he said.

I scoffed." And so, with money, I can get her". I boosted as I took a sip from my drink.

"You think so?". he chuckled." listen, I was once attracted to her, but then I found out she and that guy had been dating for four years now and they love each other so much that nothing can separate them".

"I". I paused my words as heard two advanced men from the other VIP section talking about the same girl

👴" That girl looks hot and tempting, I need her for a night, look at the way she swings her body"

🧔"Indeed she is, I also like her, but since you got eyes on her first, we can both share her for a night".

👴"Hmm, that's quite interesting, I will love that, but I think that Barman is her boyfriend".

🧔"And so, we can pay him a huge amount of money that will change his life and he will have no choice but to accept". They laughed evilly.

👴"Let's take our chances then, I can't wait to get my hands on that body".

One of them sends one of their guards to send for the barman, not too long after, the barman comes over and they offer him a sit.

"Charles". he replied.

🧔" Nice name, can I ask you a question?"

"Yes sir, is there a problem?".

👴" No, not at all, in short, we are going to make you a millionaire for being such a hard-working boy".

"Really?". he asked excitedly.

🧔" Yes, we will give you a million dollars if only you agree to what we want ".

" Yes sir, I will do anything you want me to do, I have always wanted to live a rich life and to get my story changed, thank heavens, you two came".

👴"Sure, but first of all the question we want to ask you is; who was that girl with you earlier?".

"Oh, that's my girlfriend, she came to see me".

Charles was shocked as he adjusted himself well on the sofa.

👴" In exchange for the money".

"What? I can't do that?".

👴" Why not Charles, we know she is your girlfriend but think about what a million dollars can do for you".

🧔"Exactly! She can also get access to the money without her knowing how".

"I can't do that sir, she is my girlfriend and I don't want to betray our love for each other".

👴 " You don't need to tell her, we can give you something to add to her drink and she won't remember what happened to her the next day".

Charles was deep in thought pondering on whether to agree to it or not.

🧔"Think about the money Charles"

"Promise me you won't hurt her?".

👴🧔" We promise ".

" Okay, I will do it, but can I get half of the payment first?".

👴🧔"Sure"

They brought a bundle of dollars and gave it to him, he was pleased as he placed the money in his pocket.

👴"You will get the remaining one once the job is done, here are our cards and the drugs to add to her drink".

I sighed after listening to their evil conversation.

"Well, serve her right, she is getting the taste of her own medicine for insulting me, Karma they say always has its way". I smirk and notice Richard's confused gaze on me." What?".

"Alex! Are you going crazy? Why are you talking to yourself? Do you want me to take you to the hospital so they can run a brain scan on you". He said and I stared hard at him, then he burst into laughter.

" Moron". I take another sip from my drink as I catch sight of the guy talking to the girl.

"How many women are you taking out tonight?". Richard interrupted.

" Two, including your sister".I frowned at him and he laughed.

"You are so funny". He continued laughing and I ignored him while sipping from my drink.

AURORA POV

I wondered why my boyfriend was taking so long attending to the people who sent for him, after a while he came back wearing a sweet smile on his face and he apologized for keeping me waiting, I tried asking him why the smiling faces, but he replied that it's a surprise. An hour later, I was still waiting for him to round up from his work so we could both go home together, the bar was fewer with few people as he began to close up.

" I am sorry for keeping you waiting". Charles apologized and I smiled faintly at him.

"it's okay babe, I totally understand". I replied smiling at him.

" Sure, hold on let me get you something to drink to why away time". He said and I smiled at him.

"Okay, but let me use the restroom". I stood up to leave.

"Okay love, don't take too long".

" I won't ".I left for the restroom, and after using the toilet for a while, I came out to dress my hair in front of the mirror, and then I went back to the bar to see Charles had already served my drink on the table." Thanks babe". I took a sip from the drink and he smiled at me and continued his work.

I couldn't help but find myself staring lovingly at him. Charles and I have known each other for four years now and we love each other so much, he has always been a helping hand to me and my grandmother and, he has always been the perfect man for me, I have prayed and wished things turn out for good for the both of us and to make our relationship stronger.

After a while, I started yawning and feeling dizzy.

"Love, are you okay?". Charles asked and I nodded.

" I guess so".

"Are you sure?".

" I am feeling sleepy".

"How about I take you to one of the rooms to take a nap before I round up everything here".

" Okay, no problem".

He took me to one of the rooms and lay me down gently on the bed, not too long after I slept off.
