PROLOGUE: "Ha?" I confusedly asked. Ansabe ni mister doctor? "C-come again? I'm what... now? " "Pregnant Lady Ca-" "Pregnant!?! I!? How!? " I shouted at him. He raised my eyebrows and stared at me like some sort of a weirdo. "By having an int*rc*urse of course Lady Candace." I stared at him, wow Mister Doctor I wasn't in the mood to joke here? How I'm pregnant!? I'm not even from here! Literally I'm not here, I'm from Planet Earth! E-a-R-T-H Earth! From Philippines, Cebu City! I was drinking with some friends because of a celebration... But, I got drunk and I didn't know what had happened. When I opened my eyes, my environment was different. I woke up on some sort of small house and then when I came out I was dressed fancily. Their set-up first but fantasy themed? The peg is just like fantasy books. That's it! I don't really know what's going on- maybe I'm just prank but not really. The way they talk is weird eh it's not that good to talk to my friends. So I'm convinced that I'm not prank and I wake up in another world. That's probably possible, I was listening to lessons and still watching the iskai anime. (Our character here is fast to believe in magic so he quickly adapt what is happening. Q.A.M) Then read reincarnations stories Map-Manwha or manga either. Maybe I was a DS when I was drinking too much? I know that's not just my problem. My hair is also different, I still have the same face and all but- I don't have a frost blue hair! K-K-T-I have a life of my life when he saw that I was dying. What is my eyes!? I don't even contact lenses ah!? I didn't even know what was going on and I found out that I was pregnant too?! I know the kid is from J-GJ-gan but duh!? I'm a v*rgin! Wanhandredpersent po! Not a man moved my flower! My beautiful flower is well protected by me! But anyareeee?! Suddenly I found out I was pregnant!? Then I didn't even know the father of the kid juskooo- forgive me father for I have s-nned really. Mamang will slap me left and right when he heard it! I haven't even graduated from a college bag that I have been in a hurry. Huhu. What if I suddenly got pregnant? What's that magic? But magic exists here- because eehh! I don't really have that process that is happening to me. I was still adjusting to it because I was just fine when I found out I was pregnant without knowing who the father was. I mean- I have no memories whatsoever. Not really! As in none! Nothing! Is this how to wake up in another world? I have read fantasy books, why aren't my scenes with them the same? They woke up bag they remembered their past self chuchu. Why am I not? Does this body have amnesia? This may not be my body even though we are the same face. What the H-CK is happening? Not only I have no memories eh I suddenly got pregnant. I was bitten by a lip, so if I could reincarnate in another world I should also have memories to catch up on the events. But not really, I'm not blessed. I had a headache at the same time looking at my stomach, whatever. I'm gonna take care of this child. I, Candace Dulce will be raising this baby! With or without someone! Well, I'm a strong independent woman!

Chapter 1 Got Thrown in an Unknown World

Got thrown in an unknown world

While I was sleeping as good as I was sleeping, my friends suddenly woke me up*w. I was immediately surprised that the door was so powerful.

Busssh*t really in society. I lazily got up my bed and walked to the door, I was still half-bee so I was super long to get to the door.

I was also upset by the loud knock of the br-ha. "That's it! If you want to destroy the door eh! You're still embarrassed! " annoyed that I shouted at them once tomorrow- "what-

"Lady Candace, you haven't paid this house yet. You really need to pay up or we'll call head townsfolk to get you out. " My eyes widened at what I saw-

"H-ha?" I was surprised that I was not a friend of the knock. Guess who is this? "Are you in prank?" An old lady with a young lady I don't know is in front of me right now. They also wore a dress which really surprised me.

What is my friends' trip again? Do I think we're at the hotel, why is it ... the surroundings change?

"What are you talking about Lady? You have to pay. " I got a headache then somehow, I saw a ring in my finger.

D-P-K? I don't have this ah? It looks expensive because it's made of gold with red gem. I took it and showed them that since they were still a little older about me the house was paid.

Eh I didn't know anything about what they were saying so I nodded. I'm also floating now so I'm not in the mood.

"Is that okay?" Do they accept this? I have no money yet. It looks like it's expensive to get a ring to ehh.

If my friend gives it to me, I'll pay him someday. I'm poor, so I know how to pay off debt.

They took it and looked at it carefully. "Oh yes! Super lady! Your wealth is intense. " The girl's happy answer.

The old man nodded too. "You also didn't go out for a week. If you need help, we're here. " The old man agreed.

I really don't have anything to say about what they say. So they left and I went back to bed. I don't know what my friends are doing but I'm still sleepy.

Later I will hurt them. When I was about to close my eyes I shook my hair... huh? The H-CK? I was about to stare at my hair more when I realized the surroundings...

Wait- this is not me? I quickly lost my attention to my hair.

I got up at the same time. A log house? What? Weird- I know my friend is rich but I'm sure they don't own this kind of house.

This is a huge size and the theme is really weird. Almost everyone made of wood, the chairs, the kitchen... the house was like an ancient but aesthetic look.

I'm not discriminating wood houses but vibes are different, just aesthetic vibes. I have read many Manwhas and Mangas and this is how they setup.

I went to look for a mirror but before I could find what I was supposed to look for. I saw a box full of jewelries and not just that-

There are also make up but super aesthetic look. The lipsticks, the powders... maybe my friends just trip this? I know, I'm not judgmental.

When I opened a closet I was surprised at the amount of dresses that were there. It's not that nice normal dress- it seems like the dresses are here. Then super puffy in his sleeves.

It was colorful... and yeah he hurts the eye. Not really my type of outfit, for as good as it is. I got a headache and continued to find a mirror.

I checked the comfort room and found a large one! When I looked in the mirror I almost wanted to cry in panic. "Hollyy sh ---- T!? WHAT IS THIS!?"

I was so shocked that my face was like not mine because of the many foundation and make up. Did I mention super thickness and P-nope look?!

I look like K-ll-R clown from horror movies. Sheeetaaaa is so bad that their trip?! It's not fun. I washed my faced and removed the horrible make up on my face.

I had almost an hour in the bathroom because it was super hard to get rid of. Like waterproof amps. Then it was my face when I talked to the old man. "I just miss the m*n*tay."

I'm so happy with anger. After my misery I had a lot of pain in my face. I stared at my hair in frost blue.

Grabe naaa! What's going on with me? Why is this my face and hair!? When my mom saw it, I definitely didn't have a home to go home.

But infairness ha, the beauty of hair coloring. She looks natural and does not seem to be stained by hairstylists.

I glanced out of the comfort room and decided to go out to find my friends. I'm really going to report them to- huh?

I rolled my eyes so I could assure what I saw. But no ... where am I? For some reason people here are wearing dresses.

Is there an event? Are they cosplay? That's what I saw earlier. What's up? Even though they are far away.

I can still see them clearly, because the house in the village I saw. "Oh Lady Candace! It's fine and you're out, is the house nice? "

I listened to call me ... it was an old guy and he somehow knows my name? She had a horse ... they used to call me a lady. "You haven't come out for a week, are you okay?"

"A-ah ... S-who are they?" I asked a question, he laughed. It's weird, I don't know them but they know me. I'm not that famous.

"What are you Lady, I helped you when you arrived in this village. You were weak and helpless so I started this house. Am I going to go ahead? " The old man said goodbye.

I was in a hurry to come in. What the H-CK is happening... I'm convinced that... my friends... are not here with me.

Eh kasi naman! The surroundings ... and what village!? This had me all confused but I forced myself to sink in what was happening to me.

First, I'm not here. They kept saying I have been in this house for a week but actually this is my first day at home.

Next, they were wearing dresses and suits. Which is weird because I've never seen this in Pinas! Hot and lots of judgmental in pinas what?

As you setup, you will be considered rich. But here it seems like they just have nothing. And lastly... my hair and face.

I'm Candace Dulce and you can call me candy! I'm 21 years old and is 3rd year college. I'm from Cebu City and I'm Pure Bisaya (Chour)

But I speak Tagalog because I'm studying in Manila. My hair should also be black and not frost blue. My eyes are ... is not this whitish color.

Did I somehow get into someone's body that I name? They call me Candace and Candace.

Did I get reincarnated into someone's body?

I was sitting in the Presidential Suite of The Pierre, wearing a Vera Wang gown worth more than most people earn in a decade. It was supposed to be the wedding of the century, the final move to merge two of Manhattan's most powerful empires. Then my phone buzzed. It was an Instagram Story from my fiancé, Jameson. He was at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris with a caption that read: "Fuck the chains. Chasing freedom." He hadn't just gotten cold feet; he had abandoned me at the altar to run across the world. My father didn't come in to comfort me. He burst through the door roaring about a lost acquisition deal, telling me the Holland Group would strip our family for parts if the ceremony didn't happen by noon. My stepmother wailed about us becoming the laughingstock of the Upper East Side. The Holland PR director even suggested I fake a "panic attack" to make myself look weak and sympathetic to save their stock price. Then Jameson’s sleazy cousin, Pierce, walked in with a lopsided grin, offering to "step in" and marry me just to get his hands on my assets. I looked at them and realized I wasn't a daughter or a bride to anyone in that room. I was a failed asset, a bouncing check, a girl whose own father told her to go to Paris and "beg" the man who had just publicly humiliated her. The girl who wanted to be loved died in that mirror. I realized that if I was going to be sold to save a merger, I was going to sell myself to the one who actually controlled the money. I marched past my parents and walked straight into the VIP holding room. I looked the most powerful man in the room—Jameson’s cold, ruthless uncle, Fletcher Holland—dead in the eye and threw the iPad on the table. "Jameson is gone," I said, my voice as hard as stone. "Marry me instead."

I was finally brought back to the billionaire Vance estate after years in the grimy foster system, but the luxury Lincoln felt more like a funeral procession. My biological family didn't welcome me with open arms; they looked at me like a stain on a silk shirt. They thought I was a "defective" mute with cognitive delays, a spare part to be traded away. Within hours of my arrival, my father decided to sell me to Julian Thorne, a bitter, paralyzed heir, just to secure a corporate merger. My sister Tiffany treated me like trash, whispering for me to "go back to the gutter" before pouring red wine over my dress in front of Manhattan's elite. When a drunk cousin tried to lay hands on me at the engagement gala, my grandmother didn't protect me-she raised her silver-topped cane to strike my face for "embarrassing the family." They called me a sacrificial lamb, laughing as they signed the prenuptial agreement that stripped me of my freedom. They had no idea I was E-11, the underground hacker-artist the world was obsessed with, or that I had already breached their private servers. I found the hidden medical records-blood types A, A, and B-a biological impossibility that proved my "parents" were harboring a scandal that could ruin them. Why bring me back just to discard me again? And why was Julian Thorne, the man supposedly bound to a wheelchair, secretly running miles at dawn on his private estate? Standing in the middle of the ballroom, I didn't plead for mercy. I used a text-to-speech app to broadcast a cold, synthetic threat: "I have the records, Richard. Do you want me to explain genetics to the press, or should we leave quietly?" With the "paralyzed" billionaire as my unexpected accomplice, I walked out of the Vance house and into a much more dangerous game.

The sterile white of the operating room blurred, then sharpened, as Skye Sterling felt the cold clawing its way up her body. The heart monitor flatlined, a steady, high-pitched whine announcing her end. Her uterus had been removed, a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, but the blood wouldn't clot. It just kept flowing, warm and sticky, pooling beneath her. Through heavy eyes, she saw a trembling nurse holding a phone on speaker. "Mr. Kensington," the nurse's voice cracked, "your wife... she's critical." A pause, then a sweet, poisonous giggle. Seraphina Miller. "Liam is in the shower," Seraphina's voice purred. "Stop calling, Skye. It's pathetic. Faking a medical emergency on our anniversary? Even for you, that's low." Then, Liam's bored voice: "If she dies, call the funeral home. I have a meeting in the morning." Click. The line went dead. A second later, so did Skye. The darkness that followed was absolute, suffocating, a black ocean crushing her lungs. She screamed into the void, a silent, agonizing wail of regret for loving a man who saw her as a nuisance, for dying without ever truly living. Until she died, she didn't understand. Why was her life so tragically wasted? Why did her husband, the man she loved, abandon her so cruelly? The injustice of it all burned hotter than the fever in her body. Then, the air rushed back in. Skye gasped, her body convulsing violently on the mattress. Her eyes flew open, wide and terrified, staring blindly into the darkness. Her trembling hand reached for her phone. May 12th. Five years ago. She was back.
