Tania is a young woman who works as a personal assistant in a large company. Her boss, Arman, is a handsome and wealthy man who has never been interested in getting married. However, his desire to have a child makes him take a controversial step. He offers Tania a deal: a large amount of money to become the mother of his child, without the bonds of marriage or love. Tania, who is facing financial difficulties, finally agrees to the offer. However, as time goes by, the situation becomes more complicated.

Chapter 1 Tania took a deep breath

Tania sat in front of her desk, her eyes staring blankly at the computer monitor. The piling work seemed to be a heavy burden on her shoulders. However, that was not what really bothered her mind. The shadow of the bills piling up at home, the increasingly expensive daily necessities, and her family's condition that needed medical costs, all weighed on her mind.

The door to the room opened suddenly, and the sound of firm footsteps filled the room. Tania was jolted from her reverie and immediately looked up. In the doorway, stood a figure she knew so well-Arman, her boss who was also the CEO of the company where she worked. His handsome face looked serious, and his eyes stared at Tania with an unusual intensity.

"Tania," Arman called in a deep baritone voice. "Follow me to my office. There's something we need to talk about."

Tania felt her heart pounding. Every time Arman spoke in such a serious tone, there was usually something important or-often-something unpleasant. She nodded slowly and got up from her chair, following Arman to his office located at the end of the corridor.

As they entered Arman's spacious and luxurious office, he closed the door slowly, as if to make sure no one heard their conversation. Tania stood awkwardly in the middle of the room, not knowing what to say. Arman walked to his desk and sat down in his black leather chair, then looked at Tania with an unreadable gaze.

"There's something I want to offer you, Tania," Arman finally said, his voice low and heavy.

Tania felt her heart beat faster. An offer? Her thoughts spun, trying to guess what her boss was going to say. However, she was completely unprepared for what she was about to hear.

"I want you to bear my child," Arman said calmly, without a hint of hesitation in his voice.

Tania was stunned. The words were like lightning striking in broad daylight. She stared at Arman with wide eyes, as if she couldn't believe what she had just heard.

"What... What do you mean, Mr. Arman?" she asked in a trembling voice, trying to make sure she had heard correctly.

"I want you to be the mother of my child, Tania," Arman repeated, his voice calm but firm. "But we will not get married. This is purely a professional agreement. I will pay you a very large amount of money to bear my child."

Tania felt her body tremble. What Arman said felt so absurd, but from the look in his eyes, she knew that Arman was serious. Her thoughts were in disarray, trying to make sense of this very strange situation.

"Why... why me, Sir?" Tania finally managed to get the words out, though with difficulty. "Why not someone else?"

Arman looked at Tania with an intensity that made her feel cornered. "Because I trust you, Tania. You are the right person for this. And I know you are facing financial problems. This deal will benefit both of us."

Tania fell silent. She knew that Arman was not just talking. The offer could indeed solve all her financial problems. But, could he really do this?

"This is not about love, Tania," Arman continued, as if reading her mind. "I just want a successor, without any marriage ties. I don't believe in love, but I want to have a child. And I choose you."

Arman's words confused Tania even more. She could feel that there was something more than just a financial offer behind this request. However, with all the difficulties she faced, her thoughts were clouded by her urgent need.

"The amount I will give you is large enough to change your life," Arman said as he leaned back in his chair, both hands placed on the table. "You can pay off all your debts, take care of your family, and live comfortably. After the child is born, you are free to leave or stay working here."

Tania felt a shiver run through her body. This offer was so tempting, but also full of risks. "And after I give birth to your child?" Tania asked softly, her voice barely audible.

"We will stay the same as we are now," Arman replied in a calm tone. "You will still have your freedom. I will not force you to do anything you do not want to do."

Tania was silent for a long time, contemplating everything Arman had said. She knew that her decision would change her life forever. But she also knew that an opportunity like this would not come twice. With a heavy sigh, Tania finally said, "Okay, I agree. But there is one condition..."

Arman raised his eyebrows, waiting for Tania's next sentence.

"I want... if I do this, you have to make sure that I and this child will always be safe and secure, no matter what happens," Tania said with a firmly.

Arman nodded slowly. "Of course, Tania. I will make sure that you and the child are always safe and secure. That is part of our agreement."

Tania took a deep breath, feeling her heart getting heavier. She knew, whatever would happen after this, there was no turning back. She had chosen her path, and had to face all the consequences.
