"Amy!"

I gasp at the mention of my name, sit upright and stare at the computer in confusion.

"Were you even listening to me?" He snorts and shakes his head in his usual manner that shows how pathetic he finds me but I always find it amusing.

"Yes, boss." I slur, blinking at him through heavily-lidded eyes.

He looks away, hating it when I try to act cute with him after making a mistake.

He clears his throat and turns back to me. "Do you have everything I dictated down?"

It takes determination to not react at that time because I have nothing down. I have nothing down. Truth is that I haven't been jotting but daydreaming instead.

His voice does that to me. I can't seem to focus anywhere near him and it's frustrating that he doesn't take note of anything except work. He is extremely shy and socially awkward that he doesn't recognize any of the lights I have been shining his way, despite how extremely green they are.

"What do you think of asides work?" He asks, exasperation tinging his voice.

I know he would have terminated my employment if he had the capacity to.

I let a smile spread across my face, slow and seductive, while keeping my gaze on his. I would rather show him what I'm thinking of rather than say it.

"You don't want to know."

He seems to know that I'm up to no good with my response as he clears his throat and moves farther an inch from my desk as if I have the flu.

"Let's go again."

Go? I imagine him going a mile per second, digging deep into my wet cunt with his hard and delicious rod. A moan slips out of my mouth unconsciously and my eyes round in horror as I realize what I have done.

His eyes also go round but not with horror but with annoyance. His eyebrows shoot up, his lips curling with unconcealed exasperation. "What is wrong with you?"

"You," I say without thinking.

"What?" He frowns.

I swallow and decide to go all in. I'm a good worker but I've been the opposite of myself since I met him. I don't think I'm going to last long in the job anyway so it's either I get him out of my system by fucking the hell out of him or get rejected for my brain to reset.

I decide to be bold. "You distract me, Aiden."

Amy and Aiden. I can't count the number of times I have smiled as I playfully joined our names together in my brain.

"What do you mean?"

I want to sigh in frustration that he doesn't get it. "I find you attractive. It's like my brain stops working anytime you are around."

There. I've said it. My heart bangs in my chest as I wait for the epic rejection that is about to come out of his mouth.

Silly me can't help not imagining as well. I wish he will pull me closer and ask why I haven't said anything sooner.

He stares at me for a while and blinks rapidly, as if he struggles to understand what I said. After a while, he clears his throat and runs his palm down his face.

"Is that why you've been messing up at work?" He asks, his eyes betraying nothing of what he now thinks of me.

Feeling encouraged that he hasn't told me to stop being ridiculous, I decide to push my luck one more time. "Because I will rather mess with you."

A blush forms on his face and he lets out a gasp. He gives me a strange look and in that moment, I realize I affect him too.

How good it is to be bold and daring.

He blinks and shakes his head. "I can't listen to this. I will pretend this didn't happen. Let me know when your brain is ready to work and we will go over the dictation again." He says and turns back to his office.

At the door, he pauses and glances back at me. He stares at me for a while, shakes his head and rushes into his office as if he has someone on his tail.

I smile at how cute he is.

If only he knows that I'm not about to back down unless I have him.
