ging on her bed. Leofric then sighs and goes to sit on the bed. Freya wraps her arms around him. "calm down babe, I should be the worried one, what if you actually leave me huh?" she says.
ounds. "maybe he was attacked by a wild animal" Leofric would occasionally wake up and mumble incoherent words, repeating one phrase, "I saw it". "Rest dear, you'll tell me all about it when you're well" Freya always gently puts him back to sleep. Freya then washes the blood off the couch in the living room. Leofric wakes up days later, shooting upright in his bed and startling Freya who was laying beside him. "Ouch" she says as she lands on the floor. He rushes to meet her on the floor. "are you alright?!" he yells. "Yes, yes now will you stop shouting, you burst my eardrums" she gushes him before letting him guide her back to the bed. "What happened to you?" she asks. "I was attacked" Leofric starts, "yeah I know, by what? I saw the bite wounds so I know whatever it is, its not human" Freya responds. Leofric then proceeds to tell her everything that happened and gives the description of what attacked him, hinting at a humanoid dog. She looks at him with a blank look on her face, the only thing coming go her mind a werewolf. "Are you sure it wasn't just a wolf? And you probably hit your head somewhere thereby messing up your memory?" she asks. "you..., you don't believe me?" he asks angrily " off cause I don't, you're literally telling me you were attacked by a creature out of a fantasy book, that doesn't exist, you're crazy" she bites back at him annoyed. Leofric then falls silent, making Freya feel bad. She approaches him and sits down beside him. "okay, here's what we are going to do. In two days time there's going to be a full moon so if what you say is really true, you'll shift and if its not, you owe me a lot". Freya says. "I'll hurt you though, when I transform" he says. "Okay, my father has a pair of handcuffs, we can chain you to the bed or something" she responds. Two days later, Leofric is chained to the bed post per his request in case things went out of control. "It's almost night time, don't you think you should leave the room?" he questions Freya who is standing by the window staring at the sky. "It's going to be fine, nothing might happen after all" she reassures him. The full moon comes and all is quiet. "Do you feel different?" Freya asks "I feel fine actually" he replies. "Well that concludes everything, you were just delusional, let's get you out of those cuffs"
