His mind kept wandering back to the attacks, and he couldn't shake the feeling that they were still in danger. He paced back and forth in the room, his nerves on edge. His wife and children watched him anxiously, unsure of what to say or do.Finally, Derek stopped in front of the window, staring out into the darkness. He felt a chill run down his spine as he saw a figure standing on the street below. He squinted, trying to get a better look, and he realized with horror that it was one of the vampires. He spun around, his heart racing as he shouted, "We have to get out of here! They're here!"The police officers who had been stationed outside the room rushed in, their guns drawn. Derek pointed out the window, and they quickly realized what was happening.Derek watched in horror as the vampire outside the window began to climb up the side of the building. He knew that they were in grave danger and that they needed to act quickly. The police officers rushed to the window, guns drawn, ready to defend themselves and the family. They aimed their weapons at the vampire and opened fire. Bullets ricocheted off the brick wall, narrowly missing the creature. The vampire hissed and bared its fangs, revealing a mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth. It began to climb faster, seemingly unfazed by the gunfire.Derek frantically looked around the room for something to use as a weapon. He spotted a heavy metal lamp on the table and grabbed it, preparing to defend his family if the vampire managed to break through the window.Suddenly, there was a loud explosion outside, followed by the sound of shattering glass. She saw nothing out of the ordinary, but the fear of the unknown lingered in her mind.As she walked home, Abby kept her head down, lost in her thoughts. She was so preoccupied that she didn't even notice the group of kids that had been following her.Suddenly, she felt someone grab her from behind, and before she could react, a hand covered her mouth, stifling her scream. Abby struggled and tried to break free, but the grip was too strong. She felt a sharp pain on her neck, and everything went dark. When Abby woke up, she was lying on the ground, surrounded by her attackers.
