focus on the drinks she was mixing. She had narrowly escaped a confrontation with Marco, who was growing increasingly suspicious of her every move. She couldn't afford to slip up

for a while." Izzy's anger softened slightly as she saw the genuine fear in his eyes. "Hide from what? What's going on?" Luca glanced around nervously. "It's complicated. There's been some...trouble with a few of Enzo's rivals. I got caught up in the middle of it." Izzy frowned, her mind racing. If Luca was involved in conflicts between rival factions, it could jeopardize everything she was working towards. "You need to stay out of this, Luca. Go back to Mom's place and lay low. I'll handle things here." Luca shook his head. "I can't go back there, Izzy. It's not safe. They'll find me." Izzy sighed, her frustration mounting. "Then stay here for now, but don't do anything stupid. I'll find a way to get you out of this mess." Luca nodded, his expression grateful. "Thanks, Izzy. I owe you one." As she cleaned up the bar, her thoughts drifted back to Luca. She needed to find a way to extract him from this dangerous game, but first, she had to uncover the identities of Enzo's rivals and their connections. She couldn't afford any more surprises. The next day, Izzy made her way to a quiet café on the outskirts of Brooklyn, a place where she knew she could meet her FBI contact without arousing suspicion. Agent Daniels was already there, seated in a corner booth, a newspaper spread out in front of him. He looked up as she approached, hi
