Taming the billionaire's son
loe'

I walked into the big kitchen. My stomach grumbled like a wild beast. I looked around and saw some ingredients on the counter and decided to make something for myself.
The cook offered to prepare something for me, but I insisted on doing it myself. I wanted to go straight home and cook for myself, but there were some things I needed to finish up.
I smiled as I remembered how the interview went. I can't believe I am now working in the Davis mansion.Mr. Davis insisted that I move in right away with my brother; he even offered to pay my brother's school fees.
What a generous man, I thought to myself.
Just then I heard someone move behind me, so I quickly guessed it would be the head maid because she was supposed to bring some paperwork for me.
My eyes widened in shock. It wasn't the head maid standing at the door; it was my worst nightmare.
What the heck was he doing here?
"What are you doing here? he asked coldly, glaring at me. I could see the rage in his eyes; that same rage mixed with fear and shock was in mine.
"Can't you answer my question? What are you doing here?" He asked again, but this time he sounded like he was about to chase me out. I stared at him, looking for the words to say, but I was too shocked to speak.
I quickly remembered that Mr. Davis said he had a son. Wait, was he the son?
Was that why that man called him Young Master at the hospital that day?
"What are you doing in my house! he yelled.
"I work here now, I said calmly and turned and continued what I was doing, ignoring him totally. "I know all the maids that I employed, and I don't think we asked for a new one, so get lost, he said, walking towards me.
My heart was beating seriously, but I still managed to keep my cool. If there was one thing I was good at, it's masking fear.
"I can't leave. I was told to wait for a here, I said, turning to face him.
I couldn't lie, he was so damn handsome. He had dark, thick hair and light brown eyes just like Jeremy Fange. He was wearing a robe, and I could see his hard chest from the opening on the robe. Damn, he looked dreamy.
He was glaring at me; if only he knew all the naughty things going on in my mind, he wouldn't even stand in front of me like that.
"Who told you to wait?" he asked
"I told her to wait, Mr. Davis said from the door. He was supporting himself with a walking stick as he walked into the kitchen.
"Dad, what are you doing down here? You were not supposed to climb the stairs because of your leg," the jerk said, rushing to help Mr. Davis.
"I'm fine, son. I just came to get my carer before you end up throwing her out of the house, he said, then looked at me.
"Your carer?"
"Yes, I just hired her. It wasn't easy, but I was able to hire the best. She'll be starting work tomorrow, and she and her brother will be living with us, Mr. Davis said.
I was informed about that earlier when I signed the documents, but now it just feels different because I would be living in the same house with the jerk; should I just reject the job? No, I couldn't; it was an opportunity of a lifetime. I needed the money.
"Why didn't you speak with me before employing her? This is also my house too; you didn't even care to ask how I felt about this, he said angrily and stormed out of the kitchen.
"I'm sorry for my son's behaviour; ignore him; that's how he behaves sometimes; you work for me and not him, okay?"
"Okay, sir, I understand. I smiled lightly.

Alexander's POV

I kicked my room door open angrily.
I rubbed my head and sighed in frustration. I couldn't believe that I would be living with that sassy intern in the same house.
"Harry" "Yes, young master."
"Please get the car ready. I want to go for a drive. I need to clear my head." "Okay, sir," he said and left.
I walked into a bar not too far from the mansion. I just sat at a corner and sipped my drink. I rarely go to places like that, but at that moment I was in a bad mood, and I needed to get my mind occupied by something else.
After an hour, I was already drunk. I could feel the stares of some ladies who sat at a corner; they stared at me like they wanted to poke holes in my body.
Then a lady in blue dress walked up to me.
"Hey handsome, Are you up for a one-night stand?" she asked. I looked at her in disgust.
"No, I don't like desperate women, I said coldly and walked away. She pulled me back and proceeded to kiss me. I succumbed because I was totally drunk.
She then tried to take off my shirt, but then I pushed her away and stood up. I saw a face in the crowd-a very familiar one. I rushed into the crowd, chasing after the person.
I finally met the person standing at the counter, looking just as I remembered her to be, then she turned and faced me and smiled.
"Mom, where have you been? I've missed you, I said with tears in my eyes.
"Alexander, she called her voice, still sounded the same way it did years ago.
"Wake up,she said.
"Huh, I asked with furrowed brows.
And then she was gone. I looked around but couldn't find her. I was hallucinating; it wasn't real. Tears fell from my eyes slowly as I realized that I was just hallucinating; she could never come back; she was gone forever.
"Young master, are you okay?Harry asked as he ran to hold me up. He was shocked when he saw tears in my eyes.
"She was here just now. I saw her, "I said slowly.
"Who was here?"
"My mom, I saw her."
Harry quickly hugged me and patted my back slowly.
"Please don't cry, young master; let's go home, he said, wiping the tears off my face.
He helped me to the car. Harry was like a brother to me; unlike most of my employees, he understood me so well, even more than I understood myself.
I staggered into the living room. My head was hurting really bad, and everything was blurry.
I saw a figure standing in the living room. I rushed in and hugged the person so I wouldn't fall on the floor.
I could feel a soft feminine chest; her scent was so divine. I smiled as I hugged the person so tightly.
I felt warm instantly; all my pains felt like they evacuated at that moment. I didn't want to get out of her arms; I just wanted her to hold me that way forever. I could hear her breathing fast; her breathing sounded so cute in my ears; it was like music to me.
"Please don't let go, I whispered faintly and then drifted off to sleep.
