"We have to make a break for it," Marco said, his voice steady but urgent. "If they find us now, it's over." "Are you crazy?" Elena replied, her heart racing. "They'll see us!" "We don't have a choice," Marco insisted. "Trust me. On the count of three, we run toward the back of the cave. We might find another exit." Elena glanced at Sophie, her heart pounding in her chest. "Are you ready?" "Let's do it," Sophie whispered, her expression filled with determination. "Okay. One... two... three!" They burst from their hiding spot, sprinting toward the back of the cave as the gang members shouted in surprise. "Hey! They're escaping!" one of them yelled, and the sound of footsteps echoed behind them. Elena's heart raced as they pushed through the darkness, desperate to find an escape. The cave felt like a labyrinth, shadows flickering around them as they ran deeper into the unknown. Suddenly, Marco stumbled, losing his footing on the rocky ground. "Go!
