My Possessive Master Chapter 1 BEGINNING

Dark, it was all dark.

I don't know where I am.

Flashback

"Mom! I don't want to go with them! I beg you, I will do everything if I have to stop studying I will and if I have to work I will not just be with them!" I cried out loud and a hand landed on my cheeks and I stumbled out cause me to cry even more.

"Silence you brat! You will go with them even if you don't want to! You have no use in this house anymore. And don't even call me mom anymore! Because at the first place you are not my child!" my eyes widened at the words he uttered. Little by little I pulled the hem of her dress. I got down on my knees and cried.

"Mom, " I muttered under my breath.

"Get up there! Go with them and don't expect me to get you back. They paid me a million to get you. Gentlemen just go get her I have nothing to lose, " said said in men in black tuxedo and standing in an expensive and fancy car.

Present

I do not know where I am today and why there are so many people shouting.

All I can see is black, dark.

When someone grabs me by my arm and pushes me to sit in a cold metal chair. I gasped when someone pulled my hair and whispered in my ear.

"Be good and behave don't try to run, " a man with an old voice whispered.

I felt like I was removing the cloth that was covering my eyes. I was drawn to the light that hit me. I slowly opened my eyes, until I realized that many people were around and looking at me. I feel a sense of fear as they look at me as if I were being stripped.

I gasped when someone hold me my shoulder.

"Shhh don't be afraid little kitty. I wont bite, " the man whispered in my ear and I distance myself from him.

He chuckled and took the mic to the person who is giving it to him.

"This young lady in front of you is beautiful, white as a dove, has porcelain skin and of course the dessert of all the desserts she is fresh, " he said and everyone in the room shouted in pleasure.

"Hold your horses' gentlemen, " he laughed.

"Since she is fresh and pure I'll start with 1 million, " he said and I swallowed my lump in nervous, I don't know what's going on.

"2 million!" the man with a glass of wine on his hand shouted.

"2 million, " he said repeating what the man said.

"4 million, " shouted an old man with more women embracing him.

"4 million! Wow!" he shouted and winked me.

"You're one lucky kitten they all want you, " he said and I shoot him a disgusted look and he just smirks.

"5 million!" shouted a fat man who almost had all the jewelry on his neck and a ring on his hands.

I went pale when our eyes meet he licked his lips while mouthing the word 'mine'.

"6 million?"

No one answered and the smile of the man who offered six million pesos widened.

"Going once"

No one responds and my hands went cold when the man started to walk into my direction.

"Going twice"

I do not know what will happen to me will I accept that this is my destiny? Will it be owned by others? Used at- I was cut out of my thoughts when someone shouted a fortune price.

"18 million, " the voice echoed the whole room everyone searches the person who offered such a big amount. The room turned in silence and all we hear are the footsteps coming down from the stairs.

My heart started pounding hard on every step I hear.

"Mr. Cranston, " the man next to me broke the silence.

"18 million, " the man said again and again, but I could not see him.

"Sold"

For seven years, I drank the bitter tonic my fiancé, Alpha Adrian, gave me, believing it would cure my "wolfless" defect. I was wrong. It was poison. He wasn't trying to heal me; he was keeping me weak so he could replace me with my foster sister, Ariel. When the fire consumed the Alpha's Wing, I was trapped under a burning beam, my legs crushed. Adrian kicked down the door. I reached out to him, screaming for help. But he didn't look at me. He looked at Ariel, who was lying on the floor in a silk nightgown. He scooped her up, cradling her like she was the only thing that mattered. I begged him not to leave me. Instead of helping, he used his Alpha Command on me, his voice booming with supernatural weight. "Stay put! I'll be back for you!" It was a lie. He used his power to freeze me in the inferno and left me to burn alive. I survived, only to watch him publicly reject me for her the next day, with my own father's blessing. They called me a "genetic dead end." They thought I would crawl away and die in shame. I didn't. I limped up the mountain to the Neutral Lands to find the one man everyone fears-the exiled Alpha, Garth Morgan. "I have the Gamma Bloodline Scroll," I told the massive figure emerging from the shadows. "I don't want your gratitude," Garth growled, his eyes like storm clouds. "I'm not here for gratitude," I replied, staring him down. "I'm here to make a deal with the devil."

I had just survived a private jet crash, my body a map of violet bruises and my lungs still burning from the smoke. I woke up in a sterile hospital room, gasping for my husband's name, only to realize I was completely alone. While I was bleeding in a ditch, my husband, Adam, was on the news smiling at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. When I tracked him down at the hospital's VIP wing, I didn't find a grieving husband. I found him tenderly cradling his ex-girlfriend, Casie, in his arms, his face lit with a protective warmth he had never shown me as he carried her into the maternity ward. The betrayal went deeper than I could have imagined. Adam admitted the affair started on our third anniversary-the night he claimed he was stuck in London for a merger. Back at the manor, his mother had already filled our planned nursery with pink boutique bags for Casie's "little princess." When I demanded a divorce, Adam didn't flinch. He sneered that I was "gutter trash" from a foster home and that I'd be begging on the streets within a week. To trap me, he froze my bank accounts, cancelled my flight, and even called the police to report me for "theft" of company property. I realized then that I wasn't his partner; I was a charity case he had plucked from obscurity to manage his life. To the Hortons, I was just a servant who happened to sleep in the master bedroom, a "resilient" woman meant to endure his abuse in silence while the whole world laughed at the joke that was my marriage. Adam thought stripping me of his money would make me crawl back to him. He was wrong. I walked into his executive suite during his biggest deal of the year and poured a mug of sludge over his original ten-million-dollar contracts. Then, right in front of his board and his mistress, I stripped off every designer thread he had ever paid for until I was standing in nothing but my own silk camisole. "You can keep the clothes, Adam. They're as hollow as you are." I grabbed my passport, turned my back on his billions, and walked out of that glass tower barefoot, bleeding, and finally free.

I was sitting in the Presidential Suite of The Pierre, wearing a Vera Wang gown worth more than most people earn in a decade. It was supposed to be the wedding of the century, the final move to merge two of Manhattan's most powerful empires. Then my phone buzzed. It was an Instagram Story from my fiancé, Jameson. He was at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris with a caption that read: "Fuck the chains. Chasing freedom." He hadn't just gotten cold feet; he had abandoned me at the altar to run across the world. My father didn't come in to comfort me. He burst through the door roaring about a lost acquisition deal, telling me the Holland Group would strip our family for parts if the ceremony didn't happen by noon. My stepmother wailed about us becoming the laughingstock of the Upper East Side. The Holland PR director even suggested I fake a "panic attack" to make myself look weak and sympathetic to save their stock price. Then Jameson’s sleazy cousin, Pierce, walked in with a lopsided grin, offering to "step in" and marry me just to get his hands on my assets. I looked at them and realized I wasn't a daughter or a bride to anyone in that room. I was a failed asset, a bouncing check, a girl whose own father told her to go to Paris and "beg" the man who had just publicly humiliated her. The girl who wanted to be loved died in that mirror. I realized that if I was going to be sold to save a merger, I was going to sell myself to the one who actually controlled the money. I marched past my parents and walked straight into the VIP holding room. I looked the most powerful man in the room—Jameson’s cold, ruthless uncle, Fletcher Holland—dead in the eye and threw the iPad on the table. "Jameson is gone," I said, my voice as hard as stone. "Marry me instead."
