Lifeless Body

Lucien got out of the company after rounding up his schedules for the day .

All he needs is a warm shower and his bed because he was damn tired from all the shoots and commercials he did today .

He drove while listening to his favorite song from Justin Bieber "Intention "

He sang along with it as he drove on steadily home .

He was obstructed on seeing a bag moving by the side of the road .

What the heck ,how can a bag move " he thought.

He tried to wave the thoughts away thinking it was hallucination but the bag moved again .

Shit he wasn't hallucinating .

He drove slowly past the bag trying to ignore it but reversed immediately to check it out.

Stepping down from the car ,he walked to the bag and bent down .

After taking a deep breath ,Lucien slowly untied it and pop

He saw a female hair .

He drew the bag down and it was a human . Her breathing was coming out slowly ,he was afraid she was dieing.

He brought her out from the bag and rushed into the car .

Having one location in mind ; the hospital :he drove to the hospital .

Lucien parked at the hospitals parking lot and rang the bell kept for emergency there .

Some nurses rushed in with a stretcher and wheeled her inside .

Lucien ruffled his hair .

His day just took another drastic turn .

"Sir the doctor wants you at his office " a nurse said tapping him.

"Ok I will be there in a jiffy "he said arranging his hair before taking same directions the nurse took before seeing the doctor's office two doors by your right .

He knocked gently and the door swung open .

Good evening doctor "he said and sat down

"Good evening ..

"Lucien ,Lucien the name is Lucien"he said in broken tones .

"Sir who is the patient to you "the doctor asked

"A friend " he said and swallowed .

He can't tell him he found her at the roadside now.

Disastrous .

"Lucien hey" the doctor said waving his hands at his face.

"You were saying sir " Lucien said

"I said she is suffering from shock and some internal bleedings . A few though . She is also at the verge of coma " the doctor explained and Lucien palmed his face .

This girl is going to be staying in the hospital for a while and damn it .

" So you have to make an instalment payment to the secretary down the hall " he said and I nodded slowly.

"Don't worry she would be fine " he said reassuring me and h muttered an okay .

He came out of the office and headed down the hall .

Lucien paid in the full amount and collected the receipt from her .

He has to go home to freshen up and sleep a bit, before going to work tomorrow

Lucien drove faster and steadily this time around and soon enough he was at his home

He got down from his car and walked to his door .

Dipping his hands into his pocket ,he brought out his bunch of key and inserted it into the lock and opened the door .

He quickly put on the lights and the house became litted up .

#home sweet home " he muttered and juggled up the stairs .

He got into his room and proceeded to get a warm bath .

There was nothing to eat for today because he freezed all his supplies that he needed .

After taking a bath ,Lucien fell on his bed and slept off .

The rays from the window blind pierced into Lucien's eyes as he turned .

Gosh he had slept off with just a towel

Fatigue is one bad thing .

He got down and rushed into the bathroom ,he has two shoots today and some interviews to host .

He brushed his teeth and took his bath .

Put on a casual Jean and top with a face cap .

He picked up his bag and picked clothes he would need later in the day.

After work he would head to the hospital to check out the girl he saved .

He rushed out and dropped his bag into the back seat ,hop into his car and drove off .

Today was going to be a long day for him .

Cara walked into Lucien's office and met him busy on his laptop but a glance at him would tell you that he was weak .

" Cara what are my schedules for today " he asked still typing on his laptop .

" I already sent it to you via email as usual " she said and Lucien palmed his face.

" I totally forgot about that " he said .

" Boss are you okay ?. Should I get you coffee " Cara asked immediately ..

" Yea sure that would help me in this state " Lucien said with an appreciative smile .

Cara turned around and walked out of the office briskly .

" Doctor the patient in Private Ward 4 just sneezed " Nurse Benny said and the doctor followed her immediately .

Mr Lucien had urged him to watch over the patient which was his job .

He opened the ward to meet the girl staring at him and scanning across the room .

"How are you feeling Miss " the doctor said touching her to feel her pulse .

It was beating gently and not too fast .

He checked her heartbeat and felt her temperature .

All was in good order .

"Where am I ,who am I " the patient said .

Nurse Benny looked at the doctor and sighed .

"Are you saying you can't remember anything about yourself ,how you got here " Doctor Carl asked .

" I don't even know my name " she said and tore up .

" Hey Pretty lady don't cry , I am sure your friend who brought you here can explain when he comes and we hope you don't have what we think it is " Doctor Carl said and walked out .

"Do you feel any pains in your body ,anywhere " Nurse Benny asked sitting on the chair beside her .

"I am not feeling any pains but I am damn hungry . " She said and pouted her lips .

" Cute ,what would you love to eat " Nurse Benny asked .

"I don't know anything ,just get me anything to quench this hunger . " She said and Nurse Benny laughed .

" I will be back shortly . " She said and walked out of her ward . .

Lucien parked his car at the hospital's parking lot and got down . He met a nurse walking in with packs of food with her .

The nurse stopped as soon as he saw him .

" Oh Good day Lucien ,you are right in time ,your friend just woke up a while ago .Infact this edibles are for her . " She said and Lucien nodded happily .

" How is she now." He asked walking to the ward with her .

"She is fine but I think she has Amnesia ,the doctor hasn't confirmed it yet tho " Nurse Benny said .

"What ! Amnesia ! How will she know her family " Lucien screamed .

"You can take her to her family ,she is your friend right? " She said and Lucien clamped his lip shut .

He just gave himself away .

" Well I was wondering how her parent's will feel if she can't recognize them " Lucien said to cover up .

"Oh that , they would understand and besides it's temporary Amnesia " Nurse Benny said and handed over the packs of edibles to him..

" The doctor sends for me , I will be back " she said and went off .

Lucien pushed open the door and found her sleeping .

He went closer and dropped the stuffs on the bedside table .

He took a closer look at her and observed her features .

Tall and slender in height ,with pointed nose and full and curved pink lips .

With beautiful curves

She is beautiful.

She sneezed and that brought Lucien to his environment back .

She fluttered her eyelids open to reveal her hazel eyes .

She stared around and when her eyes fell on the blue eyes looking at her ,she muttered
