Summer has always love Lucian Robert. It was as if Lucian was her breath that she could not leave without not even for a second. Lucian and Summer are childhood friends who unexpectedly fell in love with each other. Lucian love Summer with everything he got but everything changed when he learnts of a secret that was connected to both him and Summer lives. After learning about the secret, he suddenly made a decision that affected both lives. Lucian feeling hatred towards Summer, disappeared for fifteen years without a trace, on his father's demand. What will happen to Summer and what will happen to these two childhoods sweetheart?. Chapter 1 Do you really hate me
"I'm going to miss you so much" Summer said to Lucian as she look at their old pictures from high school.
It was sad and heartbreaking because Summer and Lucian has been friends from wearing diapers to teenager of 16 years, And now they are going to be separated because Lucian will be traveling to Canada the day after tomorrow.
"Lucian please don't go!! You are the only one that truly understand me and without you by my side my life would be hopeless and lightless. Please Lucian just this once, please just listen to me! " Pleaded Summer as her green emerald eyes filled with warm tears.
"I'm sorry sunshine, I have to! I have no other choice I need to focus on both my career and education" said Lucian helplessly as he tried to comfort Summer. After all it was his father's orders for him to travel to Canada and he would not dare go against his father's wishes not even in his dreams. So he was bound to be helpless.
"Okay Lucian, so you have already made up your mind right? Fine !" A cold smile appeared on her round rosy lips as she continue "but bear in mind that if you leave.... Then you would be breaking our childhood friendship!" Said Summer as she wiped the tears that was flowing down her rosy cheeks " you still have time Lucian... But for now good bye!" With that she stood up from the blue sofa, pick up her pink backpack and exit the room without a second thought.
After Summer walked out of Lucian bedroom, he fell to the bed and clench the left side of his chest "oh my little sunshine, how could I explain this to you? You are always short tempered and as always you would not even hear me out. I'm going to Canada, not just for my career or my father's orders but.... For you. I want you to have the whole world and I also want to be the one to give it to you! Just wait a little longer firefly. " Muttered Lucian to his self.

In a big beautiful master bedroom, that was filled with darkness and beautiful moon light, Summer was lying down on the cold floor with Lucian and her toddlers picture scattered all over the place "Lucian even though you think that you and I are just friends, and you take me as yours younger sister, deep down all I feel for you is not friendship but... Love!! *Sob, Yes Lucian your Sunshine love you a lot and without Lucian, Summer would be incomplete!!!.
As soon as the words left Summer's mouth, she held a loud bang on her window which made her heart skip a beat and a voice she was quite familiar with filled her eardrums "Sunshine!! Sunshine, I know that you won't sleep this early. Sunshine are you that angry that you have to act dead just to get rid of me. " Said Lucian sadly.
If only his mom was still alive then maybe she would have persuade his Dad. She would have Pat him on the head and encourage him that ' everything is going to be just fine ' but sadly his mother, Lily died tragically in a car accident when Lucian was just 8 years old leaving him and his younger sister, Lucy alone in such a dark world. "I miss you mum" muttered Lucian sadly.
Lucian was still lost in the sweet and bitter memories of his mom that he did not notice the angry red tomato walking walking towards him. "What are you doing here Lucian?!?!. Please just go away because I do not feel like taq
lking to you anymore. Please just dissapear to Canada or any place and never come back!! Because I hate you a lot!!! Said Summer angrily.
Seeing that Lucian isn't responding she sigh sadly and was about to walk out on Lucian when she felt a strong arm on her slender waist with a pair of ocean blue eyes obviously staring at her round rosy lips that could captivate any man. A unexpected blush creep into her snow white cheeks which attracted the moonlight.
Still holding her slender waist, Lucian spin her around making sure that her face was facing his, pressed her hip against his tightly and whisper in her tomato like ear "do you really hate me or are you just saying it because you are angry? Either way I don't care!! All I know is that i am madly in love with you."
