Once you live a hundred years with good virtue, you'll grow a tail, if you cultivate your mind and live two hundred your tails will be added plus one. If your life seems pretty enough to spare?, you'll grow three tails and eventually, your good and graceful life will surely help you to grow nine tails when you live nine hundred years.

When you reach nine hundred years of life, you will become invincible and great, your power will be limitless and you will become the center of jealousy to all other creatures of the whole world. Your beauty will become the dream of all who see you, and your gawd to all humans and feeble beings will transcend your supremacy in the human world to the highest echelons; yet, this will be a curse for you.

Your Fox bead will attract all beings and every creeping fowls of the universe, they will all run after you with all their might, they will seek you with whatever power they had, they won't hesitate to found you, and note, not because they were hypnotized by your kindness, but because they wants to digest your Fox bead and become immortal, to become invisible and invincible.

If you could try all your possible best not to lose this bead to any creatures or beings for a complete thousand years, your wish to become a deity will be granted, and you will become the same as your creator, what a lucky beast you are" clamored a gloomy shadow of a human shape, but too huge and magnificent in shape to be of a Human's Shadow.

It was the great Eún, the supreme representative of the Heavens, who descended from the Heavens to relay the message to Ho-Dal himself.

Ho-Dal is a one tailed Fox, apparently, of the lowest rank in the realm of the specially created beings. Born and Favored by the Heavens itself.

Having experienced all this free luxury and favor from the Heavens, one day, he looked around the world, examined it all and concluded in his heart.

"All these beings will eventually have the end of life, humans die, monsters get their soul and power exhausted, and when the time comes, I will also lose my chance of existing forever. Everything will die, except all those heavenly deities, who have to live forever and see the end of the world. They were graced to shape shift countless of times without getting their energy exhausted, their soul could never be stolen by creeping fouls of the universe and monsters can't hinder their existence, I'll surely become one of them one day".

Having this in mind, Ho-Dal rose in his naivety and demanded the Heavens to permit him to become one of the Heavenly deities, to become the Heavens representative and be chanced to live forever, which has never been done ever in the history of existence.

The heavens did not refuse Ho-Dal's request, but instead gave him a strong and hard condition to pass through for him to earn what he yearns for.

Hearing the Condition set for him by the Heavens, Ho-Dal made a bright smirk in his face, filled with maximum rate of his happiness, of course, to beasts like Ho-Dal, a thousand years is just few minutes in his eyes, this makes him enjoy the Heavenly condition, and he plans to make sure he kept himself Holy and always purified in heart, even though it's hard for beasts to stop behaving like a beast, and forcing himself to become a domestic animal , however, his determination paid off, and his focus motivated him so high that he endured all the pain and gets near success.

All is going well for Ho-Dal, except one thing which always pierced through his heart anytime he remembered them, It was the great Eún's additional words before he left him.

"An eye blink for an antelope to peacefully drink from the pool after running for years, the water will get messed up, and it will be by her.

At night, when the dusk arrives, when the breeze whispers danger, when your light and brightness Seems gloomy and your honey transforms to gull.

She will come to you as the moon comes to the help of the night, bright and glittering like the stars.

You'll be mesmerized by her beauty, no, the beauty of her heart rather, and her overwhelming embrace will set your heart on fire. You will forget all your worries and goals, you will feel a new hope for the future. The moment you look at her, you will want to protect her and keep her safe. Even if you're the last man on earth, you will still fight for the sake of protecting her. That will be the beginning of your love for a human.

Behold, she's not a curse, but your precious, a precious you won't want to lose, because she will grant the light to your way, and will make your wish come to pass".

At first when Eún says these words to Ho-Dal, he felt it amusing and at the same time absurd, of course, why would he have to protect a strange human girl whom he had nothing to do with?, However, as time passes by, he always remember these words, and the more he remembers, the more he get scarier, because he knew the Heavens don't skip just a line in their words and each every words will surely comes to reality.

Ho-Dal was very much afraid of this prophecy, but he couldn't do anything about it, so he decided to keep on living with full vigor and purity until he became immortal and his desires were granted by the Heavens.
