Amazing and Maxwell met in the stadium where they represented their each schools, they exchanged numbers ever since then they have been communicating.

Amazing is from a poor background, where they hardly eat three meals a day, yet her parents struggle to send her to school, she's the only child of her family.

Maxwell, on the other hand, is from a wealthy family, his mother is a big businesswoman, his father, apart from having different companies, he's also a senator.

Maxwell has been flexing, he's being given any amount he wants at home has the first child of the family.

Maxwell, took a brave step and ask Amazing out, while chatting with her, after some weeks Amazing accepted and ever since then, they do visit each other.

Maxwell parents didn't like the fact that she didn't date someone rich.

"What does that mean" Amazing utter and continued "I do not just know why your parent decided not to like me, is it my fault that I am poor"

"Am sure as times goes on, they will love you, just continue to be good" Maxwell replied?

"I hope so, you know how much my friends and people do insult me for dating a rich guy, they said with time, you will leave me" I cried out.

Dave sigh and said, "And you know that's impossible, and they would be disappointed"

"So, what would you like to eat darling" I asked him

"Anything at home" He said while pressing his phone.

Amazing went to check their food

"But we only have Cassava granules (known as garri in Nigeria)" Amazing said.

"You know I don't drink that, do not worry, but what will mum and dad eat when they get home" He asked.

"They should be able to get some things while coming" She said while drinking the cassava granules.

"Everything will be fine soon, let's hope that darling" He said.

"Alright, Do you want to wait for my mum before you leave" I said while concentrating on the cassava granules I am drinking.

"She has missed me?" He said jokingly.

"You are not serious" She smiled.

"Alright, I miss her, and I'll try and wait for her until she's back" He replied

*After Some Minutes, Maxwell went back home, but surprisingly, he met his parents at the gate*

"What's happening" Maxwell was forced to ask , after meeting his parents at the gate.

"You are su...." Why would you and dad be standing at the gate here" Maxwell interrupted his mum.

"So you went to this lady house again, after our warning?" Maxwell mum's shouted.

"Mum, calm down, she hasn't offended you nor dad, just because she and her parents are poor doesn't mean they will be poor forever" He replied.

"Has this lady charm you?" Dad asked.

"Just please, let this lady be" He begged his parents.

"I am telling you now, so you won't see the other side of me and your dad, leave that poor lady alone, there are many ladies out there" Mum shouted.

"Okay ma" He said and entered the house.

(Amazing and her friends, Rita and Favor)

"I am still curious, you know we don't have money, and you know how upper-class people do not really like their children to marry a lower citizen" Favor Stated.

"I know but...." She's inarticulate because she likes him so much" Rita Interrupted Amazing.

"Don't get me wrong, I don't also know what to do, I am so confused" Amazing cried out.

"If his parents like you, that's fine, but his parent doesn't like you, what will you do?, can he marry you, without his parents accepting you?" Rita asked.

Amazing sigh and said, "My friends, I don't know what to do, I just love him so much, I love him so much"

(Someone Knocks)

"Are you expecting a visitor" Rita asked Amazing.

"That might be your mum or dad or both of them" Favor said while looking at Amazing.

"Let me go and check" Amazing, stand up to check who is knocking.

"Oh darling, you are here, welcome" Amazing welcomed Maxwell.

"Good Afternoon Sisters" Maxwell greeted Rita and Favor.

"Good Afternoon" Rita and Favor replied him.

"Hope I am not disturbing you all" Maxwell was curious.

"No, we are fine" Favor answered.

"How are you doing darling" Amazing asked Maxwell.

"Fine, as you can see, I want to read some things on my phone, you can continue discussing with your friends" Maxwell said.

"We want to be going now, we will see you later" Rita said.

"Oh why? What's wrong? Hope is not because of me, the both of you are leaving now?" Maxwell asked.

"Not at all, we need to be going now" Favor replied.

"We will see you later" Rita said.

"Alright, I love you two" Amazing said as she locked the door after they leave.

"Why do you look stressed out" Maxwell asked?

"Nothing" Amazing sigh.

"Something is wrong, you can share with me Amazing" Maxwell was curious to know what's going on.

"It's all about me dating you, I am now scared, you know how much I love you, yet I am still scared because I know you won't disobey your parent" Amazing scream out.

"I understand you Amazing, but you should know I love you more than all these, I am sure they will love you soon, and we will all be together" He said.

"Alright, thank you darling" Amazing thanks him.

"Which cloth are you putting on? 'My woman, I love' Which cloth is this? "Amazing asked after reading what's on the cloth.

"That reminds me, the completion of the cloth is here" He said and brought out a cloth in his bag.

"What's that" Amazing asked surprisingly.

He showed her the cloth and she read what was written there, "My man, You". My Woman, My Man, I love you" They both smiled and hug each other tightly.

"You give me this type of feelings people write novel about, I didn't know such is real until I met you" Maxwell said looking at Amazing, while strolling.

"Aww" Amazing blush and said "I am forever happy for the happiness and joy you brought to my life, today and always beyond tomorrow, I need you beside me, always as my best friend and forever soul mate, thank you darling for choosing me".

"I didn't choose you, my heart did, and I am so glad my heart did choose you" Maxwell said.

"Oh! We are almost at your house, why are we going to your house? Do you want your parents to embarrass me?" Amazing Yelled.

"My parents are not around, calm down Amazing, you know I love you so much, and I won't want anything to hurt you" Maxwell calmed her down.

"It's fine, what about your maids, gate man and all other workers in your house" Amazing Said.

"They all love you, and they know about you" Maxwell replied.

*After some minutes, they entered the house, greeted their gate man and went inside*

"Do you know I do write everything about us in diary" Maxwell said.

"Whoa! Really? Maxwell, what have I done to deserve this love from you?" Amazing was surprised.

Maxwell smiled and brought out the diary and showed her, she was so surprised.

"Whoa, I couldn't just stop getting amazed, you couldn't stop amazing me darling, I love you so much" Amazing said while checking through the diary.

(Someone knocks)

"Who's that Maxwell, who's that" Amazing asked in a scared tone.

"That should be one of our house worker, maybe they want to clean my room" Maxwell said and shouted "Who's there?"

"Just open the door" Maxwell Mum shouted.

"I am busy mum, can we see later" Maxwell looked for an excuse

"Open it now, before I open it with force" Mum ordered.

"What do I do?, this is what I am avoiding, what can I do? What will I do?" Amazing cried in a lower voice.

"I am still waiting Maxwell" Mum shouted.

"Do you know what? Hide in my wardrobe" Maxwell said.

"Oh, (went to the wardrobe) I am so scared now" Amazing said after hiding.

"I am sorry, please, don't be offended" Maxwell said and gently closed the wardrobe and went to the door, to open the door for his mum.

"Why do you keep me waiting? Who's here with you?" Mum said.

"I am here pressing my phone, what do you mean by who is here with me, mum" Maxwell replied.

"If anyone is in here, Come out now" Mum commanded.

"Mum, what do you want? No one is here, I need privacy, I need to be alone for sometimes" Maxwell said.

"Really" Mum said as she went to the bedside to check if anyone is there, she didn't see anyone, so she keeps checking until she gets to wardrobe side.

"Are you sure there's no one in this room" Mum asked.

"Absolutely, no one, mum" Maxwell replied.

Maxwell mum opened his wardrobe and she was disappointed.

"Whoa! So, you later brought this girl?" Maxwell mum said in disappointment and continue "You this girl, what do you want again, gold digger, didn't you see your standard to have a relationship with?, Why is it my son? Is there another thing there?"

"Mummy, just leave Amazing alone, and talk to me, she did nothing wrong, mum she's the one I love, I love her so much" Maxwell said

Love? Did you love this one? This asshole lady? Don't tell me that (She dragged Amazing badly, from the wardrobe down to the floor) Let me tell you something, my son will only use you, and he cannot marry you, did I even say use? There's nothing he can even use you for because you are useless, now don't follow my son, gold digger" Maxwell mum yelled.

Maxwell couldn't watch, he shed tears in the presence of his mum and his girlfriend

"Now leave" Maxwell Mum commanded.

She ran away.

"Mum, why are you like this? Why did you decide to do this to me, what have I done, what has she done? You should have yelled at me, why must you let her go that way?

"I need to sack that gate man that allowed her in" Maxwell mum said.

She smiled and locked him in his room.

(Amazing, went home crying)

Amazing is crying and looking for another cloth, so she can change, when someone knocked the door.

The person knocked, and didn't wait for any response before entering.

"What happened, why are you like this?" Rita, Amazing friend, asked.

"Maxwell Mummy did this, she tore my clothes to pieces" Amazing cried.

"But why?" Rita asked.

"She wants to avoid seeing me with her son, though I don't want to go to their house, but Maxwell said his parents are not around" She stated.

"You know we have told you this, but you won't just listen, leave her son alone, leave the gentleman alone" Rita warned.

"Okay" Amazing said.

"I know you won't listen, and she will still do more, you will still walk naked because of this man" Rita said.

"Hey it's okay" Amazing shunned.

"Whoa! (laugh hard) You haven't seen anything, is it by force to date a rich guy, they are so many guys here, date your level Amazing, but No, you want to be with a rich guy, so you can be rich right" Rita laughed.

"So are you telling me I don't know what I am saying? That is what I want from my children, a rich partner from a royal family" Mum replied.

"You these children, you don't know anything, we know what we are saying, and we know far better than you all know" Dad said.

"Just because the both of you are lucky to have a peaceful marriage, doesn't mean your children would be happily married if they marry from a royal family" James said.

They argued, but his parents didn't support his decision.

(Maxwell, on a phone call with Amazing).

"Amazing, thank you for forgiving me, I really appreciate, I pray that we will overcome all this challenges" Maxwell prayed.

"Amen" Amazing said.

"So, have you eaten" Maxwell asked.

"Rice" She answered and continued "It seems you are on the road, where are you going"

"I am in Emmanuel road, I want to get some things for dad" He said.

"Alright, so when are we seeing" (No reply, but a loud noise) Hello, Hello... Hello. Hello... What's going on" Amazing shouted!

"Hello, this person just got in an accident in Emmanuel road" Someone replied with his phone.

"What? Just now?" She hanged the call and rush to the place.

When she got there, they just want to take him to hospital, she followed them and told them she's his fiancée.

They got to the hospital, and they all left except for her, she took his phone, and called his parents, and told them about the incident.

After some minutes, his mum, dad, and brother all came to the hospital.

"What have you done to my son, what have you done" Maxwell mum asked.

"No mum, he was on a call with me, when he had the incident, I did nothing" Amazing cried.

"Where's he now" Mum and Dad asked.

She pointed at the ward he is, and they went there, except James.

"Be calm, Amazing, Don't be scared, I believe everything will be alright" James said.

"Thank you, James" Amazing Said.

(James went to check his brother)

(After some hours)

"My son is in coma? My son?, see what this girl has done, when you can get him does that means you should get rid of him" Maxwell mum said.

"Mum stop all these, let's just pray for him to get heal" James said.

Maxwell is in Coma, Amazing stayed beside him although, she only hides when his parents are around.

On a Blessed noon, James visited his brother in the hospital and met Amazing.

"Why don't you just go home and rest? How are you even eating" James was worried.

"Maxwell is here, how do you want me to go home when my boyfriend is here" Amazing said.

"Alright, I bought this rice for you to eat" James said.

"I have some money with me, and I bought food this morning" Amazing said.

"Does that mean you are rejecting this" James said.

"No, I am not rejecting" Amazing said, and collected the food from him.

"I pray my brother wake up soon, propose to you and marry you" James said, looking into his brother eyes.

"Your parents? I really, like I am scared of them" Amazing said.

"Then my brother would rather not marry, he loves you so much, even more than you think" James told Amazing.

"I love him more too" Amazing said.

"This is what is called true love, thanks for staying by his side, even when his family can't, even when they are busy with things, thanks for staying by his side" James said.

"I need to be going now" James said.

Amazing watching him quietly, and suddenly, he opened his eyes, Amazing went out to call the doctors, they came and gave him necessary things.

**After Some Hours***

"Who are you?" Maxwell asked Amazing.

"This is Amazing, Amazing, your girlfriend" Maxwell replied.

"I don't think I have a girlfriend, where's my mum,dad, and my brother" Maxwell asked.

"What do you mean? Maxwell, this is Amazing" Amazing said.

"Oh, sorry for that, but he loses his memory, not all, but he would definitely forget someone he loves most or things he loves most" Doctor said.

"Doctor, what do you mean by he loses his memory, that can't be, please" Amazing said.

"He would regain his memory soon" Doctor said.

"But who are you? Can you please help me to call my parents and brother" Maxwell said?

"I miss you so much my brother, I APPRECIATE GOD FOR BRINGING YOU BACK" James said.

"I APPRECIATE GOD TOO" Maxwell replied.

"You still need more rest" Dad said.

"But please who is the girl here" Maxwell said.

"What do you mean by the girl here?" James asked.

"The doctor said he loses part of his memory" Amazing said.

"What?" James said.

"I don't know her, can she move out of here? Is this the new maid in our house* Maxwell said?

(his mum smile)

"Now, can you move out of the hospital" Mum said?

"Tell her to move out please, she's just too dirty" Maxwell concluded.

After some days, Maxwell went home.

"She must be the one, Enter" Mum said, and she entered.

"Good afternoon mum" The lady greeted.

"Good Afternoon Darling" Mum replied.

"Afternoon dear, I am Emmanuelle" The lady said as she sat beside Maxwell.

"I guess I should excuse the both of you, so you could be free to talk" Her mum said and went inside her room.

The both of them continued discussing, and later the relationship began.

"You should be coming on often Amazing, try to remind him of things you two did together, and with time he will remember, you can't just stay there and be crying, it's not helping matter" James complained.

"If I should meet your parents at home, you know that's another issue, who will even support me? Maxwell? I am not sure if he wants to see me" Amazing cried.

"On Wednesday, my parents are usually not at home, just come, though I won't be at home either, but come over, I'll tell the gate man to open the gate for you" James Said.

Amazing went to Maxwell House.

"Hey you! What's your problem? What are you looking for"Maxwell shouted at Amazing.

"Mum said she's a slave here before and that she does snatch people's husband and boyfriend" He said.

"Water? Bring scissors, let me use it to tear the cloth she wore" Emmanuelle said.

" Scissors, wait. .do you just say scissors" Maxwell said, and he's trying to crack his brain like he wants to remember something?

"Do you remember me, I am the one your mum tore her cloth into pieces, when we wore the same outfit, do you remember? I am Amazing"

Amazing turned back to go out as she saw James, they both went out, and he escorted her.

"I am sorry, I watched everything that happened, soon he will be back to his senses" James said.

Amazing couldn't control the tears she cried, "It's fine, what have I done wrong? Why must he loses his memory now, where do I start from, my friends warned me, but I never listened" Amazing said?

They both sat down under a tree.

"I know it's not easy Amazing, I hope he gets back to his sense, that's why I make sure he uses his drug every time, but please keep coming I will be telling you every time my parents are not around" James said.
