Chapter 1 Episode 1

Sophia walked slowly along the path that would lead her to the Wilmers Academy, one of the best Werewolf Academy's magnificent gates. For her, being able to go to school is a joy that cannot be measured with everything. This cute fifteen year old girl didn't stop smiling from her red thin lips.

For a brief moment, Sophia's gaze was diverted to some of her schoolmates who were being escorted by her parents to the dormitory they would be living in for the next three years. There is a feeling of sadness that rages in her heart when she sees that her age has a perfect family, unlike him who lives without his father's caresses. Sophia did not know who her father was from birth until now.

"I can't be sad, soon I will become a real werewolf, '' Sophia muttered to herself. She continued walking while enjoying the beautiful scenery around the school.

Wilmers Academy is a large building surrounded by wilderness and a small lake in the vicinity. The choice of location away from urban areas was deliberately made considering who would go to school there. This school only accommodates students of werewolf descent who are preparing themselves for a period of physical change before the age of seventeen. Werewolves can only turn into werewolves from the age of seventeen. Before that, they were like ordinary humans who did not have the physical strength of a werewolf in general.

The werewolves themselves are divided into two, namely pure werewolves who were born from both parents, a werewolf and mixed werewolves, namely a mixture of werewolves and humans. Werewolves are indeed allowed to marry humans as long as every full moon they always gather with their population when they want to change their form into wolves. Transforming into a wolf is an important process for a werewolf. They must maintain their identity and existence to preserve the werewolves' lives.

"Good morning, are you also a new student here?" asked a small girl with shoulder-length hair. Sophia smiled welcoming her first friend there.

"My name is Bianca Barbara. I'm a new student at Wilmers Academy," Bianca greeted while reaching out her hand to Sophia. They shook hands and introduced themselves. Finally Sophia has a friend there.

Bianca Barbara is a pure werewolf because her parents were werewolves. She is the daughter of one of the werewolf elders. Each descendant of the elder will have an asterisk on his right shoulder. They will always be respected wherever they are.

"You are the daughter of an elder, you must be really great!" Sophia praised while showing the star sign on Bianca's shoulder. The girl smiled and showed a neat arrangement of teeth with a cute dimple.

"My father is great, while I'm just an ordinary girl like the others," Bianca replied modestly. She is indeed a kind and humble girl.

Bianca stared at Sophia fixedly. She found it strange to see a werewolf have white skin like Sophia. Usually the werewolves will have golden brown or blackish brown skin like the color of wolf fur. Somehow Sophia looks different.

Sophia understood what Bianca was looking at. Since setting foot around the school, she has indeed been noticed for her skin.

"I was born from a werewolf who married a human, that's why my skin is different," said Sophia to cover the doubts of her new friend. Bianca nodded and understood what Sophia was saying. A werewolf is indeed allowed to marry a human.

"No wonder I don't really recognize your scent.

Apparently you come from a mixed werewolf. It doesn't matter, I like you the way you are," said Bianca, which made Sophia feel happy. At this time, the friendship she really needed. She was tired of always being the bully of her childhood friends who always made fun of her pale skin. Sophia never dreamed of having white skin like an ordinary human.

Sophia repeatedly basked in the heat to turn her skin brown but never succeeded. Her skin actually shines like porcelain when exposed to the stinging sun. This made her even more uncomfortable. Sophia once asked her mother why she was different but her mother never gave a clear answer.

"You are a special child. Never be sad because of the color of your skin, one day you will become a true werewolf who is great," her mother replied to calm the sulking Sophia. The woman is so patient with her daughter who is always annoyed when discussing her different skin color.

A girl with long hair ran and nudged Bianca until she fell. The girl didn't stop or apologize. Sophia who saw him immediately approached him.

"Hey, you hit my friend!" shrieked Sophia boldly. The girl turned and stopped in her tracks. She glanced at Sophia and Bianca in turn.

"Your friend is wrong for walking slowly," she said.

"WHAT? You crashed but instead blamed my friend" Sophia argued.

"Nevermind, Sophia. You don't have to think about trivial matters like this. Maybe I am indeed the one at fault," explained Bianca, which made Sophia feel surprised.

Bianca pulled Sophia's hand not to continue her steps.

"I'm sorry if I can't walk fast like you" Bianca said, bowing to the girl who hit her. The girl smirked and turned away from the two of them. Her smile looked annoying and made Sophia furious.

"Why are you apologizing to her? She's the one at fault." Sophia argued. She didn't accept the girl's arrogance.

"Never mind, it's not a big problem considering what will happen if we argue with her," Bianca said with a smile and stepped back into the school gate which was so magnificent. Sophia was still trying to find the meaning

"Never mind, it's not a big problem considering what will happen if we argue with him," Bianca said with a smile and stepped back into the school gate which was so magnificent. Sophia was still trying to find the meaning behind Bianca's words.

"Wait, what do you mean by the repercussions of arguing with her?" asked Sophia curiously.

"The girl has an asterisk on her arm. I smell a strong werewolf scent from her body, she must be the child of one of the great elders," said Bianca.

Sophia nodded her head. Now she understood why Bianca was silent even though the girl didn't apologize. If it got angry, there would be a debate among the elders that put the peace there at risk. She admired the figure of Bianca who was so mature and forgiving.

"Let's go together to the hall for the reception ceremony" Bianca said, which was greeted with a smile from Sophia. The two of them seemed familiar with each other.

"Becoming a true werewolf is my biggest dream. I won't let anything stand in my way of achieving my wish," Sophia muttered to herself. For a moment she looked at the girl beside her who looked sweet and kind. Her days at school must have been so much fun. Sophia can't wait to start studying there.

I had just survived a private jet crash, my body a map of violet bruises and my lungs still burning from the smoke. I woke up in a sterile hospital room, gasping for my husband's name, only to realize I was completely alone. While I was bleeding in a ditch, my husband, Adam, was on the news smiling at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. When I tracked him down at the hospital's VIP wing, I didn't find a grieving husband. I found him tenderly cradling his ex-girlfriend, Casie, in his arms, his face lit with a protective warmth he had never shown me as he carried her into the maternity ward. The betrayal went deeper than I could have imagined. Adam admitted the affair started on our third anniversary-the night he claimed he was stuck in London for a merger. Back at the manor, his mother had already filled our planned nursery with pink boutique bags for Casie's "little princess." When I demanded a divorce, Adam didn't flinch. He sneered that I was "gutter trash" from a foster home and that I'd be begging on the streets within a week. To trap me, he froze my bank accounts, cancelled my flight, and even called the police to report me for "theft" of company property. I realized then that I wasn't his partner; I was a charity case he had plucked from obscurity to manage his life. To the Hortons, I was just a servant who happened to sleep in the master bedroom, a "resilient" woman meant to endure his abuse in silence while the whole world laughed at the joke that was my marriage. Adam thought stripping me of his money would make me crawl back to him. He was wrong. I walked into his executive suite during his biggest deal of the year and poured a mug of sludge over his original ten-million-dollar contracts. Then, right in front of his board and his mistress, I stripped off every designer thread he had ever paid for until I was standing in nothing but my own silk camisole. "You can keep the clothes, Adam. They're as hollow as you are." I grabbed my passport, turned my back on his billions, and walked out of that glass tower barefoot, bleeding, and finally free.
