Lia, as soon as she looked up, found Julian. The boy she had liked for a month. The only words that came out of her mouth were: "thank you". Julian walked away to leave a paper in her hands. Her heart beat in a hurry, thinking it was something for her. Sadness invaded her, as she noticed the phone numbers. She was surprised to have so many suitors, but her number was missing. Could she conquer Julian's heart, or would she find someone else?

The CEO's Son Chapter 1 1

When Lia started college, she never thought of having suitors. On the first day I entered it was filled with people.

Unknown people.

A boy made her heart flutter, shyly approached her. Their eyes met, he couldn't help but smile.

Who is the question His name is Julián Lendjieron.

She felt gazes behind her. She decided to sit with a friend from high school.

When recess rang, Lía sent out to be able to look at that boy with curious blue eyes. His heart pounded harder. The young man stared at her.

He was very handsome.

He had an innocent look.

While they were in physics class. Julián approached without saying a word. Lia watched him curiously. He himself left her a piece of paper and said:

-P-for you.

"I like you..." she whispered, but he had already moved away.

They were boys' numbers. As soon as he looked, behind he could see that many were smiling at him.

"I never had suitors," she said amused.

-Well this is your lucky day.

"Julián's number isn't there," she said sadly.

At recess she was excited. He liked to sit on the steps and watch Julián. He was always surrounded by the boys, who gave them his number.

"Why not him?" she lamented.

Her eyes filled with tears.

Why was she suffering for someone she knew a little over a month ago?

Every time at recess, I tried to observe him curiously. His eyes were always on him.

He was quite attractive: with his piercing blue eyes, his short hair and a little longer at the ends. His gaze detonated what was young.

Lía had started university a little more adult than she would have liked.

"Maybe he's younger than me," she thought, "I doubt he'll notice me."

She started to walk, trying to get closer to him somehow, although she didn't know how.

"I don't know how to get close to him," she commented to her friend Karen.

He looks at her with curiosity and pity.

"Poor my friend"

-Only... You have to talk to her.

-What can I say? I have an idea!

Her friend widened her eyes without understanding.

Lía, she ran, jumping away from her friend. As soon as he stood in front of it, his eyes met hers.

All the courage he had had was gone.

She couldn't help but swallow, and feel a little more anxious.

"Hello..." he said, leaving his friends behind and approaching her.

"He's even cuter up close!"

Soon she felt her cheeks red hot, not knowing quite what to say.

For seven years, I drank the bitter tonic my fiancé, Alpha Adrian, gave me, believing it would cure my "wolfless" defect. I was wrong. It was poison. He wasn't trying to heal me; he was keeping me weak so he could replace me with my foster sister, Ariel. When the fire consumed the Alpha's Wing, I was trapped under a burning beam, my legs crushed. Adrian kicked down the door. I reached out to him, screaming for help. But he didn't look at me. He looked at Ariel, who was lying on the floor in a silk nightgown. He scooped her up, cradling her like she was the only thing that mattered. I begged him not to leave me. Instead of helping, he used his Alpha Command on me, his voice booming with supernatural weight. "Stay put! I'll be back for you!" It was a lie. He used his power to freeze me in the inferno and left me to burn alive. I survived, only to watch him publicly reject me for her the next day, with my own father's blessing. They called me a "genetic dead end." They thought I would crawl away and die in shame. I didn't. I limped up the mountain to the Neutral Lands to find the one man everyone fears-the exiled Alpha, Garth Morgan. "I have the Gamma Bloodline Scroll," I told the massive figure emerging from the shadows. "I don't want your gratitude," Garth growled, his eyes like storm clouds. "I'm not here for gratitude," I replied, staring him down. "I'm here to make a deal with the devil."

Today is October 14th, my birthday. I returned to New York after months away, dragging my suitcase through the biting wind, but the VIP pickup zone where my husband's Maybach usually idled was empty. When I finally let myself into our Upper East Side penthouse, I didn't find a cake or a "welcome home" banner. Instead, I found my husband, Caden, kneeling on the floor, helping our five-year-old daughter wrap a massive gift for my half-sister, Adalynn. Caden didn't even look up when I walked in; he was too busy laughing with the girl who had already stolen my father's legacy and was now moving in on my family. "Auntie Addie is a million times better than Mommy," my daughter Elara chirped, clutching a plush toy Caden had once forbidden me from buying for her. "Mommy is mean," she whispered loudly, while Caden just smirked, calling me a "drill sergeant" before whisking her off to Adalynn's party without a second glance. Later that night, I saw a video Adalynn posted online where my husband and child laughed while mocking my "sensitive" nature, treating me like an inconvenient ghost in my own home. I had spent five years researching nutrition for Elara's health and managing every detail of Caden's empire, only to be discarded the moment I wasn't in the room. How could the man who set his safe combination to my birthday completely forget I even existed? The realization didn't break me; it turned me into ice. I didn't scream or beg for an explanation. I simply walked into the study, pulled out the divorce papers I'd drafted months ago, and took a black marker to the terms. I crossed out the alimony, the mansion, and even the custody clause-if they wanted a life without me, I would give them exactly what they asked for. I left my four-carat diamond ring on the console table and walked out into the rain with nothing but a heavily encrypted hard drive. The submissive Mrs. Holloway was gone, and "Ghost," the most lethal architect in the tech world, was finally back online to take back everything they thought I'd forgotten.
