The weird-awesome girl is a story that introduces us to a girl with some strange behavior and the events that occur that makes readers want to be the ones deciding if she is even more weird.
Chapter 1 Inauguration
It was my first year at University, my first
time at campus and my first time in the city of Pretoria. As a reserved person
I am and as predicted, things did not go so easy for me. A month passed, the
whole thirty one days and still I had zero friends! Things on the other hand were
not so bad. I got to learn a few things here and there. I discovered a lot of
new amazing and beautiful places in the city and of course I did that all alone.
I also visited a few nice restaurants and museums surely not forgetting my mother’s
words before I left home “Remember you are going to school so once you get
there study, focus and do not waste your money because a girl has to have some savings.
Take good care of yourself. You are a young adult now and always know in your
heart that I love you.” and those were the exact words she told me. I kept them
in my heart and I still remember them as if I heard them yesterday. I have to admit it was fun getting lost at
times also knowing that whenever I did there was no need to worry or to stress
myself since I had a GPS on my phone . In our campus I discovered some
beautiful areas and two cool chilling places which only a few students were
aware of , where you could just sit by yourself like I do or just chill with a friend.
