Little did he know that this wicked game would lead him to form an unlikely alliance with two friends, 18 year old Sarah West and 19 year old Mark Smith, both residents of New Orleans. Before their abduction, Jake, Sarah, and Mark were living ordinary lives, unaware of the darkness that awaited them. Suddenly, they wake up disoriented and frightened, confined to a mysterious room. A harrowing revelation soon hits them-they are just three amongst a total of 100 captives who are being subjected to a series of 100 deadly escape rooms, designed solely for the sadistic pleasure of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y. As the trio progresses from one treacherous room to another, they rely on their unique skills and resourcefulness to survive. Each room presents its own challenges and moral dilemmas, testing their friendship as they grapple with decisions that could mean life or death for themselves and their fellow captives. Amidst the turmoil, they stumble upon fragments of clues that hint at the organization's true motives, pushing them to unravel the darkest secrets of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y. They discover that sacrifices have been made in the past to satisfy the sadistic desires of their captors. The challenges escalate, and with each deadly encounter, the tension within the trio grows. Trust becomes a fragile thread as they face moments of suspense, overcome booby traps, and confront formidable enemies lurking within the rooms. Even more devastating, a traitor emerges from their ranks, intensifying their paranoia and desperation. Ultimately, the game reaches its climactic final room, where Jake and Sarah uncover a shocking truth-Mark, their trusted teammate, is the CEO of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y. In a gritty battle fueled by cunning tactics and unwavering determination, they outsmart their former ally, escape the final room, and expose the dark intentions of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y to the world. Though they celebrate their victory, the leader of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y manages to evade capture, leaving the trio determined to bring justice to the organization. Armed with the evidence they collected during their confrontation, Jake and Sarah set out to ensure that the horrors of C.E.N.T.U.R.Y are exposed and that no one else falls victim to its sadistic pleasure.

C.E.N.T.U.R.Y: No escape Chapter 1 100

One: 100

**New Orleans, 11th October 2023**

**2:00 PM**

"So, what do you think guys?" Martha Willson asked her two children, Jake and Bella Willson, as they arrived at their New house.

"Bloody hell! You really want us to live in this dump mom?" Bella asked angrily as she got down from the car.

"Shut up Bella, you are just sixteen years old, your opinion does not count. By the way this house looks great mom, it looks like a really nice....errr....story building." Jake said, then he walked to the back of their car and started carrying their luggage into their new house.

"I am sorry this house did not meet your expectations darling, but this is all I could afford after your dad left us with nothing. Believe me I would have not have gotten this house if not because of how broke I am." Martha calmly explained to Bella, who was still angry at her brother for shutting her up.

"Well, it is a bit too late to turn back init? I will just go take a look at the inside of the house." Bella said and hurried off into the house.

Jake turned and saw Bella hurrying into the house then he shouted to her.

"Bella! Come help me with this luggage, do not leave me......here." Jake sighed as he heard bell shut the entrance door loudly to show him she had no intentions of helping him.

Martha chucked and then said to Jake.

"Let her be Jake, let me help you instead."

"Come on mom, if you keep on letting her have her way, she would get spoiled." Jake complained.

"Please, just let her be. You knew how close she was to your father, and now he is gone, I do not want anything to make her remember him with sadness." Martha said to Jake.

"It alright mom, after all, we are all we have got so we have to look out for each other." Jake replied.

"You are such a wonderful child Jake, I do not know what I would have done without you." Martha said to Jake, then tears gathered in her eyes and she spoke in a trembling voice. "You know Jake, you look so much like your father. Brown hair, Brown eyes, and his exact skin white tone. You are also tall, just like he was, and above all, you are just as caring as he was."

"Mom please stop crying, you know I hate it when you cry." Jake said comforting Martha.

"You are a good boy Jake, too good, and I appreciate it. But there are people in this world who would not, so when you meet with them do not play nice. Show them that you caring nature is not cowardice." Martha said to Jake then she wiped her eyes and carried some of their luggage into the house.

**Five hours later**

The Willson's sat down together at the dinning table, they were just about to have lunch after five stressful hours of arranging their properties into their new home. As they ate together they chatted happily about things they did in time past, and Jake kept on teasing Bella about how short she was.

"Come on Jake, I am not short, I am five feets and five inches tall. That is perfect for a girl my age." Bella said to Jake.

"No it is not shortie, look at me, I am six feet and two bloody inches, and I am only 19 years old." Jake replied Bella.

"Alright you two. Come on Jake, you are only this tall because of puberty. You were her height at her age." Martha said.

"More importantly, you two will be starting a new school tomorrow. And Jake, you have to work harder, I cannot afford you failing any other tests. Am I clear?" Martha said to them.

Together Jake and Bella echoed "Yes mother."

**The next day**

"Alright Jake, I will come pick you up when school is over." Martha said to Jake, waved him goodbye and drove off.

Walking Into his new school Jake said to himself.

"It is just another wonderful day, except in a new school, what is the worst that could happen?"

**15 minutes later**

"Arrgh!" Jake grunted as Jeff, the notorious school Bully punched him hard in the face.

Jake without hesitation lunched back at Jeff and punched him in his face, but Jeff's friends held him up to the wall while Jeff kept on punching him all over his body. Suddenly a teacher walked into the scene accompanied by two other students, Mark Smith and Sarah West. They had seen Jeff bullying Jake, and they hurried to report to their class teacher.

"Enough of this Jeff, three of you go to the principal's office now!" Mr. Alex, their class teacher ordered.

Sarah and Mark hurried to Jake, then they helped him up, then they helped him into the classroom and showed him his desk. It was right beside Sarah's desk.

Hours past and soon it was lunch time. Jake, accompanied by Sarah and Mark, went into the cafeteria to have their lunch together. As they sat down together they began chatting with each other.

"So, umm... my name is Sarah West and this is Mark Smith. Sorry about Jeff, he is a real jerk. So what's your name?" Sarah said to Jake happily.

"Ugh... I am Jake Willson, I just moved to New Orleans with my mom and my little sister." Jake replied.

"Wow that's cool. Sorry once again, you were supposed to get a good first impression of this school." Mark said to Jake.

"Well, it is a bit too bloody late for that init? I already have a terrible impression about this school." Jake replied.

"Well, sorry about that. No worries, I will show you something that will cheer you up on our way home." Mark said to Jake.

"No can do mate, my mom's picking me up after school." Jake replied.

"Do not worry, it would only take a minute." Mark persuaded.

"Fine, just a minute."

Hours passed and the finnaly bell rang. The trio went together to see what Mark promised to show them, but just when they were a bit far from the school, three men came behind them and injected them with tranquilizers.

Jake, Sarah, and Mark woke up in a dark room with a weird collar on their necks, suddenly the room lit up and they saw a lot of people in the room. They each had a number on their collars, and the highest number was 100. Suddenly an automated voice spoke.

"Welcome to C.E.N.T.U.R.Y escape room, you are to group your selves into five teams of 20, and get ready to face your doom!"

I stood at my mother's open grave in the freezing rain, my heels sinking into the mud. The space beside me was empty. My husband, Hilliard Holloway, had promised to cherish me in bad times, but apparently, burying my mother didn't fit into his busy schedule. While the priest's voice droned on, a news alert lit up my phone. It was a livestream of the Metropolitan Charity Gala. There was Hilliard, looking impeccable in a custom tuxedo, with his ex-girlfriend Charla English draped over his arm. The headline read: "Holloway & English: A Power Couple Reunited?" When he finally returned to our penthouse at 2 AM, he didn't come alone-he brought Charla with him. He claimed she'd had a "medical emergency" at the gala and couldn't be left alone. I found a Tiffany diamond necklace on our coffee table meant for her birthday, and a smudge of her signature red lipstick on his collar. When I confronted him, he simply told me to stop being "hysterical" and "acting like a child." He had no idea I was seven months pregnant with his child. He thought so little of my grief that he didn't even bother to craft a convincing lie, laughing with his mistress in our home while I sat in the dark with a shattered heart and a secret life growing inside me. "He doesn't deserve us," I whispered to the darkness. I didn't scream or beg. I simply left a folder on his desk containing signed divorce papers and a forged medical report for a terminated pregnancy. I disappeared into the night, letting him believe he had successfully killed his own legacy through his neglect. Five years later, Hilliard walked into "The Vault," the city's most exclusive underground auction, looking for a broker to manage his estate. He didn't recognize me behind my Venetian mask, but he couldn't ignore the neon pink graffiti on his armored Maybach that read "DEADBEAT." He had no clue that the three brilliant triplets currently hacking his security system were the very children he thought had been erased years ago. This time, I wasn't just a wife in the way; I was the one holding all the cards.

My bank account showed exactly $42.18, and my student loan notifications were flashing red. I lived in a sweltering Queens apartment with my Aunt Lydia, where the air was thick with the smell of stale frying oil and the constant threat of being homeless. Lydia handed me a grainy photo of a man twice my age and told me she had already "sold" me to him. He was a dry cleaner looking for a wife, and in exchange for my hand, he would pay off her credit cards and my debt. If I didn't show up for the date that night, my boxes would be on the curb by midnight. I arrived at the cafe in a state of panic, my selective mutism making it impossible to even breathe. In the crowded room, I accidentally sat at the wrong table. Instead of the man from the photo, I found myself facing Gerhard Holcomb—the cold, terrifyingly handsome billionaire whose family owned the very museum where I worked. He didn't send me away; instead, he studied my trembling hands and offered me a different deal: a two-year contract marriage, a two-million-dollar payout, and a strict clause forbidding any children. I signed the papers and moved into his Park Avenue penthouse, thinking I was finally safe. But when I went back to the old apartment to retrieve the only memento of my dead parents, Lydia lashed out, leaving me bleeding from a head wound. Gerhard’s retaliation was absolute—he had her arrested and her building foreclosed on within hours, claiming he was simply "protecting his assets." As I recovered in his silent, glass-walled home, I saw a call from a famous socialite flash on his phone, and a cold truth settled in my gut. I wasn't just a wife; I was a placeholder, a silent shield used to fend off the women from his past. I looked at the massive pink diamond on my finger and realized the silence I had lived in my whole life was about to become my most expensive prison. I had traded a life of poverty for a high-stakes game of shadows, and now I had to survive the man who claimed to own me.

I arrived at the hotel with Julian's favorite takeout, ready to surprise my fiancé before our big merger. But the moment I swiped the keycard, the silence of the hallway felt heavy and wrong. Inside, a red-soled stiletto lay on the marble floor-the same one I'd watched my best friend Lila try on at Saks last week. Through the cracked bedroom door, I watched Julian's back arch as Lila looked me straight in the eye and smiled, wrapping her legs tighter around him to mock my heartbreak. I fled to the penthouse to hide, only to find Grafton, Julian's "crippled" brother, waiting in the dark. To my horror, the man who was supposed to be paralyzed stood up from his wheelchair, gripped my chin with cold fingers, and forced me to sign a contract that gave him control of my family's shares. He knew about my mother's secret medical bills and used them to buy my silence, effectively turning my life into a calculated game of corporate chess. The betrayal tasted like acid, and the injustice of it all burned in my throat. My fiancé was a liar, my best friend was a thief, and the man now controlling my fate was a predator who had been faking his disability for years. I couldn't understand how everyone I trusted had turned out to be a monster. I was trapped between a man who cheated on me and a man who wanted to own me, with no way out and no one to turn to. But when Julian came looking for me, Grafton didn't hide; he stood tall, looming over me with a possessive glint in his eyes. "Help me destroy Julian," I rasped, realizing that to survive the Faulkner men, I had to become the most dangerous player of them all.

The sterile white of the operating room blurred, then sharpened, as Skye Sterling felt the cold clawing its way up her body. The heart monitor flatlined, a steady, high-pitched whine announcing her end. Her uterus had been removed, a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, but the blood wouldn't clot. It just kept flowing, warm and sticky, pooling beneath her. Through heavy eyes, she saw a trembling nurse holding a phone on speaker. "Mr. Kensington," the nurse's voice cracked, "your wife... she's critical." A pause, then a sweet, poisonous giggle. Seraphina Miller. "Liam is in the shower," Seraphina's voice purred. "Stop calling, Skye. It's pathetic. Faking a medical emergency on our anniversary? Even for you, that's low." Then, Liam's bored voice: "If she dies, call the funeral home. I have a meeting in the morning." Click. The line went dead. A second later, so did Skye. The darkness that followed was absolute, suffocating, a black ocean crushing her lungs. She screamed into the void, a silent, agonizing wail of regret for loving a man who saw her as a nuisance, for dying without ever truly living. Until she died, she didn't understand. Why was her life so tragically wasted? Why did her husband, the man she loved, abandon her so cruelly? The injustice of it all burned hotter than the fever in her body. Then, the air rushed back in. Skye gasped, her body convulsing violently on the mattress. Her eyes flew open, wide and terrified, staring blindly into the darkness. Her trembling hand reached for her phone. May 12th. Five years ago. She was back.
