John wasn't little. Not anymore. He wasn't six years old, clinging to his mother's hand in the bustling marketplace, wide-eyed at the sights and smells. He wasn't eight, dreaming of adventure under the starlit sky, whispering tales of pirates and dragons to his teddy bear. He wasn't even the scrawny fourteen-year-old who'd run away to sea, lured by stories of faraway lands and hidden treasures.

Chapter 1 The Little John: A Chronicle of Dreams and Tides

Part I: Shipwrecked Dreams (Chapters 1-25)

1. The Storm's Cradle: Six-year-old John clings to a splintered spar, the sky weeping salt as it mourns his lost parents. Cast ashore by a benevolent wave, he finds solace in the bustling port of Aethelred, nestled in the crook of a kindly dockworker's arms.

2-5. Tales from the Salty Lips: Years weave their tapestry, filled with the scent of spices and the rhythm of the harbor. John devours sailors' tales, their whispers igniting within him a fire for adventure, for uncharted islands and hidden treasures.

6. Black Fang's Bite: The infamous pirate ship "Black Fang" descends upon Aethelred, a storm of steel and fury. Witnessing his adoptive father fall, John escapes overboard, the taste of fear and salt mingling on his tongue.

7-12. Adrift in Despair: Days bleed into nights. John battles starvation and despair, the vast ocean offering solace and terrifying emptiness in equal measure. A chatty, cynical seagull named Squawk becomes his only companion.

13. El Silencio's Embrace: A tempestuous dance with the waves throws John onto the jagged shores of El Silencio, the Island of Silence, shrouded in myth and whispers of misfortune.

14-19. Learning to Breathe Again: Shipwrecked and alone, John carves a new life from the island's raw materials. Grief gnaws at him, yet the rhythm of survival teaches him to breathe again.

20-23. Years Turn to Stone: Time becomes a sculptor, chiseling John into a strong, weathered giant. His heart harbors dreams, but they lie dormant, hidden under the dust of solitude.

24. A Chest Whispers Secrets: A storm reveals a buried treasure chest, whispering tales of forgotten maps and forgotten dreams.

25. Dreams Rekindled: The chest becomes a catalyst, stirring the embers of John's longings. The island still provides, but the whisper of the outside world calls to his restless spirit.

Part II: Anya and the Spark of Hope (Chapters 26-50)

26. A Storm's Blessing: Another tempest unleashes its fury, tossing a damaged boat onto the island. Inside, John finds Anya, a young pirate runaway, barely clinging to life.

27-30. Healing Heart and Rekindled Spirit: As John nurses Anya back to health, her stories of the world beyond rekindle his youthful yearning for adventure.

31-35. Island Girl, City Dreams: Anya adapts to island life with unexpected ease, challenging John's cynicism with her vibrant spirit and resourcefulness.

36-40. Escape's Song: The treasure chest becomes a symbol of liberation. Anya proposes repairing the boat, fueled by her dream of freedom, and John wrestles with the conflicting desires of safety and yearning.

41-45. Squawk's Objections: Squawk, fiercely protective of their isolated haven, voices his opposition to leaving, painting terrifying pictures of the dangers beyond.

46. Sacrifice and Farewell: While repairing the boat, John saves Anya from a venomous snake, sacrificing himself in the process. Squawk, heartbroken, chooses to stay behind, guarding John's spirit on the island.

47-50. Setting Sail with a Heavy Heart: Laden with grief and Squawk's memory, they set sail, navigating their way through unfamiliar waters, facing storms and dangers, relying on each other's resilience and the silent guidance of Squawk's spirit.

Part III: Treasure Hunt and Betrayal (Chapters 51-75)

51-55. Pirate Haven: Drawn by the map's promise, they navigate treacherous waters to Skull Rock, a notorious pirate haven. John's past as a dockworker helps them gain entry, but suspicion and hostility follow close behind.

56-60. The Queen's Bargain: They secure an audience with the enigmatic Pirate Queen, Calypso, a woman as beautiful as she is ruthless. Anya's charm and John's stoicism earn them safe passage in exchange for half the treasure.

61-65. Uneasy Alliance: Joining Calypso's crew, they sail towards the treasure island, navigating treacherous waters and rivalries between pirate factions. Anya, haunted by Squawk's absence, finds solace in John's strength.

66-70. Whispers of Secrets: Anya deciphers hidden messages in the map, hinting at a secret power greater than mere gold buried on the island. John, meanwhile, grows close to Finn, a young pirate yearning for a life beyond Calypso's clutches.

71-74. Unveiling the Truth: Reaching the treasure island, they fight their way through booby traps and jungle beasts, eventually uncovering the "treasure" – an ancient artifact pulsating with power. Calypso reveals her true aim: to use the artifact's dark magic to conquer the known seas.

75. Betrayal and Battle: Finn, disillusioned by Calypso's cruelty, joins John and Anya in a desperate battle against the pirate queen and her loyalists. As chaos erupts, Anya recognizes the danger the artifact poses in the wrong hands and hatches a daring plan.

Part IV: Sacrifice and New Beginnings (Chapters 76-100)

76-80. A Noble Choice: Anya uses her cunning to disable the artifact, rendering it powerless. Calypso, enraged, lunges for Anya, but John steps in, taking the full force of her attack. He falls mortally wounded, sacrificing himself to protect Anya and the world from the artifact's evil influence.

81-85. Mourning and Resolve: Grief weighs heavily on Anya and Finn. They honor John's sacrifice by burying him on the island, vowing to keep his memory alive. Fueled by newfound purpose, they return to Skull Rock, determined to expose Calypso's treachery.

86-90. Confrontation and Justice: Anya and Finn rally the pirates disillusioned by Calypso's rule, exposing her plans and the artifact's dangers. A tense standoff ensues, culminating in a thrilling confrontation where Anya's wit and Finn's swordsmanship overcome Calypso's forces.

91-95. Seeking a New Home: With Calypso captured and the artifact secured, Anya and Finn face the pirates. Torn between freedom and responsibility, they choose to lead the reformed crew, establishing a new pirate haven based on justice and fair trade.

96-100. Echoes of Dreams: Years pass. Anya and Finn lead a prosperous pirate haven, ensuring trade flourishes without oppression. They honor John's memory by educating young pirates about his sacrifice and the dangers of unchecked power. In the end, John's dream of adventure lives on, not in seeking hidden treasures, but in leaving the world a better place than he found it.

LITTLE JOHN'S POEM

Little John, no longer small,

His heart held dreams though weathered, tall.

On isle of silence, waves his song,

Years etched his strength, where he belonged.

Anya came, a storm-tossed dove,

Rekindled embers, whispered love.

To mend the boat, escape the shore,

Together sail, and dream once more.

Treasures sought, not just of gold,

But freedom's song, a story told.

Betrayal's bite, and sacrifice,

John's noble heart paid the dear price.

Anya's courage, Finn's sword's gleam,

Justice sought, a pirate's dream.

New haven blooms, where shadows fled,

Little John's spirit softly tread.

Though waves may crash, and winds may blow,

His legend lives, where stories flow.

For dreams endure, in hearts untold,

The Little John, forever bold.

I received a pornographic video. "Do you like this?" The man speaking in the video is my husband, Mark, whom I haven't seen for several months. He is naked, his shirt and pants scattered on the ground, thrusting forcefully on a woman whose face I can't see, her plump and round breasts bouncing vigorously. I can clearly hear the slapping sounds in the video, mixed with lustful moans and grunts. "Yes, yes, fuck me hard, baby," the woman screams ecstatically in response. "You naughty girl!" Mark stands up and flips her over, slapping her buttocks as he speaks. "Stick your ass up!" The woman giggles, turns around, sways her buttocks, and kneels on the bed. I feel like someone has poured a bucket of ice water on my head. It's bad enough that my husband is having an affair, but what's worse is that the other woman is my own sister, Bella. ************************************************************************************************************************ “I want to get a divorce, Mark,” I repeated myself in case he didn't hear me the first time—even though I knew he'd heard me clearly. He stared at me with a frown before answering coldly, "It's not up to you! I'm very busy, don't waste my time with such boring topics, or try to attract my attention!" The last thing I was going to do was argue or bicker with him. "I will have the lawyer send you the divorce agreement," was all I said, as calmly as I could muster. He didn't even say another word after that and just went through the door he'd been standing in front of, slamming it harshly behind him. My eyes lingered on the knob of the door a bit absentmindedly before I pulled the wedding ring off my finger and placed it on the table. I grabbed my suitcase, which I'd already had my things packed in and headed out of the house.
