Because of his grandfather's will, Henry Richard had to stay at Walter's in-laws for three years. But with his aggressive nature, in just a few days he caused the Walters to become chaotic. He was a thorn in the Walters' eyes, and he was ready to oppose them at any moment. Henry Richard is a supreme warrior and he will never yield to anyone.

Supreme Warrior! Chapter 1 In-Laws.

The city of Los Angeles...

- Mr. Henry, I beg you to accept the marriage!

In the lobby of the Palace Lotus Flower, an old, harsh figure kneels on the ground, constantly begging the young man in front.

At the top, his tall, fierce but majestic silhouette seemed to radiate a tremendous power flow, filling the entire Palace Lotus Flower.

Henry Richard sat cross-legged on the jade chair, the corner of his lips bent up:

- As Walter's son-in-law, you're asking me to drown myself in a fucking hole?

The older man heard that, and his face immediately changed, shaking his head in a hurry.

- Before the old master died, he made a will. The will requires Sir Henry to go down the mountain and be Walter's son-in-law for three years. Mr. Henry, you can't resist. Consider it, sir.

As soon as the older man finished speaking, all the officials at God of Electricity bowed down and begged simultaneously.

Until now, Henry Richard hated to see people kneeling and begging. Right now, they're putting him in a tight spot. He's the master of the entire Lotus Flower empire, and now they want him to hide his identity, flatter tail, as Walter's son-in-law.

Henry Richard sighed, then waved his hand to signal everyone to get up. All right, three years with him is like a snap, and there's nothing he can't do.

At Walter's in-laws, it's like a bit of experience in his life!

......................

The Walter family is one of the most prominent families!

- Henry Richard, what are you doing so slow you can't even get your feet up?

Clara Walter, the eldest daughter of Walter's family, is also Henry Richard's current wife, crossing her legs for breakfast, bending her lips toward her husband, and scolding him.

Although married, Clara Walter despises Henry Richard's inferiority complex. She's the lady of the Walter family, and yet she has to bite her teeth and marry a cheap cook just because the father of her is so grateful for Richard's family saving Walter's host of a house life.

Hearing Clara Walter screaming in the living room, Henry Richard was cleaning the house with his eyes glued to his eyes. He gripped the broomstick so tightly that the plastic body slowly squeaked and soon broke.

"Mr. Henry, as Walter's son-in-law, I beg you to remain calm. Calm is the key to making a good king."

Henry Richard took a deep breath, quickly cleaned up the wreckage he had just caused, and hurried upstairs.

Clara Walter saw his slovenly figure pouting, threw the melon shell directly to the ground, his lips snorted:

- Your eyes and nose on your head? See this shit right under my feet?

Henry Richard didn't respond, gently bending over to clean up the melon shells that Clara Walter just threw out. Waiting for the expiration of three years, he will teach her how to live correctly!

A loud bell rang suddenly from outside the door.

Henry Richard took out the melon peel and ran to open the door. The guest is Raymond Vincent, Clara Walter's childhood boyfriend. Raymond Vincent used to think, wait for him and Clara Walter to be husband and wife sooner or later. And yet, one night, Clara Walter had to marry Henry Richard.

So in Raymond Vincent's heart, Henry Richard is the thorn in the eye.

- Shit, get out of here!

Raymond Vincent lifts his foot and stomps hard on Henry Richard's bare feet, his arrogant face.

Henry Richard's hands clenched into fists, his heart was boiling with anger, but his face was still very calm.

Trying to make a joke out of him, Raymond Vincent made a big mistake.

Raymond Vincent pushed Henry Richard to a corner of the wall, calmly walked toward Clara Walter, and wrapped his arms around her neck. These two people's intimate posture made Henry Richard feel highly despised. He shrugged, snorted, and walked up to the dressing room.

- Clara Walter, it's time for me to go to the restaurant. I'll be home in five hours.

Henry Richard's words were like the wind in Clara Walter's ear. She smiled and said to Raymond Vincent, then glared at Henry Richard.

He took a taxi and stretched out his shoulder for one. The feeling of comfort spread from head to toe, making Henry Richard extremely satisfied. The air in Walter's house smells like money, and it's not a pleasant time like this.

The restaurant where Henry Richard works is not far from here. He walked into the kitchen, quickly changed his apron, and started working. Henry Richard is one of the five talented chefs here. Although he has only been working for two months, Henry Richard's talent satisfies the restaurant manager.

Chef Felix Kenneth, twenty years older than Henry Richard, always looked at him with an evil eye. He said that as long as Henry Richard worked here for a few more months, he would surely be a threat, replacing his chef's post at any time.

- Henry, what's wrong with your mind these days? Look, did you slice the salmon this thick?

Felix Kenneth flung his hand into his fist, striking suddenly hard on the top of Henry Richard's head. His cold eyes suddenly squinted, holding a thin, sticky piece of salmon just one millimeter thick, sticking it close to Felix Kenneth's face and asking:

- You're telling me, what other units of measure are more minor than millimeters?

Felix Kenneth was startled by his question, his single eyes blazing with anger. The rest of the chefs couldn't help but smile with their hands covering their mouths. Before Henry Richard appeared, Felix Kenneth's arrogant attitude made them feel itchy.

His face soon stiffened. He turned and kicked Edward Jason, the youngest cook standing next to him, with his teeth clenched and swore:

- Shit! Are you laughing at me?

Edward Jason was stomped hard by Felix Kenneth, and the young face immediately swollen and bruised one cheek. Felix Kenneth's shot gave him a sharp pain, rolling around on the ground, moaning.

Seeing this brutal scene, the rest did not dare to laugh up half a word and quickly put their eyes down on who did that person's work.

I was sitting in the Presidential Suite of The Pierre, wearing a Vera Wang gown worth more than most people earn in a decade. It was supposed to be the wedding of the century, the final move to merge two of Manhattan's most powerful empires. Then my phone buzzed. It was an Instagram Story from my fiancé, Jameson. He was at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris with a caption that read: "Fuck the chains. Chasing freedom." He hadn't just gotten cold feet; he had abandoned me at the altar to run across the world. My father didn't come in to comfort me. He burst through the door roaring about a lost acquisition deal, telling me the Holland Group would strip our family for parts if the ceremony didn't happen by noon. My stepmother wailed about us becoming the laughingstock of the Upper East Side. The Holland PR director even suggested I fake a "panic attack" to make myself look weak and sympathetic to save their stock price. Then Jameson’s sleazy cousin, Pierce, walked in with a lopsided grin, offering to "step in" and marry me just to get his hands on my assets. I looked at them and realized I wasn't a daughter or a bride to anyone in that room. I was a failed asset, a bouncing check, a girl whose own father told her to go to Paris and "beg" the man who had just publicly humiliated her. The girl who wanted to be loved died in that mirror. I realized that if I was going to be sold to save a merger, I was going to sell myself to the one who actually controlled the money. I marched past my parents and walked straight into the VIP holding room. I looked the most powerful man in the room—Jameson’s cold, ruthless uncle, Fletcher Holland—dead in the eye and threw the iPad on the table. "Jameson is gone," I said, my voice as hard as stone. "Marry me instead."

I thought I was waking up in the arms of Arthur, the man I loved. But as the morning light hit the Hamptons estate, the man buttoning his cuffs by the window turned around with eyes like chips of ice. It was Augustus Riddle, Arthur’s cruel younger brother, and I had just spent the night whispering confessions of love into the wrong man's ear. The night I thought was a beautiful beginning turned into a devastating nightmare. Instead of comfort, Gus treated me like a stain on his expensive carpet, scribbling a check for "services rendered" before shoving me into a dark service corridor to hide my existence from his brother. "How much does it cost to buy your silence?" He sneered, before leaving me barefoot in a torrential downpour while he drove away in a luxury Cadillac. Four years later, I am a struggling actress in Los Angeles, working double shifts as a barista just to keep the lights on. My life was finally stable until my roommate dragged me to a high-end dinner to meet her new "influential" boyfriend. The man sitting at the table, looking more arrogant and lethal than ever, was Augustus. He spent the entire night humiliating me, calling me a pathetic amateur and a social climber in front of my only friends. When I fled into the rain and collapsed on the sidewalk, skinning my knee until I bled, he watched from his car. He saw me clutching a plastic baggie containing the taped-together pieces of that four-year-old check—the only proof of my shame. He looked at me like roadkill, rolled up his window, and drove off into the dark. I couldn't understand why he was doing this. Why did he hate me enough to crush me, yet remember that I couldn't handle the smell of cigarette smoke? Why did he leave me bleeding in the street, only to send expensive medical supplies and coffee to my door the very next morning? "I'm moving out." I told my roommates, realizing that Gus Riddle didn't just want to destroy me; he wanted to haunt me. I grabbed my suitcase and walked out with eighty dollars to my name, finally ready to disappear into the city before he could burn the rest of my life to the ground.

I stood at my mother’s open grave in the freezing rain, my heels sinking into the mud. The space beside me was empty. My husband, Hilliard Holloway, had promised to cherish me in bad times, but apparently, burying my mother didn't fit into his busy schedule. While the priest’s voice droned on, a news alert lit up my phone. It was a livestream of the Metropolitan Charity Gala. There was Hilliard, looking impeccable in a custom tuxedo, with his ex-girlfriend Charla English draped over his arm. The headline read: "Holloway & English: A Power Couple Reunited?" When he finally returned to our penthouse at 2 AM, he didn't come alone—he brought Charla with him. He claimed she’d had a "medical emergency" at the gala and couldn't be left alone. I found a Tiffany diamond necklace on our coffee table meant for her birthday, and a smudge of her signature red lipstick on his collar. When I confronted him, he simply told me to stop being "hysterical" and "acting like a child." He had no idea I was seven months pregnant with his child. He thought so little of my grief that he didn't even bother to craft a convincing lie, laughing with his mistress in our home while I sat in the dark with a shattered heart and a secret life growing inside me. "He doesn't deserve us," I whispered to the darkness. I didn't scream or beg. I simply left a folder on his desk containing signed divorce papers and a forged medical report for a terminated pregnancy. I disappeared into the night, letting him believe he had successfully killed his own legacy through his neglect. Five years later, Hilliard walked into "The Vault," the city's most exclusive underground auction, looking for a broker to manage his estate. He didn't recognize me behind my Venetian mask, but he couldn't ignore the neon pink graffiti on his armored Maybach that read "DEADBEAT." He had no clue that the three brilliant triplets currently hacking his security system were the very children he thought had been erased years ago. This time, I wasn't just a wife in the way; I was the one holding all the cards.

I stood in the darkest corner of the Pierre Hotel’s ballroom, my cheap polyester dress itching against my skin while my wristband buzzed with a DARPA Priority Red alert. In front of the city’s elite, my fiancé Bryce Calloway took the stage, not to toast our future, but to publicly end our engagement and announce he was with my sister, Chloe. The room turned on me instantly, a hundred pairs of eyes pinning me down with pity and disgust as they physically backed away like I was contagious. When I returned home, my mother shattered a crystal vase at my feet, screaming that I was a humiliation and a "dropout" who didn't deserve a cent of the family fortune. Chloe and Bryce mocked me, laughing when I told them I had a mission with the National Security Agency, convinced I was either a pathological liar or a low-level criminal. They watched in horror as a black, unmarked military helicopter descended on our backyard to extract me, yet they still chose to believe I was being arrested for drug trafficking. They saw a pathetic girl who couldn't even parallel park, never realizing I was Dr. Nova Vance, the lead physicist behind the world's first successful fusion reactor. To secure funding for my research and gain a "fortress" of a name, I signed a thirty-day marriage contract with the arrogant billionaire Roman Knight. He treats me like a fraud, convinced I’m a gold-digger who failed out of college, while I quietly run global energy simulations from his guest bedroom. He has no idea that the "loser" he’s forced to live with is the same anonymous grandmaster who has been ruthlessly crushing him in online strategy games for months. "The contract is active," I told him, looking past his expensive suit. "But don't expect me to be your maid."
