Chapter 1 The Beginning
In the small town of Meadowbrook, two young souls named Lily and Max crossed paths on the first day of kindergarten. Their connection was instant as though it were lit by some sort of match and the candle kept burning hot, it had to be love at first sight because they became best friends instantly. Time flew so fast and there was hardly any day that went by without the both of them enjoying each other's company. They spent their days exploring the woods, building forts, helping out with class works, reading stories to each other eating candy together, exchanging presents every holiday, stargazing together since they lived in the same neighborhood and sharing secrets under the old oak tree. Lily somehow seemed to always convince her parents to go visit max's family with her hence, they became binding by a compelling love at such a young age.
