The three-year marriage contract had fulfilled Bella's dream of having a crush. However, as was known to all, Brandon had always been in love with a woman named Sandra. The contract came to an end when his dream girl returned. Bella was unexpectedly pregnant with Brandon's child. On the day of getting the divorce certificate in the Civil Affairs Bureau, Bella had an accident. He didn't expect that this woman would hide so well that he would never be able to find her again. Unexpectedly, Mr. Wilson's eyes turned red. After getting drunk, his brother called someone to pick him up. He called a number which was labeled as "Honey", only to find that the number was Bella's, not Sandra's. It was not until she came back with the baby that Brandon realized that he had fallen in love with her a long time ago. He regretted it so much that he began to chase after his wife. He was willing to give up everything for her. Until one day, he took her hand again, pressed her into his arms, and said in a hoarse voice, "Bella, in fact, I noticed you during that speech. When will you come back to live? My bed is always cold now..." Bella hurriedly pushed him away. "How old are you? Don't you think it's disgusting? The child is still here." Kimmy covered his ears and ran away. "Mommy, I didn't hear anything. Go on with Daddy and try to have a younger sister as soon as possible!"

Chapter 1 Chapter 1 A Close Lover

"Brandon, don't stay here... Go back to our room..."

On the sofa, the woman's red eyes were filled with tears.

Her ashamed voice was broken by the man's force...

"Good girl." Brandon stared at the woman in front of him with his long and narrow black eyes and pinched her soft waist with his strong big hand...

After a period of intense joy, Brandon got up and pulled out a cigarette. His eyes were gloomy.

"Bella, let's get a divorce. Sandra is back."

Looking at the burning cigarette, Bella was stunned.

"Okay."

She didn't ask, nor did she cry. It was a kind of pain that slowly melted in her heart and seeped into her bones.

The name "Sandra" had been ringing in her ears for three years before their marriage contract was signed.

Over the past three years, Brandon had missed Miss Farrun so much that he had turned into countless voices, reminding her that the man in front of her had never belonged to her.

"I've drawn up a divorce agreement. I promised you everything. Anyway, thank you for taking care of me for three years." There was a flash of affection in his amorous eyes. Brandon said sincerely, "Thank you for your hard work."

"That's what I should do."

Bella nodded, and her eyes were sore.

Three years ago, she agreed to the deal because she was short of an expensive surgical fee. In order to save the vegetable mother who showed signs of waking up, Bella had marked her price clearly.

Fortunately, Eva liked her, so she also worked hard to make a special medicine to relieve his heart disease.

This was the reason why Brandon treated her with respect.

"I'll ask my assistant to send you the agreement later." Brandon fastened his watch on his strong wrist and put on his shirt. "Sandra will get off the plane tonight. We have a dinner party."

Bella habitually got up to find a tie for him, and the sad sense of shame was like a heavy stone pressing on her heart.

She had never been able to integrate into his circle, and he had never doted on her at all. However, as soon as that woman came back, she could have it all easily.

"Go ahead. I'll tell Eva about the divorce."

"Thank you." Brandon's thin lips curled into a smile as he rubbed Bella's hair with his warm hand.

It could be seen that Brandon couldn't wait to leave the villa in a hurry.

The window was open, and the wind was cold. There was still the temperature of Brandon's palm on the top of Bella's head.

She pulled out the drawer of the bedside table and looked at the pregnancy report.

The next day, in the office of Houston Hospital.

"Miss Smith, can you tell me why you chose to be a doctor?" The woman sitting in the middle pushed up her glasses with a serious face.

Bella submitted her resume to Houston hospital, and they invited her for an interview today.

"In order to save lives and heal injuries, most people think that being a surgeon is a high-paying profession, but I think it's a responsibility."

Bella smiled calmly. Her delicate facial features shone under the golden sunlight, and her long brown wavy hair was carefully combed into a ponytail.

She wanted to keep the child in her belly, which only belonged to her child.

Therefore, she had to find a job to ensure that she would have enough financial resources to raise this child after divorcing Brandon.

The woman in the middle was Luna, the director of Houston Hospital, who was flipping through Bella's information.

Finally, she said in a deep voice, "Miss Smith, you are the first in the final exam of the medical college. Why didn't you choose to work in a public hospital at that time? Instead, you became the private doctor of the Wilson Family?"

Luna held the recommendation letter in her hand. On it were words written by Brandon, and she waved it in front of Bella's eyes.

The recommendation letter was also a part of the contract, so that it would be easier for Bella to find a job after she divorced Brandon.

"For a high salary," Bella said bluntly, "If I choose the Wilson Family, I can afford my mother's huge surgery fee."

"If I can't be responsible for the people who give me life, then I don't deserve to be a doctor or a person."

The woman's voice was slow and orderly, more pleasant than the falling ice and snow on the eaves.

After Bella finished speaking, the atmosphere fell into a brief silence.

Luna said, "Miss Smith, I appreciate your honesty. And, congratulations on becoming a doctor at our hospital."

"Thank you. It's my honor."

At the end of the interview, an urgent phone rang. Bella quickly took out her phone and answered it.

It was an unknown number.

"Hello? Is that Bella? Come on, something happened!"

There was a lot of noise on the other end of the phone, followed by a woman's faint cry.

Bella frowned slightly. "Who are you?"

"I'm Martin." After all, Martin was Brandon's good friend. He was sweating and incoherent. "Brandon has a heart attack. He has no medicine on him."

Bella's heart tightened, and her palms broke out in a cold sweat. She could not hold her phone firmly.

Wisps of numbness and pain came from her lower abdomen.

"The address."

"Wild Bar."

Bella felt as if all the blood in her body had been poured into her heart, and she was suffering so much that she couldn't stand it.
