It was just an infatuation for the girl but the boy wanted more than just that, he wanted a real relationship with her and to build a family with her

Written by Emmaculate Muganhu

Tafadzwa

Hi I'm Tafadzwa a 23 year old university student at Zimbabwe University.I'm a short , light-skinned lady with Chinese shaped eyes.My best friend's name is Millicent and I'm in a 3 year old relationship with my Engineer boyfriend Chris .He is everything every girl can dream of.He has the body, the features as well as the height.

At Millicent 's crib

Tafadzwa: Woo nice dress Mills

Millicent: I know right

Tafadzwa:Why are you so dressed up though, is it for pics?

Millicent:Work of course(rolling her eyes)

Tafadzwa:(standing up)Are you kidding me, what do you mean work? You were attacked yesterday night , you're ain't okay!!

Millicent:I know but unlike you babes, l gotta work inoder to survive(applying her lipstick)

Tafadzwa:Are you nuts? You're hurt for Christ sake , can't you at least go the day after tomorrow?

Millicent:No babes my boss might replace me with someone else , lt hasn't even been a week since he hired me for the job so I can't risk it.Many girls wanted this job but l was the lucky one

Tafadzwa:(rolling her eyes).. Bartender? You call that a job?

Millicent: Sorry bitch but I can't risk loosing my job

Tafadzwa: You're so stubborn.Anyways I can't let you go alone especially after the incident that happened yesterday

Millicent:Thats my girl

Tafadzwa:And also the fact that you're badly hurt, otherwise you know how l hate clubs

Millicent:What a speech , go change already!

Tafadzwa

Millicent is the only person I have everclicked with since childhood. We grew up together as neighbors and friends, went to kindergarten together, elementary as well as tertiary together. The problem arised when it was time for University , she didn't have money to take her education further since her only provider(her grandmother)had just passed on. She grew up in the care of her grandmother since her mom had abondoned her in the hospital right after giving birth to her because her alleged father had refused to take responsibility for the pregnancy. So since the death of her grandmother, life has been very challenging for her.

Millicent:Hurry bruh , I'm already late!

Tafadzwa:Let me get my phone, is the tax here already?

Milicent:Almost babes

Millicent

I was still in deep pain ,all my bones were hurting and the pain was unbearable but I had to hustle. The only person who has ever loved me and cared for me since I was a minor had just passed on, my mother had abondoned me in the hospital the day I came on this earth so inorder to survive l had to work.I was lost in my deep thoughts when Tafadzwa interrupted me.

Tafadzwa:Mills , hey Millicent ( patting on her back). Are you okay?

Millicent:Yaa uh wasup?

Tax driver:We have arrived at the club madam

Millicent:Ooh that

Tafadzwa: If you're not okay we can go back home Mills .You don't have to pressurize yourself with this

Millicent:No I'm fine

Tafadzwa: You know l can provide you with anything right

Millicent:Lets go

Tafadzwa

We arrived at the Kimons club , the most expensive and classic club in the city of Harare . Everything looked cool and fancy except for the pole dancers who made me feel uncomfortable. From the second I arrived , l knew I didn't want to be in there but I had to stay for my best friend.

Millicent:Shots?

Tafadzwa:Are you kidding?

Millicent:Hahaha I was just pulling your leg , anyways let me do my work ( wearing an apron on top)

Tafadzwa: Where is your boss ?

Millicent: Probably in the VIP with his friends

Tafadzwa:Did you tell him about yesterday's incident?

Millicent:No , why would l want to risk loosing my job?

Tafadzwa: huh(laughs in disbelief)

Millicent and Tafadzwa were enjoying their conversation with each other as Millicent was behind the counter serving drinks for customers . They were gossiping and snapping videos of pole dancers.

Tafadzwa:mmm look at that one

Millicent: Haaha , that's crazy I can't imagine myself dancing like that

Tafadzwa: She is so flexible though

Millicent: How about those male strippers?

Tafadzwa:Thats so gayish , who dances like that?Just imagine your man doing that kkk
