Chapter 1 Preface

Similar to the Napoleonic Wars, a new empire is rising, and the continent is on the verge of a redistribution of power.

This emerging empire annexed a number of countries and formed the Norman Alliance.

Other countries on the continent seek to unite and plan to form another alliance - the Dante Alliance.

The country where the protagonist is located, the Republic of Monstock, is a democratic country with a fairly good military strength. It has become the next target of the Norman Alliance.

While resisting, the Monstock Republic sought assistance from other countries and tried its best to promote the formation of the Dante Alliance.

The story begins when negotiations are about to begin.

In this book, the combat effectiveness of the army is divided into high-end and low-end. The low-end is soldiers, who use weapons from the Napoleonic era, and the high-end is knights and readers.

War has entered the era of hot weapons, but knights are still the main force in the war. Ordinary soldiers can only be used for defense and occupation.

As a high-end force, knights are the real main force, while readers only play a supporting role and only occasionally take action.

Knights fight in groups, and the weapons they use are armors.

The armor is a magically powered weapon that weighs from six to seven hundred kilograms to five or six tons. It has magically powered tendons and is usually transported in a special tank.

Knights are inherited by blood. The protagonist accidentally received the blood inheritance, but his parents did not have knight blood, and his life experience was questionable.
