Chapter 1 The library.
_The Mystic Library
I stumble upon a secret library that appears only at night, and the sign above the door reads: "Get paid to uncover the secrets within." The shelves are infinite, and the books whisper secrets to each other. What happens when i open the first book and discover a note that says: "Solve the riddle within, and earn $10,000"
Exciting choice!
As i open the book, the pages crackle with an otherworldly energy. The text within is written in a language i don't recognize, but as i touch the page, the words begin to shift and rearrrange themselves, revealing a riddle in plain English:
"In the heart of darkness, where shadows play,
Seek the key to unlock the next day.
Face the fears that lurk within the night,
And claim your reward, shining bright."
A small, intricately carved key falls out of the book, attached to a leather strap. It looks old and mysterious.
As i hold the mysterious key, you start to feel a strange energy emanating from it. The air around me begins to shimmer, and i sense that the key is trying to communicate with you.
Suddenly, a whispery voice speaks in my mind: "Find the door with the celestial lock. The next clue awaits, but beware the guardians of the threshold."
