My Idol Is An Alpha Chapter 1 He is A Lycan

I was so shocked, my eyes were as if I couldn't believe a big wolf was sitting in his chair. Drex Ethan, is a solo idol that I like so crazy. I'm the idiot who infiltrated Drex's makeup room. Alone! I must accept the fact that my life is now at stake. That huge black wolf could not only give me an allergy to its fur but could tear me to death today!

"Shit!"

I turned around and ran as fast as I could. The worst thing was that the black wolf was already looking at me with its bright yellow eyes. The big black beast is following me! I ran as fast as I could, stupid me, who followed Drex, my idol, to a very lonely place, just to get his autograph. There's nobody here! Even if I scream, no one will hear. All I can do now is save myself.

The creature chased me. The wolf is one of the ferocious mammals that runs very fast and tirelessly. I have to find a way to survive! Enter the room! Yes, I have to go into the room and close it! Wolves can't open the door!

Is roar! The sound of the big beast snorting was already sounding close. I was very scared. From a young time, I hated dogs! Especially this wolf! Bigger and more ferocious! I ran to the left and entered the room. Before I could close the door, the big wolf pushed the door and jumped in.

I was cornered, I couldn't avoid it, the ferocious creature entered with grinning teeth ready to pounce on me. I turn right and left, there are no windows, no stuff, this room is just a space with no ventilation that could be a horrible room on my last day.

Gosh! It comes near.

"Go away! Go! Someone help me please!" I shouted, hoping someone would hear.

The wolf was silent, it didn't pounce, but slowly I saw something beyond reason. The black wolf changed, becoming a human figure that I knew. Drax Ethan, the idol I'm crazy about. The man came closer with sharp eyes that were indeed as sharp as a wolf's.

"Drax?"

"Humph!" his strong hands gripped my collar and pushed me hard against the wall.

"Argh!"

"Pervert! Why did you follow me into the locker room? What did you see? Did you bring a camera? Hand it over!" he snapped in a deep voice.

"No! I'm just asking for an autograph! But how come you? The wolf just now. Why did it turn this like? Oh, No!" I stammered in fear.

"Humph! You've seen it all, today is your last day, pervert!" he said, sounding angry.

"I'm not a pervert! I'm your fan!" I answered, trembling.

"Fans? Are you sure?"

"Yes! I am your Fans!" I answered, even more frightened because Drax was looking at me with irises that turned yellow.

"Haha! But you were running scared when you saw me! That wolf was me! Drax Ethan! I'm a Lycan!" he grinned and grinned closer and licked my cheek like he wanted to eat me right away.

I'm shaking. I didn't expect the idol I like to be a Lycan. I could have been torn to death that moment and become this creature's meal!

"You were my fan? Did you like me?" he asked, sniffing down my neck.

"You Drex? Are you him?" I asked, still in disbelief.

"Look at me! I'm Drex Ethan! Why are you upset that I'm a Lycan?" he asked in a threatening tone.

"I am your fan, I really like you. Gorgeous and charismatic! I love your voice, but, please don't kill me," I replied.

"Hump! At first, I wanted to eat your internal organs, but it looks like you're my fan, even though you're shaking," he said as he brought his face closer and still sniffed my scent.

"I'm your fan," I replied, justifying.

"Fine! I think you could be of use. What's your name?"

"Elea,"

"Elea! From today, you are my slave!" he said with a grin.

***

My name is Elea Jemima, a student majoring in history at a prominent campus in the city of San Louis. It's just, I don't really like taking classes, I think listening to lecturers talk is very boring.

The thing I like is music. Recently I idolized a rookie singer. His name is Drex Ethan, his fandom and I call him D.E. He's a very handsome man, very sexy, very cool and his voice is very amazing. From the first time he debuted, I immediately fell in love. I think he is the most perfect idol I've ever known.

"Lea! What are you doing?" she whispered.

I didn't hear it. I put on a Bluetooth headset and deliberately covered it with my hair while listening to Drex music while shaking my shoulders during the lecture. It seems that my absurd behavior was observed by Barbara, who was indeed sitting behind me.

"Lea!" she called again.

Annoyed at not being noticed, Barbara patted me from behind. I turned my head and opened one of my hidden headphones.

"What?"

"Ah, no wonder you're rocking. It turns out you're listening to music," she replied.

"Ssstt! Yeah, the lectures are boring," I whispered.

Barbara nodded, but her eyes remained straight ahead of where the lecturer was explaining ancient Roman history.

"Lea! What are you looking for in the back?" asked Mrs. Martha who was observing my movements.

"I am sorry, ma'am," I replied, caught chatting.

"Now explain what you know about Rome, why is it called Roman, and who was the first leader there?" asked Mrs. Martha testing.

"The Romans existed around 750 BC, Mam. Starting from the formation of the city of Rome and their first leader named Romulus,"

Mrs. Martha was quite impressed with my answer, and feeling unsatisfied she started asking again.

"Besides Romulus, there is another one who founded the Roman civilization. Do you know who his name is?"

"Remus, Romulus's twin brother, but they fought and Remus died at the hands of Romulus,"

"Hmm, that's right. It turns out you listened to my lecture, great!" Mrs. Martha said, feeling happy.

I just smiled, Mrs. Martha didn't know that I had been listening to Drex's album throughout her class. After all, Roman civilization is just one of the stories I've heard since elementary school. It's very easy for me.

Barbara just kept laughing, she knew for sure that I didn't care at all about the material taught by Mrs. Martha today. After college, Barbara immediately discussed it.

"You are great Lea, even though you don't listen, you can answer all the questions," Barbara said, smiling.

"Oh Gosh, she didn't know I was listening to music. If she knew there was a headset in my ear, she would have confiscated it immediately," I replied, grinning.

"Hmm, yes you're right. She will be mad at you, and you will automatically get a D."

"Oh my God! It's so terrible."

"But, actually what music made you crazy?" she asked.

"Drex's voice is amazing!" I answered with sparkling eyes.

"Are you sure because of the voice?" Barbara asked, feeling unsure.

"Also his face! He is the most gorgeous and sexiest man in the world! I love him!" I replied.

"Ah, you're a crazy fan, aren't you? Ghos!"

"Yes, I am her number one fan!"

"Really? I have a relative who works at an entertainment company, Drex is going to hold a fan meeting. Do you want the ticket?" she asked.

"Are you serious?"

"Yup, but not for free."

"Oh, come on! I don't have much money, Barbara. Give me half the price!" I asked.

"You don't need to pay, you just need to replace my job taking care of the nursing home,"

"What? Nursing home!"

"My parents made me do social work because they knew my grades were bad last semester. It's like a kind of punishment."

"So? Do you want me to accept your punishment? Oh, that's bad, Girl!"

"Instead of my punishment, then you will get a limited edition Drex fan meeting ticket! How about that?" Barbara offered.

"Deal! Only taking care of the elderly, isn't it?"

"Yup!"

"It's all very easy," I managed, who didn't know the fact that the elderly are usually as fussy as babies," said Elea.

"Great, you can start your job!" said Barbara with a smile.

Deal made, tickets to Drex's fan meeting booked. My face smiled happily, every morning I made time to come to the nursing home to help with the social work there. Changing bedsheets, cleaning up vomit, drying bed-wetting marks, is really tiring.

Until the day when Barbara was supposed to give me the ticket, the problem was that the annoying rich girl started whining again.

"Elea,"

"Yeah? What's wrong, Barbara? Have you got my ticket ready?" I asked enthusiastically.

"Yes, I already have, but __,"

"But what?"

"Please go to the nursing home today, they need you, one of the residents of the nursing home is sick, and they need people," she explained.

"But according to the agreement today, I'm off Barbara. Don't break your promise! Today is the Drex fans meeting!" I replied, annoyed.

"I'm sorry Elea, I'll buy you a T-shirt, merchandise and the latest album if you want. Only this morning, you can go straight to the event after the business is finished. It won't be long," Barbara explained.

"I know it's a tempting offer, but I don't want to miss my chance to meet Drex, Barbara. You should have done the punishment by yourself! At least today! I'm leaving, give me my ticket now!" I replied, annoyed.

"I wish I could be Elea, but I'm in Bangkok now. I'm on vacation without my parents knowing!" Barbara answered pitifully.

"Hey! Then how's my ticket?"

"I've sent it along with all the t-shirts, merchandise, and others! It must be in the receiving department at your rented house by now!"

"Are you sure?"

"100 persen sure!"

"Come on Elea, I beg you to help me just this one, just today! Please! I don't want my parents to be suspicious, they will take my credit card and I will become a miserable student without money," she said pleadingly.

"You suck! Huh! Fine! But only this time! No other social work again next time! Do you understand?" I answered, finally melted.

"Thank you, my friend! I will give you a big elephant from Bangkok as a souvenir!"

"There is no elephant as big as D.E. Just take your elephant! Huh,"

"You're a crazy fan girl! Have fun, Lea. See you next week!" she said.

The call was closed, and now I have to get up because I have to go to the nursing home first. Huuuh! Hopefully, the business is over there quickly and I can meet the handsome guy Drex Ethan.

Six years ago, I was a naive girl sold by my father to the powerful Sanders estate, only to be tossed onto the streets after a brutal assault they labeled "marital infidelity." I fled the country pregnant and broken, hiding from the shadow of a husband I had never even met. Now, I’ve returned to New York with my triplets to sign the final divorce papers and disappear forever. But Archibald Sanders—the man I was told was a crippled recluse—intercepted us with the cold precision of a predator. He didn't see the woman his family destroyed; he saw a gold-digger who had shamed his name. His security team hunted us to a grimy motel, using tactical force to snatch my children away and drag me to his glass-walled empire. In his office, he loomed over me, demanding a DNA test and threatening to throw me in prison while my babies were lost to the foster system. He was convinced I’d cheated, yet he stared at my sons with a haunting confusion, unable to ignore the stormy blue eyes that were a perfect mirror of his own. I stood there, paralyzed by his scent—the sharp tang of rain and expensive leather that triggered the icy dread of my worst nightmares. How could he accuse me of betrayal when he felt exactly like the monster who had shattered my life in that dark hotel room? "I'll sign anything," I sobbed, "just give me my kids." But the game changed when my five-year-old son hacked the tower’s security, holding the skyscraper hostage to save me. In the chaos, a fragile, silent boy—Archibald’s secret son—wandered into the room and reached for me as if I were his missing soul. Archibald’s face turned to stone as he tore up the agreement and locked the doors. "Until I find out why my son is looking at you like that," he growled, "you aren't going anywhere."

I stood in the darkest corner of the Pierre Hotel’s ballroom, my cheap polyester dress itching against my skin while my wristband buzzed with a DARPA Priority Red alert. In front of the city’s elite, my fiancé Bryce Calloway took the stage, not to toast our future, but to publicly end our engagement and announce he was with my sister, Chloe. The room turned on me instantly, a hundred pairs of eyes pinning me down with pity and disgust as they physically backed away like I was contagious. When I returned home, my mother shattered a crystal vase at my feet, screaming that I was a humiliation and a "dropout" who didn't deserve a cent of the family fortune. Chloe and Bryce mocked me, laughing when I told them I had a mission with the National Security Agency, convinced I was either a pathological liar or a low-level criminal. They watched in horror as a black, unmarked military helicopter descended on our backyard to extract me, yet they still chose to believe I was being arrested for drug trafficking. They saw a pathetic girl who couldn't even parallel park, never realizing I was Dr. Nova Vance, the lead physicist behind the world's first successful fusion reactor. To secure funding for my research and gain a "fortress" of a name, I signed a thirty-day marriage contract with the arrogant billionaire Roman Knight. He treats me like a fraud, convinced I’m a gold-digger who failed out of college, while I quietly run global energy simulations from his guest bedroom. He has no idea that the "loser" he’s forced to live with is the same anonymous grandmaster who has been ruthlessly crushing him in online strategy games for months. "The contract is active," I told him, looking past his expensive suit. "But don't expect me to be your maid."

The heavy iron gates of the Wilderness Correction Camp groaned as they released me after three years of state-sponsored hell. I stood on the dirt road, clutching a plastic bag that held my entire life, waiting for the family that claimed they sent me there for "rehab." My brother, Brady, picked me up in a luxury SUV only to throw me out onto a deserted highway in the middle of a brewing storm. He told me I was a "public relations nightmare" and that the rain might finally wash the "stink" of the camp off me. He drove away, leaving me to limp miles through the mud on a snapped ankle. When I finally dragged myself to our family estate, my mother didn't offer a hug; she gasped in horror because my muddy clothes were ruining her Italian marble. They didn't give me my old room back. Instead, they banished me to a moldy gardener’s shack and hired a "babysitter" to make sure I didn't embarrass them further. My sister, Kaleigh, stood there in white cashmere, pretending to cry while clinging to her fiancé, Ambrose—the man who had once been mine. They all treated me like a volatile junkie, refusing to acknowledge that Kaleigh was the one who planted the drugs in my bag three years ago. They wanted to believe I was broken so they wouldn't have to feel guilty about the "wellness retreat" that was actually a torture chamber. I sat in the dark of that shed, feeling the cooling gel on the cigarette burns that covered my arms, and realized they had made a fatal mistake. They thought they had erased me, but I had returned with a roadmap of scars and a hidden satellite phone. At dinner, I didn't beg for their love. I simply rolled up my sleeves and showed them the price of their silence. As the wine spilled and the lies crumbled, I sent a single text to the only person I trusted: "I'm in. Let them simmer." The hunt was finally on.

Today is October 14th, my birthday. I returned to New York after months away, dragging my suitcase through the biting wind, but the VIP pickup zone where my husband’s Maybach usually idled was empty. When I finally let myself into our Upper East Side penthouse, I didn’t find a cake or a "welcome home" banner. Instead, I found my husband, Caden, kneeling on the floor, helping our five-year-old daughter wrap a massive gift for my half-sister, Adalynn. Caden didn’t even look up when I walked in; he was too busy laughing with the girl who had already stolen my father’s legacy and was now moving in on my family. "Auntie Addie is a million times better than Mommy," my daughter Elara chirped, clutching a plush toy Caden had once forbidden me from buying for her. "Mommy is mean," she whispered loudly, while Caden just smirked, calling me a "drill sergeant" before whisking her off to Adalynn’s party without a second glance. Later that night, I saw a video Adalynn posted online where my husband and child laughed while mocking my "sensitive" nature, treating me like an inconvenient ghost in my own home. I had spent five years researching nutrition for Elara’s health and managing every detail of Caden’s empire, only to be discarded the moment I wasn't in the room. How could the man who set his safe combination to my birthday completely forget I even existed? The realization didn't break me; it turned me into ice. I didn't scream or beg for an explanation. I simply walked into the study, pulled out the divorce papers I’d drafted months ago, and took a black marker to the terms. I crossed out the alimony, the mansion, and even the custody clause—if they wanted a life without me, I would give them exactly what they asked for. I left my four-carat diamond ring on the console table and walked out into the rain with nothing but a heavily encrypted hard drive. The submissive Mrs. Holloway was gone, and "Ghost," the most lethal architect in the tech world, was finally back online to take back everything they thought I’d forgotten.

I went to the City Clerk’s office for a routine copy of my marriage license to finalize a trust fund audit. I expected a simple piece of paper, but the clerk’s pitying look told me my entire life was a lie. "The license was never finalized, Ms. Oliver. In the eyes of the state, you are single." The three-hundred-guest wedding at the Plaza and the Vogue features meant nothing. My husband, Gray Cooley, had intentionally filed the documents with a "procedural defect" so he could discard me without a legal divorce. Moments later, an iCloud invite titled "Our Little Secret" popped up on my screen. It was a photo of my best friend, Brylee, holding a positive pregnancy test at our Hamptons estate. Gray’s text to her was the final blow: "Happy anniversary, babe. This baby is the best gift. Once the trust unlocks today, we’re done with the charade." I soon discovered they were even stealing my career, reassigning my architectural masterpiece to Brylee while preparing my eviction notice. Gray's mother called me a "barren mule" in a leaked recording, mocking the infertility I suffered after saving Gray’s life in a construction accident. I wasn't a wife; I was a three-year placeholder used to secure his inheritance. How could the man I bled for treat me like a disposable prop? How could my best friend carry his child while pretending to comfort me through my darkest moments? The betrayal burned until it turned into a cold, hard stone of fury. I didn't cry. Instead, I walked into the penthouse of the Barretts, the Cooleys' most powerful rivals. I signed a marriage contract with Kane Barrett, the man the tabloids called the "Beast of Wall Street." "I want a wedding," I told his father, my voice steady and lethal. "Bigger than the one I had with Gray." If they wanted me gone, they would have to watch me become the woman who owns their world.
