The Mafia's Lovely Spy Chapter 1 1

Bella Trump stood frozen, her gaze locked on her father as her Stepmother unleashed a dramatic tirade.

"You ungrateful brat!" Mrs Linda spat, crocodile tears streaming down her face. "I took care of you like my own and made sure you got everything Bianca did not have still, you're determined to make me the bad woman in front of your father?"

Bella gritted her teeth as she heard this, seeing her fake tears made Bella want to purge. The woman sabotaged her career and orchestrated her daughter's raise to stardom. Bella couldn't help but wonder how she could lie so fluently.

Bella Trump was the first daughter of the Liverpool Multibillionaire business mogul, Cartersville Trump. Her mother died while giving birth to her and the father therefore remarried his long-time concubine who had a child for him out of wedlock.

Mrs Linda became a stand-in mother for her, while her stepsister also became a part of the family.

Maybe because Bella joined first, but after her signing into Immortal entertainment as an actress, the Stepmother make sure her daughter got there too.

Cunningly and shadiness, Bianca Trump became the most talked about celebrity in the country. She made sure she got every role in every auditions while using her father's influence.

Cartersville Trump came back from his bussines trip recently with sullen expression which was unusual saying it was because he lost a huge bussines deal to a young boss from one Agatha.

Bella's father is an Immortal Mafia member that never had a good relationship with the said Agatha. Growing up, Bella was made to understand that Agatha and Immortal are inborn enemies.

He stood up from his chair interrupting his wife and daughter with a very stern expression. "She's your mother stop rebelling!"

"She is not my mother dad! She was only acting like she cared because you were here, she didn't treat me like her daughter's so why should I stay?" Bella shouted at her father without relapse.

She knows how much of a drama queen her stepmother could be. The woman made Bella wear Bianca's hand-me-down clothes and even gave her daughter more pocket money than her acting like she cared is a new side of hers that Bella just saw.

Still on that case, her Bianca came downstairs and joined the rapture.

"Dad don't waste your time begging Bella to stay, she has always been mean to mum and I" Bianca said with a pout as if her mother and she were indeed treated badly by Bella.

"That's not true! It's the other way round!" Bella shouted as she looked at her father, waiting for his final verdict.

"Did you want to leave that much despite my presence?" Cartersville finally asked.

"Dad, I can't stay in the same house with Bianca and her mum anymore. Bianca stole all the roles meant for me and even spoke ill of me on the set, what is the use being born from the same father? I want to leave so that I can make a good improvement in my career!" she retorted back.

"You're are going anywhere, Bella! Bianca is your sister and we're all staying in this house! Can't you give up an ordinary movie role for your blood sister?" he asked again.

Bella looked at he father, she was lost for words. How could her father defend Bianca and her mother more than her on this issue? She wondered. "Dad you're supporting Bianca against me? Did she even treat me like her blood sister?" Bella asked as she swallowed the lump on her throat then she continued.

" Bianca never counted me as a part of the family, so why should I? What is the use of having a wealthy father and losing in all careers? This is mum's wish too... she wanted me to make it big too, so why are you supporting only her?" As she said this, Bella is now in tears.

Her father snubbed her upon hearing her mentioning her dead mother and went upstairs. The stepmother also scoffed and left the scene leaving the daughters.

"Look how you made a mess of yourself" Bianca said cockily.

Bella eyed Bianca with a malicious gaze then left the living room with her bags.

Bella Trump had dropped her bags back into her room with tears. Having no other way of venting her anger, she decided to go for a walk. She sashayed through the bustling streets of Liverpool in tears. Her life had been a mess since the day she met the strange woman called her stepmother.

How she had wished that someone could understand how much the mother and daughter had made her life miserable.

Bianca got everything she ever wanted. Despite being the eldest, she never had anything to her name befitting of a billionaire's daughter.

Giddy and weak, Bella walked lazily towards her father's house. She knows that she had to get home before 9:30 pm or else Bianca and her mother would close the door on her and she would have to sleep on the streets like she once did.

While walking down the alley that leads to her house, she bumped into a few men in black.

She drowsily bowed before the men to apologize but she heard, "That's her, Get her!" Instead.

Bella raised her heard work surprise as she heard this. "Who's who? They got the wrong person" she wondered.

The men rushed at her before she could think of running away. The men were too strong for her to handle as she struggled for dear life. They bundled her into the car and she felt her eyes heavy, and then she fell asleep.

Thus, Bella Trump was kidnapped.

I arrived at my uncle’s mansion looking like human trash, clutching a one-way bus ticket and a duffel bag stuffed with old newspaper. My aunt looked at me with pure disgust, as if she could smell the poverty on my skin, but they needed me for one thing: to be a sacrificial lamb. They told me I was getting married to Julian Sterling, a man the elite circles called a violent monster locked in a cage. My uncle forced me to sign away my soul to save their failing fortune, while my cousin Kayla laughed and threw a torn dress at my feet, calling me a "rat from the Rust Belt." At the Sterling estate, the nightmare only deepened. Julian’s stepmother treated me like a horse she was forced to buy, ordering the staff to "burn off" my hair before locking me in the West Wing. I was thrown into a padded cell with a man who lunged at me, his heavy chains rattling against the floor as he roared with an animalistic rage that had already killed two nurses. They thought I was a pathetic, uneducated girl who "didn't read so good." They didn't know I had extorted two million dollars from my uncle before walking out the door, or that I was secretly recording every slap and insult they threw at me for future leverage. I huddled in the corner of that dark cell, letting them watch me tremble on the security feeds. I let Julian’s sister strike me with a riding crop and splash water in my face, playing the role of the clumsy, sobbing idiot to perfection. But the moment the cameras looped, the scared girl vanished. I pinned the "monster" to the floor, cut the neural tracking chip out of his neck with a hidden scalpel, and whispered into his ear as his blue eyes finally cleared. They thought they were sending a lamb to the slaughter. They had no idea they were sending a wolf to hunt a beast.

I went to the New York City Clerk's office to handle a simple administrative matter, but the woman behind the glass handed me a nightmare instead. It was a certified marriage license from Clark County, Nevada, filed exactly three months ago. My vision blurred as I read the name in the spouse field: Baxter Noel. I was legally married to the ruthless billionaire whose legal team was currently suing me for intellectual property theft and trying to destroy my career. I remembered the conference in Las Vegas and a drink that tasted far too sweet, followed by a twelve-hour black hole in my memory that I had chalked up to exhaustion. When I sought help at my family's estate, my stepmother and sister didn't offer comfort; they stole my passport, shredded my clothes, and framed me for academic plagiarism to strip away my university fellowship. Even Baxter himself looked me in the eye with cold indifference, claiming he didn't know me and promising to have me arrested for fraud if I ever showed him that document again. Within twenty-four hours, I was homeless, jobless, and being hunted by the most powerful man in the city. I couldn't understand why a man who "eats people for breakfast" would be caught in the same trap as a struggling scientist like me. The confusion turned to pure terror when I looked at the witness signature on the license: Gene Mcclain. My mother, who was supposed to have died in a car crash ten years ago, had signed that paper with a fresh, trembling hand only ninety days ago. "I am holding a grenade, and I have no idea when the pin was pulled." Standing in the biting November wind with nothing but a laptop and a marriage license, I realized I was just a pawn in a much deadlier game. I stopped running and began to fight back, determined to use my unwanted status as the billionaire's wife to uncover the truth about the mother who came back from the dead.

The heavy iron gates of the Wilderness Correction Camp groaned as they released me after three years of state-sponsored hell. I stood on the dirt road, clutching a plastic bag that held my entire life, waiting for the family that claimed they sent me there for "rehab." My brother, Brady, picked me up in a luxury SUV only to throw me out onto a deserted highway in the middle of a brewing storm. He told me I was a "public relations nightmare" and that the rain might finally wash the "stink" of the camp off me. He drove away, leaving me to limp miles through the mud on a snapped ankle. When I finally dragged myself to our family estate, my mother didn't offer a hug; she gasped in horror because my muddy clothes were ruining her Italian marble. They didn't give me my old room back. Instead, they banished me to a moldy gardener’s shack and hired a "babysitter" to make sure I didn't embarrass them further. My sister, Kaleigh, stood there in white cashmere, pretending to cry while clinging to her fiancé, Ambrose—the man who had once been mine. They all treated me like a volatile junkie, refusing to acknowledge that Kaleigh was the one who planted the drugs in my bag three years ago. They wanted to believe I was broken so they wouldn't have to feel guilty about the "wellness retreat" that was actually a torture chamber. I sat in the dark of that shed, feeling the cooling gel on the cigarette burns that covered my arms, and realized they had made a fatal mistake. They thought they had erased me, but I had returned with a roadmap of scars and a hidden satellite phone. At dinner, I didn't beg for their love. I simply rolled up my sleeves and showed them the price of their silence. As the wine spilled and the lies crumbled, I sent a single text to the only person I trusted: "I'm in. Let them simmer." The hunt was finally on.

I thought I was waking up in the arms of Arthur, the man I loved. But as the morning light hit the Hamptons estate, the man buttoning his cuffs by the window turned around with eyes like chips of ice. It was Augustus Riddle, Arthur’s cruel younger brother, and I had just spent the night whispering confessions of love into the wrong man's ear. The night I thought was a beautiful beginning turned into a devastating nightmare. Instead of comfort, Gus treated me like a stain on his expensive carpet, scribbling a check for "services rendered" before shoving me into a dark service corridor to hide my existence from his brother. "How much does it cost to buy your silence?" He sneered, before leaving me barefoot in a torrential downpour while he drove away in a luxury Cadillac. Four years later, I am a struggling actress in Los Angeles, working double shifts as a barista just to keep the lights on. My life was finally stable until my roommate dragged me to a high-end dinner to meet her new "influential" boyfriend. The man sitting at the table, looking more arrogant and lethal than ever, was Augustus. He spent the entire night humiliating me, calling me a pathetic amateur and a social climber in front of my only friends. When I fled into the rain and collapsed on the sidewalk, skinning my knee until I bled, he watched from his car. He saw me clutching a plastic baggie containing the taped-together pieces of that four-year-old check—the only proof of my shame. He looked at me like roadkill, rolled up his window, and drove off into the dark. I couldn't understand why he was doing this. Why did he hate me enough to crush me, yet remember that I couldn't handle the smell of cigarette smoke? Why did he leave me bleeding in the street, only to send expensive medical supplies and coffee to my door the very next morning? "I'm moving out." I told my roommates, realizing that Gus Riddle didn't just want to destroy me; he wanted to haunt me. I grabbed my suitcase and walked out with eighty dollars to my name, finally ready to disappear into the city before he could burn the rest of my life to the ground.
