ITHOE: Bastions of the universe

ITHOE: Bastions of the universe

What would you do if you are blessed with great power by a cosmic entity? Clarke is a homeless convict who has first contact with an alien on a backwater alleyway that was his temporary home. If the face of the reality of extraterrestrials he starts to doubt his sanity. He is given an offer, the opportunity to become a scion, to inherit great power and an even greater responsibility. A Bastion of the universe to protect an entire galactic arm, a galactic region. Even with an alien in clear sight his mind is filled with doubt. But he tentatively agrees. He's almost forgotten about the visit, more focused on the hardship of his life, when he's pulled into a dreamscape of several powerful entities. There he's initiated into a society of universal heroes, a cosmic order of protectors. His powers are bestowed, his training starts and with the great powers available to the Bastions he comes to learn all that is possible with his powers. He is a Bastion of Genesis, an entity with the power to engender the beginning, that ontological orgin, of anything. He obtains 100% mastery of his powers, but there's a caveat. It is against the principles of the Bastions for him to be given all that power at once. He must start from the bottom. He has the mastery but it has been locked. To unlock them he must achieve great things, become a Bastion in truth in the sight of many. For each achievements percentages of his great power will be unlocked and returned to him. Now Clarke is left with an important question, what to do with such a great power? He decides to take Earth by storm and assume the responsibility of a hero. Will he fail or will he fall? He does not know, but intends to do all he can to succeed even though he dies trying.
The Blueprint

The Blueprint

The broke-out war among the extra-terrestrials at the Peak of Eternal Abode over the ownership and rulership of its domain saw the pulling-down of the opposer, Illumination and his cohorts, as he wanted to be in the same hierarchy with his Maker, The Source. Illumination was able to gain support from some of the multi-dimensional members, including some of The Elements-Wind, Water and Fire and persuade them to rebel against their Maker. However, what illumination thought was the only way to outrightly strip The Source His kingly authority turned out to be in futility as His Maker, through the instrumentality of the rest of His made subjects as led by The Guard, His assigned guard, together with his Profound League of Justice Keepers, orchestrated an eventual Mark of Defeat, a wide Gap of Banishment and consequent Seal of Demotion into the Negative Plane of Eternity and Realm of Neutrality of him, his followers and the elements that followed them, far below the threshold of His habitation. It was at the Level of Eternal Condemnation, better known as the Negative Plane of Eternity, that illumination became the Divider who, together with his fallen cohorts, would challenge their Maker for long in eternity until when the Readiness of His Wrath would be activated, poured out on and teleport them to the Pointed Abyss of No Return. Originally in synchronisation, fire, water and wind disintegrated into components - wind was fragmented into w, I, n and d, fire was broken down into f, I, r and e and water was split into w, a, t, e and r. Before the Battle for Hierarchy, the Peak of Eternal Abode harboured the Immortal Personas of the Source, Chief Orchestrator of all habitations, the Illumination-turned-divider, the elements and the infinite extra-terrestrials. Certainly, there were happenings…
