PREGNANT FOR THE ALPHA KING

the moon rested upon a beautiful building which is booming with loud music from inside .

Fangs and Claws is a huge well known club here in San Francisco , it's usually filled up with strippers and other clobbers who were either smoking or drinking while many were dancing at the open dance floor .

among the clobbers are blood suckers who were blending with humans while they carry out their own selfish goals .

the red light at the club hall made the environment little bit dim for one to get a clear view of the atrocities going on there .

fangs and claws is one of the best club in the city ,this is were all vampires come to have fun because it belongs to a well known vampire .

"so what's so urgent you wanna talk about leo? " Kyla ask and cross her legs with the aura of superiority oozing out of her , Leo bow in respect at the lady seated before him .

"it's about the new alpha king .."

"alpha Knight "Kyla cut in and he nodded , she chuckled and look down at her well polished fingernails.

" he's killing our kind Kyla and it's getting out of hand , a week ago 12 vampires were slaughtered by him after they had cross into his boundary . he's too ruthless and if... "

" am not the one you should be talking to leo , the vampires have a Primus and a vampire overlord . you should talk to them " Kyla suggested but Leo shook his head negative clearly it seems those in higher authorities aren't helping issues .

"Primus Lexi is dead " he said and Kyla gasp clearly she's shock to hear that her friend is dead .

"what happened , I mean he came visiting 3 weeks ago " she said

" he lead an army of hundred vampires into the alpha territory but as we all know alpha Knight is a lycan and very powerful one . he killed Primus Lexi and sent his head back to the coven as souvenir .after that he made sure non of the vampire army return home alive " Leo explained with a painful Expression as he look down at the bottle of whiskey in front of him , he pick up the bottle and drink directly from it trying to quench his anger .

"that's really sad to hear , may his 300 years soul rest in peace " she said and pour herself a bottle of champagne which she took a little sip from, Leo clearly wasn't expecting her to react like this because Lexi was like a brother to her .

he couldn't help but frown at her nonchalant attitude towards his dead .

"why are you staring at me like that? " she ask

"am confuse , aren't you angry that he is dead . he was like a brother to you s-so why do you seem so calm after hearing this bad news "he ask little bit annoyed , Kyla shrug and lean back on the soft couch which she's seating on.

"maybe because I don't wanna have anything to do with the vampire council . am cool being the manager of this club "she said but he shook his head negative

" c'mon Kyla you were the best overlord we ever had , you did things no other vampire could do . it was because of your leadership that we managed to secure momentum during the clash between vampires and wolves . you can't just throw aside your brethren when we need you most " he said trying to remind her of who she was years back , he's trying to remind her how great she was and how she had lead the vampires into a Victorious war back then .

Kyla suck the bottom of her lips and scoff

"am no longer that lady , am now a new person , am just a regular vampire running a fancy club "she said and Leo almost scream out to let her know she's more than just an ordinary vampire .

a young girl of about 19 or so walked in the club with her boyfriend , they held hands and made their way through the crowd of customers .

"damn Livy this place reek " Liam said to Olivia who giggled while he frown . being a wolf is sometime hard because of their sense of smell , they could smell all the ugly and strong smell coming from all around them .

"don't worry baby we are not gonna stay too long , c'mon let's head to the dance floor "Olivia said and drag him along,

they were almost close to the dance floor when 6 guys block their path and the frown .

"what's the meaning of this " Liam ask glaring at the guys who stared down at them with disgust

"so you filthy beast wanna have fun in our club " one of the guys who seems bigger than the rest ask them. no one needed tell them this guys are vampires , but they did not show any fear rather they glare dagger at them .

"and if I should check this clubs doesn't belong the vampire alone, humans are also here so why don't you suckers get lost "Olivia snap and the vampire gang sneer showing off their long fangs

" you think you can scare us with those huh " Liam ask and his eyes glowed bright blue and his canine grew bigger and sharper than before ,his fingers grew longer and his ears also grew longer too as he switch to his half wolf form . Olivia isn't left out too , they both growled lowly with their claws out really to strike .

" 2 against 6 hahaha I will like to watch you win " the leader said with a grin and the others giggled in delight .

" Livy I don't thing this is a good idea , we might not win " Liam mind link Olivia

" don't worry Liam I can handle them all ,their no match for a lycan like me "she said through their mind link , Liam took a deep breath and his jaw tightened ..

Kyla ears wiggles and she look far ahead where she saw the scene of 6 vampires and 2 wolves ready to go on battle .

"leo am sorry but I have to handle something before those fools turn my club into a blood bath "she said and before he could even respond she rouse up and disappeared into the crowd , he hissed and took another sip from the whiskey bottle he is holding .

"let's do this boys " the leader of the vampire gang sneer and charged forward while Liam got ready to defend himself and his girlfriend but before the vampire guy could get to them someone speedily grab him and he got slammed to the wall .

"ahhhh" he wince and with out wasting time Kyla grab his neck and lift him up with his legs no longer touching the floor . the other vampire gang wanted to attack the intruder but they flinch and step back when they saw who it was .

"no fighting in my club , have you guys forgotten the rules "she ask now staring at the gang

" w-we are sorry "the quickly apologize with head bow , she narrowed her gaze to the wolves who just stared at her with out getting their guard down .

"put down your claws and swallow in your canine , there won't be any fighting in here. and you what we're you thinking picking on them? "she ask the vampire gang leader as she intentionally tighten her grip on his neck making it hard for him to breath .

"a-am s-sorry " he stuttered clealy it took him alot of effort to speak , she exhaled and let go of him and he fell on his necks while coughing violently

"I don't want this shit to repeat itself now get lost "she said and with out wasting time they vampire gang left and Kyla turn to Olivia and Liam .

"oh sorry about that , they didn't mean to be rude . welcome to fangs and claws " she squealed smiling brightly .

" why did she stop them " Liam mind link Olivia who shrug while staring at Kyla

"vampires are cunning maybe this is a trick " she sent back, Kyla chuckled and place her hand on her hips .

" oh this isn't a trick and please no need to feel hustle towards me , am Kyla manager of this establishment . in as much as I hate wolves I have to welcome all my customers with a warm heart "she said still smiling

" so you admit to hate us guess what we have you more " Olivia grit her teeth and Kyla shrug clearly not surprised

"it's not new but let me give you one advise , don't ever try to fight 6 angry vampires I know you're a lycan but that doesn't mean you're over powered . and am happy to have you here your majesty"Kyla said and pat Olivia shoulders before walking away , Olivia gasp and turn to the Kyla who is already out of sight .

"how did she know am a lycan I mean , vampires can't differentiate between a wolf and a lycan "Liam ask shocked while Olivia just stood akimbo also amazed . only wolves can smell the difference between a lycan and a wolf and only the royal family are lycan .

"she's not just an ordinary vampire , I can feel it "she mumbled

alpha Knight stood in front of 2 rogue wolves whom his warriors had caught early today roaming around his city, he doesn't know how they manage to pass through his defense system but good thing his warrior caught them on Time before they wrack havoc on his precious city.

behind him stood beta Xavier his second in command

"how did you 2 manage to break through my warriors difference with out being detected " he ask calmly but the power of authority didn't hide away from everyone , the 2 rogue chuckled trying to annoy him.

" you don't scare us one bit knight and as for your question I guess your warriors are dumb and incompetent "one of the rogue said with a smirk ,Xavier growled and punch his face so hard that he collapsed on the ground and howl in pain .

" how dare you talk to the king in such manner "Xavier snap and grip the rogue by the hair and gave him another punch and this time blood splash out of rogue face ..

"ahhhhh " he scream out , Xavier was about to punch him again but alpha knight signal him to stop .Xavier let go of the rogue and he collapsed on the ground while panting hard

"what's your name " alpha knight ask the second rogue who seem timid and scared , the young guy swallowed hard

"a-am f-fred " he stuttered

"if you 2 were able to break into my city with out being detected then it means someone is helping you guys from the inside , there's a mole among my people . tell me who this person is Fred ? "alpha knight ask

" don't dare say a word .. ahhhh " the first rogue tried to say but Xavier kicked his face and he drop on the ground this time unable to move ..

"shut the fuck up " Xavier hollered at the half dead man while Fred shivered , Xavier turn his gaze to Fred .

"i-i c-can't t-tell you , I took an oath of secrecy . "he stuttered again , alpha knight jaw tighten and he step forward closer to Fred .

"If you tell me I will spare your life, who is the mole and what connection does this person aim " he ask again now glaring down at Fred who kept mute clearly he is contemplating on what to do .

"don't tell him Fred" the first rogue said in a whisper but they could all hear him all thanks to their wolf hearing .

"kill that fool " alpha knight said and Xavier smirk an with out wasting time he severed the rogue head with his sharp claws .

" ahhhhh , oh my God please spare me " Fred scream and quickly bow his head , he couldn't get the sight of what beta Xavier had just done to his partner .

Xavier held up the head of the dead rogue , he shrug and tossed it away .

"if you don't wanna end up like that then start talking " alpha knight threatened and squeeze Fred shoulders urging him to talk .

"the rogue are under the command of..." he gasp and squeeze his chest like his heart is malfunctioning , alpha knight frown at the sight of this.

"under the command of who..who is mole in my city " he ask

"under t-the ahhh t-the ahhh " he shrieked like a wild bird and blood gushed out of his eyes , ears , nose and mouth then he collapsed on the ground .

"hey... hey say something bastard" alpha knight growled , he pull down the collar of Fred shirt and he saw a blue glowing circle at the side of his neck .

"this bastard is dead " he grumble and rough his hair out of frustration.

"sorcery, I think the rogue are under the influence of magic. the blue symbol is just like the symbol on the neck of the other rogue we killed .it seems they are under the control of someone and will die if they dare try to spill out the identity of their master " Xavier said but alpha knight said nothing at first then he scoff, he knew all this

he knew someone is betraying him from the inside but what he doesn't know is who and why .

"who ever they are working for has a witch beside him , am gonna find who he is and put an end to this nonsense I have had enough of this rogue attacks "he said and walk away

" you all should return to your duty post " Xavier commanded the warriors and they all bow and rush back to their duty post ..
