Chapter 1 Meeting him after 3 years
Third pov
Aurora stood infront of a full length mirror staring at herself.Today,her best friend was returning from Italy where he just finished his university and establish his supposed empire.
"This or that",she said as she placed two dresses below her chin examining how they would look on her body.
One was a yellow summer dress with white flower petals printed all over then.It gave of soft girl vibes and hug her small waist nicely.While the other was a black hug dress stopping mid thigh which she thought of pairing with black knee length boots.
"Hmmm" ,she said contemplating which should pick.
She picked up the black dress and put it back in her wardrobe , deciding on wearing the yellow summer dress.She looked at the wall clock which showed that it was already 2 pm
"Ohh my shit," she cussed while hurriedly putting on the summer dress and her signature white sneakers with white ankle socks.
She sat down to comb her long black waist length hair which shone like crystals whenever
sunlight hits them.
She grabbed her little sling bag and quickly slid some lipbalm and breath mint into them whilst holding her phone.
She took one last looks in the mirror and what greeted her was a 5'6 young girl with big brown doey eyes,full plum lips painted in strawberry lipgloss, freckles around her nose andwhite flawless skin.Her face gave off a radiating shine that could blind a person her body mad woman jealous.
She gave her reflection a smile and saw her dad and mom laughing about a joke her dad made.
"Looks like someone is excited to meet her boyfriend",her dad said teasing with a smile on his lips
Her mom looked at her with the same smile and said," ohh I can't wait to see little Auroras in the house again"
Aurora face palmed herself and said,"mom stop imagining things Xander and I aren't dating at all"
Her mom and dad looked at each other with a smile still on their lips and said,"okay if you say so hun"
Aurora thanked them.for the meals and got ready to meet her childhood friend and bestfriend, Xander.
