Chapter 1 The Decision 1
Maria sat in the hallway of First Class hospital ready to get rid of the child of the devil.Memories of how she met the devil and how her once perfect life turned upside down run through her mind. The strong smell of disinfectant hit her making her nauseous.
‘Miss it’s your turn now. The doctor is ready for you’ a nurse said to her bringing her back to reality. Maria nodded her head and slowly walked towards the doctors office dragging her feet. As she entered she saw sharp medical tools used for the termination of pregnancy. She flinched at the sight of it but still made up her mind to go along with it. Once she laid on the bed, she started feeling guilty about her decision. She abruptly stood up and run out of the hospital in tears. ‘I’m sorry baby’ , she murmured as she left the hospital.
Gasping for air, she hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address to her new house. Seeing such a pretty lady crying, the driver felt bad for her but didn’t know how to console her since he didn’t know the reading for the tears.
Upon her arrival home she slipped unto the cold tiled floor of her bed room crying silently.
