Drawn by destiny's call, Goddy embarks on a journey beyond his village, guided by the promise of a legacy that transcends his humble beginnings.

Chapter 1 The Seed Of Royalty

In the heart of the African savanna, where the sun painted the sky in hues of gold and the whispers of the wind carried tales of ancient kings, there lived a young boy named Goddy. Born into a humble family of farmers, Goddy's days were spent tending to the fields under the scorching sun, his dreams woven from the threads of stories his grandmother told him of a glorious past years.

Goddy's world was small yet filled with wonders. Each morning, he would wake with the first light, the earth beneath his feet still cool from the night's embrace. With a heart full of hope and a spirit unyielding, he would set out to tend the fields alongside his parents, the rhythm of their labor a symphony of determination.

As the years passed, Goddy's hands grew calloused from the toil, and his shoulders bore the weight of responsibility beyond his years. Yet, amidst the hardships, there burned a flame within him-a spark of destiny waiting to be ignited.

One fateful day, when the sky was painted in shades of crimson and gold, a stranger arrived in their village. Tall and regal, with eyes that gleamed like polished obsidian, he bore the insignia of a royal crest upon his chest. His name was Makeda, a messenger from a distant kingdom, and he had come with news that would forever alter the course of Goddy's life.

"Gather the elders," Makeda declared, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "For I bring tidings of a prophecy-a prophecy that foretells the rise of a new king, born of humble origins yet destined for greatness."

The villagers gathered beneath the shade of the ancient baobab tree, their eyes wide with anticipation as Makeda spoke of an ancient prophecy whispered by the spirits of the land. According to the prophecy, a child would be born under the watchful gaze of the stars, marked by a birthright that transcended the boundaries of caste and creed.

As Makeda's words echoed through the village, Goddy felt a stirring deep within his soul-a sense of belonging that had long eluded him. Could it be that he, a mere farmer's son, was destined for something greater?

With each passing day, Goddy found himself drawn to the stranger from the distant kingdom, his heart yearning to unravel the mysteries of his own destiny. And as fate would have it, Makeda saw in Goddy the flicker of potential-a raw, untamed energy waiting to be unleashed.

"Come with me, young one," Makeda said, his voice soft yet commanding. "For I see in you the seed of royalty-a seed that, with nurture and guidance, shall blossom into a legacy that will endure for generations to come."

And so, with a sense of trepidation and excitement swirling within him, Goddy embarked on a journey that would lead him far beyond the boundaries of his village-a journey into the heart of his own destiny. For unbeknownst to him, the path he had chosen would test his courage, his resilience, and his unwavering faith in the promise of tomorrow.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the world in shadows of indigo and violet, Goddy set forth into the unknown-a young boy with a heart full of dreams and a destiny waiting to be written in the annals of time. And though the road ahead was fraught with challenges and uncertainties, he took solace in the words of his grandmother, whose wisdom echoed in the depths of his soul:

"Believe, my child, for greatness lies not in the grandeur of one's birth, but in the courage to embrace the journey that lies ahead."

And so began the tale of Goddy-the humble farmer's son who would one day rise to become a king. But that, dear reader, is a story for another day-a story of trials and triumphs, of love and loss, and of the indomitable spirit that resides within us all.

The sterile white of the operating room blurred, then sharpened, as Skye Sterling felt the cold clawing its way up her body. The heart monitor flatlined, a steady, high-pitched whine announcing her end. Her uterus had been removed, a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding, but the blood wouldn't clot. It just kept flowing, warm and sticky, pooling beneath her. Through heavy eyes, she saw a trembling nurse holding a phone on speaker. "Mr. Kensington," the nurse's voice cracked, "your wife... she's critical." A pause, then a sweet, poisonous giggle. Seraphina Miller. "Liam is in the shower," Seraphina's voice purred. "Stop calling, Skye. It's pathetic. Faking a medical emergency on our anniversary? Even for you, that's low." Then, Liam's bored voice: "If she dies, call the funeral home. I have a meeting in the morning." Click. The line went dead. A second later, so did Skye. The darkness that followed was absolute, suffocating, a black ocean crushing her lungs. She screamed into the void, a silent, agonizing wail of regret for loving a man who saw her as a nuisance, for dying without ever truly living. Until she died, she didn't understand. Why was her life so tragically wasted? Why did her husband, the man she loved, abandon her so cruelly? The injustice of it all burned hotter than the fever in her body. Then, the air rushed back in. Skye gasped, her body convulsing violently on the mattress. Her eyes flew open, wide and terrified, staring blindly into the darkness. Her trembling hand reached for her phone. May 12th. Five years ago. She was back.
