Lexi, a shy and introverted high school student, discovers she's a white luna werewolf, a rare and powerful breed. Her parents, who have been keeping her true nature a secret, reveal that they're supernatural creatures themselves and take her to the prestigious Silvermist Academy, a secret institution for supernatural beings. At the academy, Lexi meets Ethan, the arrogant and confident Alpha Prince of the Werewolf pack. They're forced to spend time together, as they're revealed to be mates, bound by the ancient Lunar Prophecy. Initially, they clash, as Ethan is dismissive of Lexi's human upbringing and lack of supernatural training, while Lexi is intimidated by Ethan's dominance and pack expectations.

Chapter 1 The revelation

Lexi Thompson had always felt like there was something missing in her life, like a piece of her was hiding just beneath the surface. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she felt it in her bones.

As she walked home from school on a crisp autumn afternoon, the leaves crunching beneath her feet, Lexi couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. She glanced over her shoulder, but saw nothing out of the ordinary.

That was when she saw it: a sleek, black SUV following her. Lexi's heart skipped a beat as the vehicle pulled up alongside her. The tinted window rolled down, revealing her parents' anxious faces.

"Lexi, get in," her mother urged, her voice tight with worry.

Lexi hesitated, her mind racing. What was going on?

"Mom, what's happening?" she asked, her voice trembling.

"Just get in, sweetie," her father replied, his eyes scanning the surrounding area. "We need to talk to you about something."

Lexi's instincts screamed at her to run, but her parents' urgency was palpable. She reluctantly opened the door and slid into the backseat.

As the SUV sped away from the curb, Lexi's parents exchanged a weighted glance. Her mother turned to face her, a mix of fear and determination etched on her features.

"Lexi, you're not like other girls," she began, her voice measured. "You're...different. You have a special gift, one that's been hidden from you for far too long."

Lexi's confusion deepened. What gift? What were they talking about?

Her father took over, his voice low and serious. "You're a werewolf, Lexi. A white luna werewolf, to be precise. And your life is about to change forever."

Lexi's mind reeled as the words hung in the air. Werewolf? What did they mean? She felt like she'd been punched in the gut.

The SUV screeched to a halt in front of a grand, ornate gate. The sign above the entrance read "Silvermist Academy" in elegant script.

"Welcome to your new home, Lexi," her mother said, a hint of sadness in her voice. "You'll be learning the truth about yourself, and your place in the supernatural world."

As Lexi's parents led her through the gates, the moon began its ascent, casting a silver glow over the academy's sprawling grounds. Lexi felt a shiver run down her spine. She had no idea what lay ahead, but she knew her life would never be the same.

Here's the continuation of Chapter 1:

As Lexi stepped out of the SUV, she gazed up at the imposing structure before her. Silvermist Academy's Gothic-inspired architecture seemed to stretch on forever, its stone walls bearing the weight of centuries. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves.

Her parents led her through the entrance hall, where a warm fire crackled in the hearth. The interior was just as impressive as the exterior, with polished wooden panels and stained-glass windows filtering the fading light.

A figure emerged from the shadows, a statuesque woman with piercing green eyes and raven-black hair. She wore a tailored suit that seemed to shimmer in the dim light.

"Welcome, Lexi," the woman said, her voice husky and confident. "I'm Headmistress Katie and good day Mr and Mrs Thompson. Good day headmistress Katie her parents answered Lexi was confused as of how her parents knew the Headmistress of this weird school but she shook it off immediately. I ensure you your daughter is in good hands the Headmistress said. We know Lexi's parents chorused we'll leave now they said and hugged Lexi. Lexi mother was hurt but she didn't show it. Goodbye they said entered their car and left.
