For seven years, Jillian pursued Bryan with unyielding passion, but he remained distant, his emotions tightly sealed. Disheartened, she left for overseas after graduating from college. Three years later, Jillian, now a successful attorney, sat provocatively on the lap of Bryan's competitor. She flashed Bryan a playful smile and taunted, "What's wrong, Bryan? Are you impotent?" Bryan's restraint shattered in an instant. In a swift motion, he scooped her up and tossed her onto the bed. The next morning, as Bryan woke up, Jillian flashed a mischievous smile. "Let's keep things casual, okay?"

No Strings Attached: My Heartbreaker Lawyer Chapter 1 Do You Really Have Sexual Difficulties

Jillian Chapman had just won another case. She celebrated her success with colleagues at the bar.

After indulging in a few drinks, she became slightly intoxicated and suddenly noticed her lifelong rival in the next booth-Bryan Michaels, a celebrated attorney known across borders for his unbeaten streak in the courtroom.

She had pursued him from high school to college. He remained aloof despite her persistent attempts over seven years.

In a moment of boldness, she rose. With unsteady steps, she approached Bryan.

She audaciously settled into his lap, snatching his tie with one hand while daringly reaching his private parts with the other.

"Bryan... having trouble in the bedroom?" she slurred.

Bryan reclined against the couch, his expression composed and quiet.

"Not replying, huh? Does that mean you're incompetent in all respects?" she goaded, tightening her grip on his cock.

A trace of annoyance flashed in Bryan's eyes as he gently but firmly removed her hand from his pants, his tone even but strained.

"Don't you care about your image? Your colleagues are right here."

Their peers from competing firms looked on, agape with shock.

Jillian rocked!

"My image was already ruined because of you. Is there anything left for me to uphold?" Visibly inebriated, Jillian spoke in a bitter tone and unexpectedly bit down on his neck.

Their classmates from high school through college had seen her spend lavishly in pursuit of this man, to no avail.

Disheartened after graduation, she left the country, determined to surpass him in his own field.

When she returned six months ago, she too became a celebrated attorney with an unbeaten streak.

Bryan scowled, his fingers tightening on the back of Jillian's neck as he attempted to pull her back, his eyes intense yet controlled. "Jillian, you're too drunk. Let your colleagues take you home."

"No, you take me home!" Jillian yanked at his tie, her voice forceful yet flirtatiously soft.

Bryan pried her hand away and adjusted his tie. He silently grasped her arm, guiding her out of the bar.

Their colleagues' eyes bulged in shock!

The legal community was well aware of their strained relations. What was going on?

As they reached the car, Jillian wrapped her arm around Bryan's neck and kissed him, her other hand daringly reaching his private parts, causing a slight shiver down Bryan's spine.

Bryan pinched her waist and pushed her slightly back. In a raised tone, he remarked, "Don't you know I could sue you for sexual harassment?"

"Do you really have sexual difficulties? Well, I might just spend the night with someone off the street," Jillian declared firmly, dismissing his words and gesturing towards a passerby. "Hello there, care for some excitement?"

Bryan's expression darkened as he observed her actions. Firmly lowering her hand, he opened the car door and swiftly ushered her inside.

He drove directly home.

Once inside, they feverishly removed each other's clothes, sharing fervent kisses as they made their way to the bathroom.

The next morning, Jillian awoke and turned her head slowly-beside her was a man reclining lazily with a cigarette dangling from his lips.

His penetrating gaze, sculpted nose, and well-defined lips sketched a visage of allure yet carried an air of stern authority.

Her mind snapped into clarity.

After a decade, had she finally slept with this daunting man?

Fantastic!

"Good morning, Bryan," Jillian announced, drawing the blanket up as she sat up, reclaiming her usual poised demeanor as a lawyer.

"Get ready. Breakfast is on its way," Bryan remarked, snuffing out his cigarette in the nearby ashtray.

"No need, I've got a client meeting early today," she responded crisply, pulling away the blanket to rise from the bed.

Her gaze sparkled mischievously as she snatched her phone from the nightstand, her lips curling into a cunning smile.

"Should we capture this moment with a photo?" she suggested.

Before Bryan could react, Jillian swiftly activated the camera. She leaned against his firm chest, and captured the moment with a victorious grin.

Beneath the pale gray blanket, their bodies remained just out of view, igniting wild imaginations.

She sent the photo to her best friend, intentionally attaching a voice message.

"Hey, tell everyone who doubted me to pay up soon, and don't forget the interest from the past decade."

Her image had suffered. She was determined to restore it in her own way.

Bryan caught her words, a spark of intrigue lighting up his eyes as he grinned. "So, I was just a bet?"

Jillian spun around, pressing her body against his solid form. Her fingers playfully drew patterns on his eight packs.

Her eyes sparkled mischievously as she queried, "Didn't you know? Why the surprise? Besides, consider last night a causal fling. We're adults. There's no need for any obligations."

For ten years, her hopes had been dashed repeatedly, and he had left her heartbroken time and again. There was no way she would pursue him again.

Dumping Bryan after finally sharing a night with him had been her long-held aspiration!

"Jillian, I didn't expect you to be such a player." Bryan laughed, gently pushing her away.

His striking features could easily unsettle her, every fleeting look sending a thrill through her.

This man was a master seducer!

As he nudged her, Jillian stabilized herself with her hands on the bed, arching her back provocatively. Her hair flowed down her back, showing her inviting figure.

Bryan's gaze lingered on her, his pulse quickening. He scowled slightly.

"Wasn't last night just for kicks? Or is there more to it? Do you have feelings for me?" Jillian spoke nonchalantly as she tossed her wavy hair. She picked up her clothes from the floor, dressing at a leisurely pace.

Every slow movement was a deliberate tease.

"Do you think I would fall for you?" Bryan glanced at her, his face set in a frosty mask.

Jillian wasn't taken aback by his cool demeanor. This time, she was the one walking away!

Her phone buzzed incessantly with notifications. Peering at the screen, she saw a flood of texts from her best friend.

"Did you finally hook up with Bryan?"

"How did you manage it after all these years?"

"Tell me, was he good? What moves did you guys pull off?"

Her messages were punctuated with a playful emoji.

Jillian typed back swiftly. "I'll share it to you later."

At the same time, Bryan's phone vibrated non-stop.

He checked it to discover that their high school and college group chats were alive with shock.

"Did Jillian really sleep with Bryan?"

Spotting the group texts, Jillian tensed for a moment, not anticipating such a widespread buzz.

Thankfully, these groups were made up of her closest friends, totaling just about twenty or thirty people each.

She quickly responded, "Just a casual fling, nothing serious. Those who doubted me, time to pay up."

Bryan observed her message, a subtle smile curling his lips, though his amber eyes held a glacial stare.

Jillian caught his look, feeling a shiver trace her spine.

"I dare you to challenge Bryan again. This time, I'm doubling the bet."

The entire college group echoed the dare, escalating the challenge!

"I can take him on not just a second time, but even a third. Ready your wallets if you're in!" Jillian declared boldly, refusing to shy away from the challenge.

Bryan's grin widened, his eyes gleaming with a predatory intensity as if he could consume her then and there!

His best friend interjected suddenly, "Bryan just locked a lawyer away for twenty years last week! Think twice, Jillian."

Jillian read the comment from his friend, then glanced at the man on the bed who lit another cigarette, his face obscured by the rising smoke.

She quirked an eyebrow, retorting confidently, "Oh really? I relish the prospect of squaring off against Bryan in court."

With those words, she set down her phone, gave a cheeky wave to the man on the bed, and said, "I'm off now. Thanks for the memories. It was a lot of fun. Look after yourself."

Bryan's smile lingered, subdued, as he pressed the cigarette into the ashtray, flattening it completely.

The heavy iron gates of the Wilderness Correction Camp groaned as they released me after three years of state-sponsored hell. I stood on the dirt road, clutching a plastic bag that held my entire life, waiting for the family that claimed they sent me there for "rehab." My brother, Brady, picked me up in a luxury SUV only to throw me out onto a deserted highway in the middle of a brewing storm. He told me I was a "public relations nightmare" and that the rain might finally wash the "stink" of the camp off me. He drove away, leaving me to limp miles through the mud on a snapped ankle. When I finally dragged myself to our family estate, my mother didn't offer a hug; she gasped in horror because my muddy clothes were ruining her Italian marble. They didn't give me my old room back. Instead, they banished me to a moldy gardener’s shack and hired a "babysitter" to make sure I didn't embarrass them further. My sister, Kaleigh, stood there in white cashmere, pretending to cry while clinging to her fiancé, Ambrose—the man who had once been mine. They all treated me like a volatile junkie, refusing to acknowledge that Kaleigh was the one who planted the drugs in my bag three years ago. They wanted to believe I was broken so they wouldn't have to feel guilty about the "wellness retreat" that was actually a torture chamber. I sat in the dark of that shed, feeling the cooling gel on the cigarette burns that covered my arms, and realized they had made a fatal mistake. They thought they had erased me, but I had returned with a roadmap of scars and a hidden satellite phone. At dinner, I didn't beg for their love. I simply rolled up my sleeves and showed them the price of their silence. As the wine spilled and the lies crumbled, I sent a single text to the only person I trusted: "I'm in. Let them simmer." The hunt was finally on.

For seven years, I drank the bitter tonic my fiancé, Alpha Adrian, gave me, believing it would cure my "wolfless" defect. I was wrong. It was poison. He wasn't trying to heal me; he was keeping me weak so he could replace me with my foster sister, Ariel. When the fire consumed the Alpha's Wing, I was trapped under a burning beam, my legs crushed. Adrian kicked down the door. I reached out to him, screaming for help. But he didn't look at me. He looked at Ariel, who was lying on the floor in a silk nightgown. He scooped her up, cradling her like she was the only thing that mattered. I begged him not to leave me. Instead of helping, he used his Alpha Command on me, his voice booming with supernatural weight. "Stay put! I'll be back for you!" It was a lie. He used his power to freeze me in the inferno and left me to burn alive. I survived, only to watch him publicly reject me for her the next day, with my own father's blessing. They called me a "genetic dead end." They thought I would crawl away and die in shame. I didn't. I limped up the mountain to the Neutral Lands to find the one man everyone fears-the exiled Alpha, Garth Morgan. "I have the Gamma Bloodline Scroll," I told the massive figure emerging from the shadows. "I don't want your gratitude," Garth growled, his eyes like storm clouds. "I'm not here for gratitude," I replied, staring him down. "I'm here to make a deal with the devil."
