Moreover, Laura will marry Darrel, Aslan's biological son.

Chapter 1 Part 1

The mature man with a million good looks opened the door of the hotel he'd booked earlier.

"Are you the woman I booked?" asked Aslan.

Aslan was a 42-year-old widower who had divorced his wife. Aslan only worked as a manager at a well-known and largest bank in California. His monthly salary reaches thousands of dollars a month alone.

Aslan has been a widower for five years; this time, he longed for a woman's touch.

Using an online application, he booked a woman to accompany him tonight. Yes, Aslan needs to satisfy his cravings rather than go wild from lack of sex. Naturally, he's a normal, mature man. It wouldn't hurt to meet him anyway.

The woman staggered away before she could answer Aslan's question. Aslan led her into the room, and to his surprise, she was already drunk.

"Why are you already drunk, lady?" he asked.

Instead, the woman clung to Aslan. Aslan could see that the young woman's beauty was even more alluring.

The woman, whose name was unknown, immediately devoured Aslan's lips ferociously. Aslan, who had not felt this passion for a long time, did not say much and returned the kiss.

It was true that this young woman was drunk and felt on Aslan's lips.

Aslan's hands began fingering other parts of her body and started pushing her onto the hotbed. The woman was getting wilder, and she was enjoying this game. Their tongues clashed in pleasure and infiltrated the most beautiful part of the experience.

After a satisfying kiss, Aslan removed his lips from hers. She was already red in the face, apparently intoxicated. Aslan didn't care; he had ordered and paid for the woman.

Aslan removed their clothes and looked at the beautiful scene before him. The woman's body excited him, and he couldn't wait to taste her. The cobra was also perfectly poised and ready to attack the woman's defenses before him.

One thrust made her scream, and Aslan wondered why it was so tight. He tried to insert it again carefully and slowly. Even so, he managed to penetrate her.

"Blood?" muttered Aslan.

Aslan looked down at the woman lying beneath him. Was she still a virgin? If it were Aslan's luck, with a rogue app, he'd find a woman who still had her hymen.

Aslan stomped his body to the beat of his heart. Of course, he was still happy to be feeling this sensation. The woman under him also followed his every move and sometimes laughed like crazy. They enjoyed three rounds of this wild night. The original agreement was only for two rounds, but it seemed Aslan wasn't satisfied because the woman had already made his passion continue to rise.

The next day.

Sunlight shone through a gap in the white curtains right into her eyes. Laura opened her eyes slowly and rubbed her face roughly. Her head felt dizzy, and she had not yet realized that she was not wearing any clothes.

Her saliva seemed to have dried up because she was so thirsty that it hurt her throat to swallow.

Laura tried to remember what happened last night. Yes, her friends invited her to the club when she didn't want to, but they insisted and got her drunk.

Laura was a poor girl who had just chosen the wrong friends. Her friends were rich and, of course, had extreme social circles.

"What happened?" muttered Laura.

Laura rubbed her chest and realized she wasn't wearing any clothes. Of course, she panicked; who did all this? Her eyes searched for other people, but she seemed alone in the hotel room.

One day she saw some money on the table and a small note.

X: Your game is wild, lady.

Laura crumpled the paper, cursing herself for being so stupid as to get caught up in her friends' game. Tears welled up in her eyes; she was, of course, hysterical about giving up her virginity to someone she didn't know. So what about Darrel, who is now her boyfriend? Laura promised to keep her innocence to Darrel, but instead, it happened like this.

Crying didn't make things right; she betrayed her boyfriend, which was her friend's fault. All this time, Laura had just kept quiet when they mistreated her, and this time, she would not stay silent. Laura didn't want to be humiliated anymore because she was a child from a low-income family.

She wiped away her tears as she put on her clothes. A sudden pain came to her intimate parts as she moved. Was yesterday that wild that it caused her pain? Let alone remembering that she had forgotten the face of the man who played with her.

After everything was done, Laura noticed the money on the table. Laura needed money to eat, but it seemed she would be low if she took it. Laura left it at that and quickly went to her workplace.

As she walked, the pain spread and made her feet uncomfortable. She stepped out of the hotel in heavy footsteps and found it was close to the club she and her friends had visited the previous day.

Laura looked up at the blue sky. This summer was like hell for her because she had to experience this kind of misfortune, and the worst thing was that she couldn't remember which man had taken her innocence.

"What time does Daddy get home?" asked Darrel.

Darrel was the first of his sons to go with him, while his daughter went with her mother after the divorce.

"2 a.m.," Aslan replied, his eyes still sleepy.

Darrel took his father's sandwich and ate it with gusto. He was only 22 years old and in his final semester of college. Darrel was so similar to Aslan that they looked like brothers and sisters. It was no wonder Aslan had a grown son since he had married young.

"Daddy, I want a new car," said Darrel.

"To hell with a new car. Just yesterday, Daddy bought me a new sports bike. Go ask your mommy!"

Of course, Aslan was annoyed. His spoiled son was always whining about this and that. Darrel chuckled. He then played with his cell phone to send a message to his girlfriend, Laura.

Darrel was five years younger than Laura, but he preferred women older than him for some reason.

"Oh yeah, when is Daddy off? I want to introduce my girlfriend to Daddy."

"Daddy told you not to date yet! You're still asking your parents for money, and you're still dating."

"Daddy, c-mon! I'm already 22 years old. Don't think of me as a kid anymore!"

Aslan rolled his eyes in disgust, ignoring his son's words. Then, his cell phone vibrated; it was his daughter. Aslan picked up the call happily, while Darrel was annoyed with his father's favoritism.

"Never mind, I'm going to campus first. Oh yeah, Daddy, my girlfriend will be here tonight."

"Whatever!"

For seventeen years, I was the pride of the Carlisle family, the perfect daughter destined to inherit an empire. But that life ended the moment a DNA report slid across my father’s mahogany desk. The paper proved I was a stranger. Vanessa, the girl sobbing in the corner, was the real biological daughter they had been searching for. "You need to leave. Tonight. Before the press gets wind of this. Before the stock prices dip." My father’s voice was as cold as flint. My mother wouldn't even look at me, staring out the window at the gardens as if I were already a ghost. Just like that, I was erased. I left behind the Birkin bags and the diamonds, throwing my Centurion Card into a crystal bowl with a clatter that echoed like a gunshot. I walked out into the cold night and climbed into a rusted Ford Taurus driven by a man I had never met—my biological father. I went from a mansion to a fourth-floor walk-up in Queens that smelled of laundry detergent and struggle. My new siblings looked at me with a mix of fear and disgust, waiting for the "fallen princess" to break. They expected me to beg for my old life back, to crumble without the luxury I’d known since birth. But they didn't know the truth. I had spent years training in a shark tank, honing survival skills they couldn't imagine. While Richard Carlisle froze my trust funds to starve me out, my net worth was climbing by millions on an encrypted trading app. They thought they were throwing me to the wolves. They didn't realize they were just letting me off my leash. As the Carlisles prepared to debut Vanessa at the Manhattan Arts Gala, I was already making my move. "Get dressed. We're going to a party."

"Let's get married," Mia declares, her voice trembling despite her defiant gaze into Stefan's guarded brown eyes. She needs this, even if he seems untouchable. Stefan raises a skeptical brow. "And why would I do that?" His voice was low, like a warning, and it made her shiver even though she tried not to show it. "We both have one thing in common," Mia continues, her gaze unwavering. "Shitty fathers. They want to take what's ours and give it to who they think deserves it." A pointed pause hangs in the air. "The only difference between us is that you're an illegitimate child, and I'm not." Stefan studies her, the heiress in her designer armor, the fire in her eyes that matches the burn of his own rage. "That's your solution? A wedding band as a weapon?" He said ignoring the part where she just referred to him as an illegitimate child. "The only weapon they won't see coming." She steps closer, close enough for him to catch the scent of her perfume, gunpowder and jasmine. "Our fathers stole our birthrights. The sole reason they betrayed us. We join forces, create our own empire that'll bring down theirs." A beat of silence. Then, Stefan's mouth curves into something sharp. "One condition," he murmurs, closing the distance. "No divorces. No surrenders. If we're doing this, it's for life" "Deal" Mia said without missing a beat. Her father wants to destroy her life. She wouldn't give him the pleasure, she would destroy her life as she seems fit. ................ Two shattered heirs. One deadly vow. A marriage built on revenge. Mia Meyers was born to rule her father's empire (so she thought), until he named his bastard son heir instead. Stefan Sterling knows the sting of betrayal too. His father discarded him like trash. Now the rivals' disgraced children have a poisonous proposal: Marry for vengeance. Crush their fathers' legacies. Never speak of divorce. Whoever cracks first loses everything. Can these two rivals, united by their vengeful hearts, pull off a marriage of convenience to reclaim what they believe is rightfully theirs? Or will their fathers' animosity, and their own complicated pasts tear their fragile alliance apart?
