A life of eternity must be fun, you got all the time of the world, you got money, you got freedom to do whatever you want, right?
Well that would be the case if you were a regular vampire, the only big no-no rule would be not to tell anyone what you are, and don't make a mess.
If you break those rules you'll be subject to the disciplinary actions of the Volturi, the kings of the species. They have resources, years, and power, they are the oldest vampires alive, they got a full army of talented vampires under their command, things are pretty good for Volturis. They live in Italy, they hardly leave the place, unless they are needed, the three kinga are Aro, Caïus, and Marcus.
Aro, the man with dark hair, His power of tacticle telepathy allows him to access every thought a person has ever had by making physical contact with them. He is the most greedy, careful, yet ambitious and manipulative of the leaders, always looking for ways to collect the gifts that he desires, and would kill those he cares about if it meant maintaining his power of authority.
Caïus the blond co-leader co-leader, he does not possess any special talents, but he's still a very feared and powerful vampire.
Marcus, the second brunette co-leader He has the power of relationship identification, that enables him to read the emotional bonds of others and see the weaknesses. Aro uses his gift to find the weakest spots of their enemies' emotional bonds and then use it against them.
