Sakura is a natural target for bullies in her high school. Smart, and shy, and runs her family bookstore. His mission is important but also her life was important to him as well.

Bio: Nothing much to say other than he's an assassin who would go and assassinate humans who commit inhumane crimes whether it's stealing, kidnapping, or whatever. Either way, it's committing murder so no one really understands why.

The door would be busted down and a man in a black ski mask would stand there. The husband would be protectively standing in front of his wife who would back up while holding her golden chain cross around her neck. In her mind, she was praying to god for their safety.

"I'll give you the count of three..." The gunman calmly says while taking the safety off and aiming it at the husband's head.

"Leave us alone! We did nothing wrong! Don't shoot him!" The wife screams taking a couple of steps forward, her long brown hair hiding half of her face before the husband would respond for her to get back.

The gun was moved to her and she was shot in the middle of her forehead. His eyes widened while the gun barrel was placed back on his forehead. His wife's body fell to the ground with a thud, blood pooling the floor around her head like a bloody halo.

"You're a sick person!" The husband sneered at the man. He then began fighting him, knowing the gun was loaded and he tried his hardest to avoid getting shot. Having the gun aimed in the air the gunman would knee him in the stomach hard then kick him over to the wall. A little girl was watching in horror as the gunman shot her father. She quietly moved to the bottom of the stairs, "W... Why would you...?"

She would simply begin to whimper in fear when the gun barrel was aimed at her as tears flowed from her innocent brown eyes filled with terror and fear.

"Because for my own reasons." The gunman's eyes were that of a crazed person. She fell back and was trying to scoot away to save herself. When the gunman placed his finger on the trigger a sword blade pierced right through his chest.

His eyes were filled with panic and fear shakily looking down. A second later it was jerked out quickly and hard. The little girl blocked her face with her arms as the man fell onto the floor, looking up all she saw was a tall male figure.

She was about to scream but after the figure's eyes softened, she strangely felt somewhat... safe? It was strange? His crystal blue eyes stared at her intently like he was trying to say, 'You're safe now'.

Blinking as he disappears into the night a second after. It took her a few moments as her eyes began to well up while hugging her knees and sobbing loudly. She lost the two most important people whom she cared for the most..., "Mama... Papa..."

Both her parents' bodies lay on the floor of their once-happy home.

~~~
The traumatized little girl was now a seventeen-year-old teenager while walking down the sidewalk. It was nearing fall, so she wore her cotton brown sweater with blue jeans. Her brown hair grew down to her shoulder blades as she wore her crochet-style hat over her shoulder-length brown hair. In her hands; she read a book while she turned the page once in a while. Gripping the collar of her sweater, a cold breeze swept passed her making her shiver a little while running inside a building after unlocking it. Her glasses were fogged some but the heater above the doors cleared her vision with ease as she began glancing up at the sign above that would read 'Book Store'. Simple, name not at all fancy or anything but still attracted customers who wanted to buy and/or borrow books. Sighing she would take her hat off while bookmarking her page. Setting it over by the counter she tucks it under the shelf.
Her parents' store wasn't a normal one, it was a mix of a library for book lovers who want to borrow a book before they buy it after a few days.
"Another day at the bookstore," Sighing as she went into the back room to check the books that recently came in from their other book partners in other states, "I guess I can start by sorting these away onto the shelves."
Setting them on the cart she would fill up the top row with the help of a ladder and then begin moving toward the tall bookshelves which stood in front of her. Sighing at her own short stature she moves the latter to the tall bookshelves.
~~~

Far from the store, a pair of familiar crystal blue eyes would watch her from that very spot, hidden behind a cluster of trees. He wore a worn faded blue and white baseball cap on his head, with most of his light green hair tucked underneath to hide his identity even though many wouldn't remember him. He tilted his cap down slightly when locals would pass by smiling and laughing at their conversations, never noticing him hiding behind the cluster of trees.

When he lifted his head up ending up getting a smack in the back of his skull. Quickly spun around with his fist cocked back to land a punch on the assailant, only to see his companion smiling sheepishly at him. Unaffected that he was about to punch him square in the jaw. "Yo, I just got you a coffee! No need to be violent."

Hands the coffee out to him as the ball cap boy scoffed at his companion snatching the coffee and sipping it slightly.

"You still watching her? She probably doesn't even remember you! Even if she did, you know what would happen if she found out?"

His companion says with some concern in his tone.

Aden would only side-eye him with one of his crystal blue eyes, "She and I will be executed to death, I know, I won't let that happen to her, though."

He made some big mistakes with her parents but he wouldn't make those again. He had watched when her only grandparent had passed recently so she was on her own now. Living only for herself.

Turning back around to watch over her, flinching slightly. He saw she was staring in their direction then making him turn around, "We need to go."

"Aaahh, she was looking again?" His companion mocks while cackling.

"Shut up." The boy in the ball cap snaps at his companion.

They both walked off and disappeared in the direction of downtown. When they both were alone with no one in sight. They both jumped up the side of a tall building landing on the rooftop and sitting at the edge looking over the small town, 'Having her find out would be the worst thing to ever happen.'

He would think while taking off the ball cap. His light green hair fell down on each side of his face. Gently blowing passed his crystal blue eyes in the breeze as his eyes closed afterward. Two long pieces of hair were parted framing his face which he hid in the darkness a lot of the time.

The girl would blink standing by a bookshelf watching them walk off, seeing the two guys who stood there watching her, it was about the third week that the same two guys were, were they stalkers? She turned her head away when they decided to leave.

She would finish putting away the last book and then walk towards the desk sitting in the chair and writing down some dates on the newest books that just came in. Clicking her pen once in a while concentrating. It was a tick for her when she thought deeply about something.

Day went to night fast as the young high school student Book Store owner. Sakura inherited the store from both her parent's death with the help of her grandparent helping her get the store set up, she began locking up the store wearing her croquet-style hat over her head.

Dusting off the counter with a handkerchief would slipped on her fall coat walked out the front door then locked it from the outside. Today was the same as nothing interesting ever happened here. She tugged her hat down over her head more while pulling the key out.

A large hand clasped her shoulder making her freeze, not daring to move. The said person gripped her shoulder harder spinning her around hard and slamming her back against the front door of the store.

Next, her head was pinned in their large hand. Wincing as her light brown eyes were squinting but she could tell who it was, it was the jock of her school who was the best football quarterback but someone who constantly bullied her, Liam. "Were you hiding from me?"

Liam demanded lowering his face close to her. She smelled his overwhelming cologne and the stench of liquor on his breath as she coughed. "You know I get angry when you do that, nerd."

His face was covered in darkness but a sneer was obvious on his lips. His blond hair streaked with white was slicked back as his dark green eyes held so much anger towards her. His physique was large and muscular with his position as the quarterback, so it made sense. "I-I w-wasn't... h-hiding...!"

Squeaking, gripping his large hand and trying to pry it off of her head with her small thin hands but he didn't like that answer deeply frowning in rage. His skin was not pale but still a bit tan. But she could not figure out why she always had bad luck with this, "Don't.lie!!"

He roars lifting her up with just one hand, yelping in fear while tears begin to quickly run down her face from her panic. Soon the pain lowered from her head to her flailing feet back up her head. Her vision began to blur very quickly. Panic began to sink in; many people lived around this area. Someone must be able to hear her! It was her last chance to have some chance of being saved. Taking the chance, she made a quick attempt for help while inhaling her last breath, "Somebody help me!!!!"

Screaming her loudest for anyone, anyone to help her! Soon darkness was caving in around her quickly falling unconscious, her arms falling limply at her sides from his large hand on her head. Her mind filled with darkness. Her scream echoed into the night of houses with either outside floodlights on or stayed off. Not bothering to step outside for her to be saved.

~~~
An echo of a scream for help could be heard from a distance away. The two teens sat there atop the tall building still, the one who had light green hair lifted his head up slightly. His eyes sharpened recognizing the voice, "Something's wrong!"
His companion exclaimed as the light green-haired male stood up and began dashing off of the roof with his knees tucked with his arms out at his sides. His friend quickly chased after him, "Dude, what's wrong? What did you hear?"
His companion had white hair flowing in each direction as he ran down the side of the building easily catching up with his friend who had dropped his ball cap and it flew behind him from the light green-haired teen's hand. It twirled like a leave down towards the sidewalk. "She's crying for help!"
Was all the light green-haired teen said before he jumped down on the side of another building sprinting hard along the side of it. His crystal blue eyes would glow in the night similar to a panther while sprinting harder leaving behind his companion who was very much trying hard to catch up to him. 'Damn, so he was this serious about that human girl? She's no different from a normal girl... well except for the ones nowadays...'
His male companion would think but a worst-case scenario image of his past popped up gripping his fists sprinting hard and jumping onto the side of another building sprinting hard across it. It would be worse than what had happened with his mother. "Aden! Where did her cry come from?"
Calling out to him as Aden glances back at him when he jumps onto another building. "The bookstore."
Aden calmly stated but his voice was filled with worry while he faced ahead jumping into the air and landing quietly a few feet away from the entrance to said store. He kept himself hidden seeing Liam lifting her unconscious body up over his shoulder like she was a heavy sack. Aden's crystal blue eyes narrowed as the jock turned around seeing Aden stepping out, "What're you staring at?"
The jock would belch glaring at him. His sneer was dark with his eyes crazed with not pure intentions with the girl on his shoulder.
That was a dumb question there.
Aden sneered at him with his green long strands framing his face with no emotion. He instantly saw a weak spot... mostly from the smell in the air of liquor, 'He's drunk, what the hell? Are you serious?'
Casually shrugs cracking his left shoulder with ease smirking as his eyes were closed, 'Well, this will be easy; at least I don't have to kill him.'
Aden's eyes opened, resembling a lion, he charged at him disappearing like within a second, a ghost in the night. This took Liam off guard and frantically looked around himself for the light green-haired teen. Aden appeared close to his face with a cocky smirk. Liam took a step back in surprise while Aden simply put a finger under his ear whispering. "Good night."
Liam's eyes fell closed while he fell backward like a brick wall Liam dropped the girl to the ground who rolled and stopped on her side. Aden quickly looked over, rushing to her side while his companion had watched the whole thing go down, he walked over to the gate leaning up against the post part of the gate watching his light green-haired companion tend to the brown-haired girl. "How is she?"
His companion slicked his white hair back with his fingers standing upright. Watching Aden who checked for a pulse on her wrist. He was quiet for a moment, his eyes soon softened breathing a relieved sigh, "She's alive."
This had his companion's dramatic side come out right at this moment, "Aaahh, how a Romeo is to his Juliet!"
His companion mocks making Aden instantly irritated gritting his teeth. Aden debated on punching his companion or choke holding him until he passed out. It would be no point since they both had died years before.
"Saving his Juliet from sudden danger and having her in his arms, just like in a fairy tale!!"
He was dramatically swaying his arms like an idiot making Aden's irritation rise even more.
Turned his head to his companion whisper shouting at him. "Shut up! Anyway, we have to get her home; I don't want her to remember this jock Liam knocked her unconscious!"
The light green-haired teen exclaims this, his eyes flaring in irritation. He soon froze on the spot feeling a small hand gently grip the front of his shirt. Slowly looking down she saw that she had woken up but groaned some as she was still in pain, her eyes were light brown behind her round-shaped thin glasses, an expression of complete confusion towards his appearance, "W... Who are... y-you...?"
Yep, she was awake; he helped her to her feet by taking both her hands and gently pulling her up. When she looks at the jock with fear evident in her brown eyes. He knew she was scared that he was dead.
The light green-haired teen reassures her by placing his pale-colored hand on her shoulder. Flinching as she was tense staring at the jock unconscious on the pavement.
"He's unconscious, don't worry, he's not dead,"
He said as he removed his hand while looking her over.
She would stare at him, nerves slightly calming down. Slowly nodding hesitantly, "O...Okay...."
The light green-haired teen rubs the back of his neck unsure of what to do now. He had never been in this situation before. To her, he was an unknown stranger to her. Even though he knows who she was... because of what happened before with the death of her parents. It was his mistake to be held up by his boss to save them.
-How will he explain this now?-
